I used to come here with Nancy coz it was easy to get an appointment without waiting.. and was okay with whoever will do my mani/pedi , I called and came here because I was in a rush. So I showed a picture to this lady of what I want for my nails for my big day. At first she was it was okay and not giving attention to her because she was disagreeing what color I want, though she told me she's not good or confident to do the design, I even trust her and cheer her up that she can do it.. she didn't even bother of asking Nancy to help her. So I didn't start any scandal for this coz I don't have energy to complain but atleast do some good with a costumer to make them happy for the result of the work. So as time go by..she started talking to me like we're closefriend and scolding me about my cuticles etc... I just smiled and just think of back of my head that it is obviously thats why I'm her costumer to do work. Then she started to offer and forcing me to do the gel pedi when I don't want it, and said something "no money" and easily dirty. Long short story.. she's rushing me to get done and not taking it seriously to her work which is obviously you can tell the vibe of a person if she's like her job. Or she doesn't care at all..

Nancy is the best and she is so kind n professional. I have been coming here for years. Service is always great and peaceful vibes.

Came for the first time a few weeks ago, and got a beautiful french pedicure by Nancy! It lasted so long but my nails were growing out so came to get them redone. My mistake was letting a different lady do them and the difference is major!! Base color too pink+opaque, and Lots of imperfection in the french tip execution. Now I know to only ask for Nancy from now on...

My pointer finger and middle finger chipped after 24 hours

I liked how fast it was to get an appointment and the service was also efficient. My pointer nail chipped the same day (I got a gel manicure) and I called Nancy and she was super helpful and let me come in the next day to fix it. Unfortunately, my pointer and middle finger chipped again the next day after she fixed it. I think it might be a polish issue. She also applied the coats very thinly so it could be that? I really like my manicurist and would give this place another chance but it was also sad to pay for a gel manicure only to get results of a bad regular manicure. My gel manicures usually last 4 weeks without any chipping. I don't think I can go back another time to fix the chips.

Nancy and her team are the best in the game! I've been going to her salon for over 3 years, and I can say with authority she is my favorite nail tech in the Los Angeles area. I'm pretty picky when it comes to the shape, length, and design of my acrylics, and she executes them brilliantly every time. Nancy and Kim are the best! I called ahead of time to get a Gel Mani and Pedi and they were nice enough to get me in towards the end of the day. The salon is clean, neat, new massage chairs which I love and loads of colors to choose from. They offer many services at a great price. Nancy was able to translate a design I wanted onto my short nails (I play music so unfortunately cannot have beautiful long acrylics) Her suggestion of color and design turned out to the exactly what I was looking for. They will not disappoint! I've found my new nail salon

Super crazy to say that my family and I have been coming to Nancy for over 15 years! She has always been super accommodating (even when we run late ) and has never disappointed. I always leave very satisfied with the services provided! When you walk in, everyone is very welcoming. You don't find yourself standing around waiting to be helped. They help you right away! This time around, I requested for acrylic nails. It was my first time so I didn't know what to expect. I provided her with a photo of something I was interested in. Nancy Nails has been remodeled to include the most luxurious massaging Spa Pedicure stations and a big wall of new colors that are available in regular, gel and dip powder colors. My feet and hand color matches perfectly and the new colors have a beautiful sparkle. I have been going to Nancy for close to 10 years because the prices and services are fantastic. The BEST IN TOWN!

Clean and simple! Just got acrylic removal and white gel manicure for $29 total. Every place was busy due to the holiday coming up, but I was very happy that Nancy took me in for 7:30 (closing time) when I called in only two hours prior. Nancy said she'd been working in Glendale for 10 years, and was able to open her own nail salon 4 years ago. Very happy for her! Great work on my nails too :) Thank you Nancy! read more

Best full set I had in my entire life for a reasonable price. There was a little bit of wait but its okay. My nails usually break but this time the full set lasted more than a month without breaking. Nancy was fast doing my nails with all my nails even and pretty. She even gave me a discount for the design since I had a pedicure. I only docked down 1 star because of the lady who did my pedicure. She gave a really bad attitude to the point that she wiped the dirt from my toenails to the skin of my feet. Parking is free and easy since this place is at a mini plaza. I highly recommend Nancy for your mani but be prepared for attitude if you're getting the pedi. read more

I called from work and requested an underarm and upper lip wax; Nancy was able to accommodate me within the next 20 minutes. During the quality wax, nancy suggested a manicure; as i had plans, I asked if it could be a quick manicure and she said yes. It was a great first experience and do plan to return. I've been looking for a nail salon for gel mani and pedi for a while and after trying out a few places in Glendale I was very unhappy. After searching some more on Yelp I found Nancy's and decided to try them out today and I think it's safe to say I found my new nail salon!!! Nancy was so kind and so communicative the whole time she did my manicure and Kim did my pedicure. So much attention to detail, they take their time and it has a very homey vibe unlike a lot of the bigger salons you see these days. BEWARE! The cheap and fast service is not worth it! You will for sure have chipping, lopsided nails and might end up with an infection. Came here on Saturday, July 21st and my manicure lasted only 1 day, the polish chipped off and my cuticles were tore up. My pedicure was even worse! The guy giving me a pedicure was really rough and went way to crazy on my cuticles and dead skin. He poked my cuticle and opened up the skin and I ended up with a really bad paronychia infection. After a trip to the urgent care today (Thursday, July 26), I'm down $30 for the mani-pedi and another $210 for the urgent care visit to drain the infection and antibiotics. So gross! I've never had such a bad experience anywhere! Just praying that it's just a paronychia and I don't have something crazier like MRSA. read more

Updated price list Nancy was extremely nice, I went with my friend to get a full set of acrylics. She said she only had time to do one, but she managed to squeeze me in and did a fantastic job. She made sure everything was to your liking. There is a charge for nail length and gel is $12 more. read more

I went there one day randomly I didn't know how good she was until I had my nails done by her She's super good fast her job is amazing very careful and neat I'm obsessed and I never went to a different place after that day . Their prices are sooo reasonable not expensive at all and better than all the other fancy nails salon in my opinion. read more

I found this place on Yelp. I was going engagement ring shopping the following weekend so I desperately needed my nails too look good. I called the same day and was able to get an appointment with Nancy. One of her appointments cancelled so she was able to take me in earlier. I came in and right away she had me pick a color. I wanted an acrylic gel full set. They probably had the most gel polish selections I've ever seen. Luckily I found the shade I was looking for. Pros: -Nancy is fast and detailed oriented -Causal conversation -Price was really good (esp for Glendale) -Easy parking -Clean Con: -Nancy was a bit too fast before asking me how long I wanted my nails. She cut it a bit too short but they still look cute. -$1 charge for any card transaction (but that's pretty common in nail shops) Price overview: -$27 "long" full set -$12 gel -$5 for cuticle removal $44 total + tip, which is great! I'll definitely be going back. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Not good. Don't come. Asked for chrome gel nails, which was $12 extra. I was the only person in the nail salon and it took over an hour for just a manicure. She did in total, 10 coats of polish. While I wanted a simple and clean manicure, it came out bulky and uneven with tons of air bubbles. Overall not happy with the result. read more

They did a wonderful job on my gel mani and pedi. My husband and I also got our eyebrows waxed by Nancy. She's a sweetheart and to be honest, the prices are very reasonable. We called at 7:20pm and they stayed late for us. Thank you Nancy !!!! We will definitely be coming back. the lady doing my pedicure was so rough and kept burning my skin. the water for my pedicure was cold! she did one side shorter than other and asked me if its ok to leave it as is, on top of it she kept wanting me to do additional services just so I pay more. the other lady doing my hands at first i loved the shape she did good then when it came to painting thats where it went bad. both of them did a sloppy job and when i asked to get it fixed she said "its ok i do another layer itll go away" i dont think i will be back here again. read more

I've been to several nail salons and this one is the best! I called at 3:30pm asking how if they would be able to take me as a walk-in because I had a wedding event. They were already really busy but they still took me in and did my nails in less than 20 minutes. Nancy herself did my nails and she was really thoughtful about the time constraint I had and was just very gracious in even allowing me to come on such short notice. All in all, my gel nails were done in about 20 minutes and they nailed it! Nancy and her team are extremely efficient, clean and prep your nails completely, have fair prices ($25 for gel nails) and are truly the sweetest. They have the best customer service and I won't be taking my business anywhere else. Thank you Nancy for going above and beyond! read more

This is my go-to place to get my nails done. I usually get a gel manicure and a pedicure. From the times I've been there, I've noticed that Nancy is very speedy, but the other people I've had haven't been as fast. I was there almost two hours one time for a manicure and pedicure! That being said, they always do an excellent job! They don't usually have the sloppy edges I have gotten before on my gel manicure that I have to file off, though it may depend on the person you get. The price here is good, but it can get crowded, even if you have an appointment. Plan more time than you think! read more

i came here to get my acrylics removed and get a dip manicure. nancy removed my acrylics off so aggressively. she peeled off my natural nails so roughly that she ripped the middle of multiple of my nails and made me bleed. in addition, she was giving me attitude for not wanting a gel manicure instead and rushed my dip manicure that it came out uneven and messy. i came out with worse nail conditions than i came in with read more

I love Nancy! I've been going to her for over a year now for gel manicures. She is fast, knows what she is doing and always manages to squeeze me in even when I schedule a last minute appointment. Even though she's quick, she always does an amazing job. I am pretty picky with the shape and length of my nails and Nancy always remember just how I like them shorter rather than longer, not too rounded but not too square either. I usually am indecisive about what color I want and have gotten into the habit of asking Nancy what would look good. She always confidently picks the color that is "in" during the season and I never regret having her pick for me! Prices are very reasonable and there's always parking in the lot. Pro-tip: call to make an appointment ahead of time because Nancy gets booked quickly, especially over the weekend. read more

It's been 3 weeks and they look amazing. Going in for a new color soon I can't wait. Went in for a dip powder manicure 3 days ago. I took my daughter who got a gel manicure. The ladies were fine. Friendly enough. But seemed to be in a bit of a rush. My manicure was going ok until the woman jabbed the cuticle nippers halfway under my nail vertically and chomped down causing me to not only bleed but it literally still hurts. They did not seat my daughter next to me as would be expected when you make an appointment trot two manicures together so I didn't see much of what happened during her manicure. I asked her how it went and although her nails look nice, she too was cut and treated too roughly. The quality of the nails over all is mediocre as far as the dip powder is concerned. It doesn't seem like the woman had much experience with applying it. It's also slightly chipping along the edge of my nails. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I know that closing time is hard. But I made my appointment for 6:30, an hour before closing time. It took 20 mins for them to get my feet in the tub. Not my fault. My feet were mistreated. I was cut 3 times and the nail technician did not even apologize after I pointed it out. She never said one word to me. I walked out without paying and without paint. Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a nail place. Did I mention that I have an event tomorrow for which I really needed my nails done? :( read more

I've been a customer of Nancy's since 2011 and when I heard she opened up her own shop I was so excited!! The grand opening of the salon was 11/19/15, and its super cute and fresh. They have 5 stations and 4 spa chairs. They also have a TV, which is pretty awesome so you definitely won't get bored while you're getting pampered. They offer nail services, waxing, threading, eyelash extensions, and facials. I almost always get a gel manicure and pedicure with Nancy since I'm guaranteed to ruin the color before I walk out and because honestly I like being able to put on my shoes without worrying whether the polish is 100% dry. Nancy does a really good job but if you like something a certain way just tell her and she will do exactly that for you. She is the only one I trust with my nails and I highly recommend her. If I didn't have the bad habit of ripping off my gel polish (which is the WORST thing you can do) my gels would last over 2 weeks. She's also really amazing with cleaning toes and cuticles, she's so good my bf comes to her. I highly recommend her and am so glad I didn't lose her! read more

The plushies in the claw machines were not as impressive as their blind box selection, but it only costs 1 coin per play ($1 per coin). Thankfully, this location has a lot for itself. I was able to enter the lot without issue and easily found a spot to park. Parking is spacious! The inside of the store looks a little dated, but it's got plenty of items in-stock! Lots of make-up and over-the-counter meds. I dropped by for some fiber and other personal products. Everything was located quickly and the line moved along fast despite the foot traffic. All for registers were open, I appreciated that this Walgreens' team had excellent team work. The restroom was sadly closed, due to being out of order.

The pharmacist didn't even say hello to me when I finally got to the window, just looked at me to put my cards in the bin. Go to another Walgreens.

While it seems like it has a huge lot outside, it's in desperate need of upkeep. Mainling the spot markings. Things are so faded that there's basically no markings at all. When I called the pharmacy this afternoon just to confirm that it's ready for pick up, I was told that they have no order on file. I just wasted a day of waiting for my meds, to only find out that nothing was actually done and nobody knows why confirmation email was sent to me for pick up. Walgreens obviously cannot be trusted, so if you want to receive your meds in a timely fashion, id suggest to go to a different pharmacy.

I have been hankering for a pedicure for a while, and not just any pedicure. I wanted something…read moremore therapeutic. My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I usually don't give 3 stars easily but unfortunately this place can't be more than 3 stars. I went to this place based on the reviews , people working here are the nicest, I had an appointment at 4 and I got there at 4:05 but I had to wait 30 minutes to be helped(not totally their fault I could be on time) I got a black cherry gel manicure which I was very happy with, but unfortunately after one week the gel started coming off. I get gel all the time and normally it stays for a good 3-4 weeks but I had to have my nails done again two weeks later.
