I went in to get an acrylics set with a polish on top, the total was $26. the lady who with worked on my nails applied the nails very well and carefully which I appreciated. The polish that was applied on top cheap quality so it didn't last long and began to fade on the edges. I would definitely come back for another set and get gel instead. This is a great nail place! I will for sure be going back. I called the day before and scheduled two regular manicures (went with a friend) during lunch. They accept walks in too! They were able to quickly get us in and out during our lunch time. The owner did my nails and she was friendly and fast, but she did a great job! She did a wonderful job on my gel manicure. My cuticles were a nightmare and she cleaned them up perfectly! Anyone wanting their cuticles done right, see Susu. I picked a pretty light tan color and she did a fabulous job. I was the last one in for the night so I felt I was being taken care of well with no pressure of other clients waiting. It was nice. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! First off the NICEST nail salon owners and employees I have EVER met. I brought my 5-yr-old in for a mommy/daughter mani/pedi and boy was she treated like a princess!! It was so adorable. They did a meticulous job on our mani/pedis. When my daughter inevitably smudged her pedi, they happily touched it up. They even carried my daughter and our shoes to the car so we wouldn't smudge anything!! Fantastic, warm family vibe. Called in late around 6:40 to take off acrylics and get a gel mani and they said it was ok. Went in and was greeted by the older lady and she was a sweetheart. Nancy the owner did my gel mani and she was amazing I was going to do a glitter based gel and she told me that she could easily make money off of that but it wouldn't look ok because my nails are too short. This was the only place I could quickly go to after the mall yesterday to get my nails done and it was quite possibly the worst mistake I have ever made. The salons tools did not seem to be properly sterilized and they were just out in the open. I also could see a piece of skin on the cuticle cutter from a previous use. The lady doing my toes dropped the cuticle cutter on the ground for a few minutes and picked it back up later and reused it on me. The polish was so horrifically applied, I could have had my little niece do a better job. The best part is that less than an hour later, my nails already began chipping. Acrylics turned out nice but customer service was bad. My sister and i were letting our nails dry and one the ladys doing the nails asks my sister to get up from her seat so another customer could get seated! That was extremely rude being that we were also paying customers we felt really uncomfortable. The lady doing the acrylics wasnt even paying attention to what she was doing and cut my finger, it was bleeding. I was so excited to go here and it was a huge disappointment. Asked if they knew how to do ombré nails and the owner made it seem like they've done it before. Unfortunately the technician I had did not know how to do it but kept insisting that she do it even if I said to just make it the regular French tip since it started looking ugly. The second time I came the woman who helped me was rude and openly mocked customers who came in and she did a very bad job. I stopped coming after that but today I was strapped for time and my new place was busy so I decided to give it another chance. The girl who helped me was very sweet and nice but she did an absolutely terrible job. Was hoping to get a pedicure in the spa and got a bucket instead. Gel manicure is terrible, she missed spots, didn't clean under the nails for mani or pedi and stabbed me with the scissors. She also cut me multiple times and had to put coagulant on my finger. At the end she pored oil on my hands and just left it! I had to rub it in and when I needed a towel she took them away. Nail in the coffin, pun not intended. Went in because of yelp reviews, but because my daughter had such a bad (and justifiably so) experience, I have to give it 2 stars. Took my 23 year old daughter for a full acrylic set and pedicure. She is two months from graduating from Paul Mitchell, but specializes in hair. She wanted this as one of her gifts. They start on her pedicure, and after the man puts on the tips, he cut them down so fast she had no time to react. They were far shorter than she wanted, and the shape was squared...again, not what she wanted. He never asked what she wanted, just jumped in and hacked away. Now, she is working on confrontational skills, but at this point she thought there was little she could do about it and because I was paying, didn't say anything. She was miserable, and I don't rightly blame her. When a client comes in for a haircut/style, she is always asking them questions, getting them involved. Her other concern is that the tools he used was just moments before used on the lady before her! No cleaning, nothing. This is not cool. read more
