Youthfill MD ruined my face. For starters they charged my gf for her full forehead 179 and then for my forehead and masseters which they over injected. I was charged 1100. I couldn't smile, sip from a straw.. nothing for months. Now that's it's wearing off I have facial dropping around my mouth from exercising muscles that I didn't use before around my mouth area. Dr. Hopp, the surgeon who owns this facility is a respected plastic surgeon with a booming practice in Beverly Hills for years. I know bc I was once a medical device sales rep in Los Angeles. He injected me with Botox today and did a new technique that lifted my sagging jowls & nasolabial folds. - looks like I had a mini face lift! He is quite gifted and offers so many new items I didn't know existed. This facility on Brand Ave in Glendale needs to be SHUT DOWN. Health department will be notified. On August 21, I went for Botox injections that I prepaid for, at my appointment, I notice the "NURSE" was filling the syringe with another type of botulism, not a Botox bottle. I asked her what is that? Oh is Xeomin. I stated that's not what I requested and paid for. She responded Oh really, well it's the same thing. I stated that's not the point. I should have a choice to decide, besides that's not what I paid for. FYI I also noticed the bottle of Xeomin was damaged, I will get to that later on. I demanded to speak to the manager and she too was clueless. I did get my full refund, however this place is dangerous and not to mention extremely fifltly. My husband was waiting for me outside the building in our car, and he informed me that he watched the manager go out to her vehicle and get a bottle of medicine( the Xeomin) they were trying to inject me with out of The HOT CAR (It was 94' degrees that day) and proceeded to do fan it. My husband noticed fluid coming out from the top as well. Again the Better business Bureau and Health department should step in, and they will be notified. I am writing this review to caution others that maybe they can take precautions if it not just this place, but other facilities that do injectables. This was a great experience from the moment I called to make an appointment to the moment of injection. The gentleman over there phone was very helpful and polite. I told him I had bought a Groupon to go to the Glendale location and he got me an appointment very quickly. It was so easy and the technician was very informative and understanding. This is my 3rd time getting Botox and this has been the best experience out of the three. I was given the option to spread the 20 units not only in the desired spot but on my forehead too. No other facility has offered to spread the 20 units. I loved it and I walked out of their hoping for the best. It took a week to tell the big difference but it was totally worth it and he results were amazing. I'm a going back to these guys because they know what they are doing. read more

Avoid the Glendale location. Dirty and clueless. They also dont give or take Brilliant Distinction points. I had no consult as a new customer. Should have bolted. Miriam was sweet, but put too much botox in my forehead in the middle ( after I told her a P.A. pointed out I might have a problem with droop if injected in a certain area...and did an amazing job without problems)so after it set, my lower brow was standing out like a klingon. I tried to call the doc back, and he doesn't gave an activated #. He finally called me back and was so defensive, telling me how he was one of the first doctors to inject boto...I finally had to end the conversation. Called the shop on Robertson, and the girl who answered was a rude dingbat. You get what u pay for. Be careful. First off, the parking here sucks. It's only street parking so expect to walk a long way. Second, this location is only open on Tuesdays. I'm new to the plastic surgery/cosmetic enhancement world. My body is very sensitive so I have to be careful about what I eat and what medications to take. I came here on a Groupon and of course was upsold. "10 units won't be enough so we recommend 20." That's fine but I want to see how my body will react to the 10. I didn't see any difference so called for a follow up appointment. I was told there WAS a difference but it wasn't the reaction I had been hoping for. Whatever. I spent 30 minutes trying to find parking. Every time I tried to call to say why I was late the calls were transferred to their main office who were less than helpful. When I was FINALLY able to get the right office, the receptionist told me the technician had no other appointments scheduled so it was ok that I was running late. The technician said he had to "squeeze me in" and wanted me to purchase more units. When I asked for a price he told me I could negotiate with his manager who would be in an in hour. I guess he just assumed I had nothing better to do than wait. With my temper rising, he offered to call his manager and see what could be done. The manager gave a discount but at that point I was so frustrated from the parking, not being able to reach them on the phone and being talked down to that I left. They were extremely nice and professional on the first visit but the second visit was not the case. Maybe it was Mercury Retrograde, maybe everyone was tense for other reasons. Mariam is the best for botox or Juvederm, she s really knowledgable. Chris is a sweetheart and really helpful. He is a real asset for their business since he is really professional with customers. I highly recommend this location and really think they don't deserve the low rating. Their prices are good and the service is quick. You don't have to spend 3 hours in their office just for an injection like at dr Kassabian s office for the same results and at double price! The only negative remark would be regarding the parking. You have to park in the street since they don't have a parking assigned. I really wish they had 1 assigned parking spot. read more

My experience here was great. There was a spot right out front of the office. The staff was friendly. I should note that I came here using a Living Social for Botox and the woman who administered it, Marian, is only there once a week and travels to different clinics and spas. This review is for her specifically since I can't speak to the rest of the staff or office procedures. Marian was incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming. Very warm. Youthfill MD in Glendale was great! I saw Mariam for botox injections using the Groupon that I bought. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable and experienced she is. Her hands were very light! She made suggestions on the placement of the botox which was at the bridge of my nose, corner of my eyes and my forehead. I've had bad experiences with doctors that don't really know where to place the botox and just want to get things over with. Mariam took her time to plan on how much to put on each part of my face. I was also surprised and refreshed that she didn't offer to put more than what I had purchased from Groupon which was always the case for the other places I went to who pressured me to get more units. I went in for a consultation and was politely greeted by the office staff, who are extremely patient and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hopp. Not only was he polite and professional, but very knowledgeable and answered ALL my questions. My mom and brother are both patients of Dr. Hopp, which is why I wanted to specifically see him. They too speak very highly of him. Prior to coming to this facility I had received botox one time prior to this. It was an OK experience I got my 11s taken care of but the results only lasted for a few months . Upset I didn't want to waste my money again but those 11s were bugging me eventually I caved in and purchased the groupon. I was very happy with the results. I can't move my forehead. If you don't want to look like a robot at Disneyland, DO NOT see Miriam for botox. I saw Dr. Hopp here last year with a Groupon for 10 units and ended up adding 5 extra at the appointment. He did a great job, with very natural results. I came back again this year with a Groupon for 20 units, and saw Miriam, who suggested that I would need 30 units to cover my forehead, between my eyes, and my crows feet. I ended up buying four extra units, and now a week (and $200) later I can't move my forehead at all, and my eyelids are droopy. The crease between my eyes is still visible and my crows feet look the same. SO disappointed. read more

I had a Botox injection on my forehead, the doctor told me to come back after 7-10 days to check the result. On second appointment, there was different person, who gave injection to fix some areas, which caused my eyelid drop. Dropping eyelid caused difficulties to look at phone screen, reading, watching tv, driving,... I made 3rd appointment, this time I was told, I should have had waited for the doctor who did the first injections. I said:"how would have I known who was in charge doctor?" I was told that they can't fix it, and I have to live with it for another 3-4 weeks. I was offered to get prescribed eye drop" !!!!
