I genuinely appreciated how quickly they handled everything and their willingness to make it right. The staff here has always been incredibly sweet, welcoming, and professional, which is why I wanted to continue coming here in the first place. Things can happen, but their response and customer service honestly turned the entire experience around for me. You can tell they truly care about their clients and their work. We just tried this place yesterday--- January 16. My hubby had a foot spa and I just had a combo gel manicure and pedicure. The place is clean and there are a lot of colors to choose from. Since I am pre-diabetic, I am cautious and don't do frequent nail appointments, I am glad that Judy (for mani) and Eric (for pedi) were careful and gentle. went in to get my nails done and asked for a simply square acrylic with white gel. The service was nice and they accommodated my walk in but to pay $75 and spend 2.5 hours in there for this? My nail tech was lovely and she did re-do two of my nails but i'm still really upset at how they came out. There are bubbles in the paint and they're SO bumpy and off putting to look at. read more

Simply Nail Bar is so kind! The parking is street parking but I didn't mind the walk at all, it was a nice day out. Came here for a gel pedicure and there was no wait when I called a few minutes before showing up. I got a gel pedicure and fixed my broken toe nail with Eric for $58. He was very nice and gentle and paid attention to detail. The receptionist was also very kind as well. Would def recommend this salon. The inside is very clean and super cute! I've been coming here for about two years now since it was 1 min away from my job. I moved jobs, but I still made the 30 min commute to come here. I've had the best experience all this time & had great work. My last visit I requested the same cat eye color that was additional $20 each for pedicure & hard gel. Apparently there was an issue with the color I requested & I noticed both employees discuss something of that sort (however I couldn't understand fully due to language barrier) so I didn't pay much mind to it. However, once the hard gel was completed on my manicure, I notice the color was a little off. I then asked why it looked different & they told me because it wasn't the color I requested. However, they never told me that the pedicure was done with the wrong color. They assumed I just wouldn't notice so they just continued with the wrong color for my hands. They offered to fix it, but it had been two hours of me sitting there & they were already closed at that point. I felt completely disrespected because I understand mistakes happen, however, if they knew that it was not the color I requested, they could've informed me before beginning with my manicure. They purposely continued with the color assuming I just wouldn't notice. It's not the end of the world & don't need to have it re done, however, I felt completely disrespected. I'm paying for gel & hard gel. On top of that I'm paying extra $20 for both. I do also always provide generous tips bc I appreciate their work & have always loved it here. However, I'm extremely disappointed on how I was disrespected that way. Thinking I wouldn't notice & continued anyway. I don't feel comfortable coming back. read more

I actually really liked everything about this nail salon - except the final result. Even though my manicurist did a pretty bad job on my gel manicure, she was really nice and pleasant to talk to, and I know that she meant well. The huge TV where customers could watch shows about pretty houses was a big plus as well. Vivian and Christina were so sweet! They were both meticulous and very gentle when it came to drilling/filing & cutting my cuticles 10/10 for customer service. The receptionist was also very helpful squeezing me in and figuring out what service to do. There is a bit of a language barrier with the techs but everyone is super sweet and tries to help. I'm a bit picky & I try not to be too difficult but I had to ask to fix some of the shaping (they're still slightly uneven but my fault I should've said something lol). I think they should be comparing both hands to each other simultaneously rather than working on one at a time. Besides working on a little shaping, my techs were great and happy to accommodate. Felt that pricing should be more transparent during services but they do have little menus off to the side. &bring cash for tips! read more

I came here as a walk in appointment after work on a Tuesday evening and I was pretty impressed. They weren't too busy and were able to assist me immediately. My entire appointment only took bout 50 minutes which is certainly on the quicker side including removal. The nail tech was very precise and fast. It's been a week and my grow out is looking decent. My only concern would be I feel like they don't have that many colors to choose from. I was specifically looking for a lilac color and didn't see many light purple options. read more

I am not happy that I am writing this review I have been going to Simply Nail for my pedicure and they have been usually doing a good job. Unfortunately I couldn't go to my manicure private person so I decided to do my manicure and pedicure here. I chose white color with Extra $20 charge for adding glitter/sparkles on. I got my nail done on Thursday, was going on vacation and on 2nd day on vacation without even touching anything colorful or washing my hands much, I started noticing the top layer coat of my manicure is cracking and the nails started changing colors. Literally 2nd day. My nails looked so ugly and I am so regretting going there for my Manicure! I wish I didn't have to do this review but it is funny enough the day I went someone was there complaining about the manicure she got the day before and wanted for the technician to fix it! I made an appointment to get acrylic fill ins for my nails and when I sat down the nail technician did not speak with me at all or tell me what she was going to do. She took off my nail gel from the last set, then she put my nails in a bowl of liquid and took off my existing acrylic nails on one hand. While my hand was still dipped in the liquid the receptionist couldnt find any of the colors I wanted, which is ridiculous for a nail salon that they have such a limited selection. The receptionist came in after my first hand was done and I was upset that my acrylics were taken off even though I specifically typed in the website that my appointment was for fill ins. The nail technician who took off my nails was rude and kept staring me down while she was doing my nails. The nail technician did a half assed job of taking off my nails and told me rudely that she doesn't do acrylics, that she only does gel. She charged me for her service and the receptionist asked if there was a problem. I told her yes, that I never asked for my acrylics to be taken off and now I was getting charged to take them off and had to pay for a whole new set of acrylics. I told them i did not want them to do any more work on my nails and to just charge me for what was done. Another receptionist who wasn't there in the beginning told me that they had to take off my set to put on a new set. I told her well this was not told to me when I first got here. I will never be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. read more

I'm writing to express frustration - not at the quality of service since my nail tech was fantastic - but about a specific bad experience. I am hard on my nails and I was so happy that I had a nail tech who did such a great job that my gel mani lasted perfectly for three weeks. I was so excited to make my appt to see her again. Well, apparently not only does the system not track who does your nails when you pay by card, but the person I was told at the front desk to tip is NOT the person who did my nails. I confirmed TWICE that I was tipping the correct person before I venmo'ed the tip. So now not only can I NOT schedule with that tech but this tech who did FANTASTIC work didn't even get a tip from me. And the entire time I was trying to get it sorted the front desk receptionist was laughing, finding the situation hilarious. read more

I've been many times there only bc it's literally down the street from where I live. I don't like the vibe nor the lack of attention from the front staff. They don't provide wifi access which makes it difficult and annoying since there is no cell service inside the building. They play boring music and at times commercials play and no one attempts to skip it. I feel sorry for the nail techs. The management needs to step up their game. It's a no for me. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for over a year now and I love coming here! They always have the best shows playing on their tv so when I watch it I feel like time flies by so fast. Selina did my dip manicure and I love them. I got the dip color in Funny Bunny. I wanted to get a chrome top coat on it but Selina was honest about what would happen if she applied gel on top of dip (it will chip). She provided me with the best service and was so sweet.
