Totally worth a trip to relax and pamper yourself here. Make sure you get an appointment with them in advance. They are busy for walkins especially on weekends. They have lots of colors to choose from as well. But the best part was the warm cream message in the pedicure. Nails looks fab no doubt, but I felt my service was a bit cut short compared to others. People who came before me almost got done at the same time. Other than that no issues. They charge 35 for regular mani-pedi and 5 extra for French manicure. read more

Went in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment. The gals were very friendly and really did a great job on my pedicure. The pedicure was $30 so it was a few dollars more than your standard price but felt like the service made up for it. I did end up waiting about 15min for someone to start my pedicure - but wasn't too surprised based on how busy it was inside. I was in and out in 1hr. Next time I plan to book an appointment! read more

I need to write a review of how amazing Nancy's was! I went in on Dec 15th after flying to Seattle for work and family time with 3 broken nails and chipping polish. I had no time to fix it before I left and was desperate. Fortunately I was able to be squeezed in for a fill, repairs and pedi. I loved how my nails turned out! We replaced all tips as some of my previous set was lifting and I had mostly grow out under, which was why they were breaking (I have longer pointy tips). I also got candy cane designs on two nails for the holidays. It's now 5.5 weeks later (I haven't had any time to go in for another fill) and I have zero breaks, zero chips to my polish, and am still getting compliments! Planning to get a fill sometime this week, but bummed I'm home in NY and can't go back to this great salon. Next time I'm in Seattle I will make a point to set up an appointment at Nancy's though! read more

Had my first ever pedicure here at Nancy's and I truly enjoyed the experience. Booking the appointment was quick and easy. The lady over the phone was very sweet and even helped us reschedule when we couldn't make the first appointment. I just moved into the area and was looking for a new nail salon to do my pedicures. I saw the Yelp reviews but have experienced other five star salons that left me scratching my head wondering about people's expectations when it comes to a good mani/pedi so my expectations were low. I loved that I could call and schedule my appointment and be seen at my scheduled time. Everyone was so nice and and accommodating. The five star is for the actual pedicure. Only one other place has made my feet like I was walking in pillows, this place is now the second. The tech was not rough with handling my feet and my feet feel so soft. I will become a regular especially since they are literally a block away! They even bought a client an orchid because it was her birthday! How sweet is that? read more

I recently moved to the area and came to this salon per the stellar reviews on Yelp, and I am SO happy that I did! This is one of my favorite nail salons ever! Nancy and her staff really go the extra mile with their customer service. Most notably, they make sure they know every customer's name. The place is super clean (and they use sanitized tools for each client and plastic liners in their pedicure chairs) and tastefully decorated. All of the technicians are friendly and always appear to be laughing and genuinely enjoying what they do. The prices are very reasonable and they do beautiful design work ($35 for shellac mani, $60 for a shellac mani + regular pedi). They also offer plenty of regular and shellac colors. Nancy and her staff are the best in Redmond. They know all of the latest styles and can create that special look just for you. I get a French manicure with added foil sparkles an the tips. Ok. Not so much of a cozy place for spa. I asked for a shellac manicure which ideally and always includes a hand massage. Let me get back to that part later. The shellac I got had bubbles when done and absolutely uneven. Thankfully I got a nude color and things are not super visible it was a horrible manicure and I paid $30 minus the tip. The gel is uneven so the paint looks uneven and my skin and nail paint are almost glued together at one place. When I tried to get rid of it the paint looks like it is not going to last more than a week. Coming to the part of hand massage the lady doing the manicure seemed to be lost and she decided she is going to pick one hand and apply cuticle oil only to that one. The hand massage was applying moisturizer to my hands. PERIOD. Definitely don't recommend this place I am not sure how they got such reviews. Never going back again. read more

Nancy's Nails is hidden away in a strip mall, in Redmond and is a little hard to find (it took me a bit) but good to catch. I 'needed' red nails, last minute and was having some trouble finding a place that could do it on such short notice; enter Nancy and her walk-in friendly salon. I had a short wait (about 20 min, not too shabby) and was able to be seen. Not being the fanciest of ladies, I wasn't prepared for the sheer volume of reds available but Nancy helped my choose a really beautiful color, in no time(without her, I would've been there for an hour, easy, neck deep in polish and despair). My manicure and polish application was very pleasant. She was very friendly and didn't try to up sell me a million times and so I left relaxed and content with, some, seriously, gorgeous red nails; it's, easily, my favorite nail shade, now. This place was really wonderful. Nancy and all of the nail technicians were so warm and sweet. Nancy was incredibly detailed on my acrylic shellac set and was always asking how things were. After a few bad appointments at a previous nail salon, I was on the search to find another. I have only been here once so far, but I was extremely happy! As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean and new everything looked (unlike most places). I had made an appointment earlier in the week and was taken right on time. I think there were about 4 women working at the time, and each and every one of them made sure to know my name. They all asked how i was doing throughout my appointment, and they all used my name. I also noticed that they actually knew almost every customer that came through the door. I thought that was awesome. It shows they get to know their clients, and their clients all seem to come back happy! Shellac Manicure: I showed a picture of what I wanted, only I asked for different colors. She was very careful to make sure it looked exactly like the picture. She actually talked to me a bit throughout the manicure which was refreshing. She did a perfect job! She made sure I liked what she was doing throughout. The shellac polish is still going strong! She also did a full hand/arm massage which I find a lot of other places skimp on. Shellac French Pedicure: First off, I really liked how they put a fresh bag inside the foot tubs for each client. This place is very hygienic, unlike most places I've tried. Again, nothing to complain about here! Massage was awesome and a good length, the hot stone massage was amazing, and the pedicure was perfect! It's also still perfectly intact after about 2 weeks! I really liked the fact that all the women working at the time came up to me at one point to see the end result. My one and only CON is that the older woman who took my payment seemed a bit unhappy that I wasn't paying in cash. I made sure his place took interact before making my appointment. She told me "next time bring cash" and that was it. I was like uhhhhh okay? All in all, DEFINITELY going back! Very clean, modern decor, friendly staff, and amazing end result! Pros: So I have tried a lot of other nail places in the area and as far as the quality of work done, I have to say that this is my favorite spot by far. I like to get creative and do interesting designs but usually I'm disappointed by what I get. They did a fantastic job on my design and used thin enough lines that made my modern geometric nails look great. Cons: The only thing that I want to mention is that how loud they were talking to each other. I will be the first to admit that I came in with my aunt we may have been a bit loud during certain parts of our conversation. Maybe that's why they started talking to each other fairly loudly. However, it got so loud that we couldn't hear each other anymore and we stopped talking. This loud chatting continued during our service and we felt a little irritated that we couldn't relax. I would have given this place 5 out of 5 stars if they didn't talk to each other so loudly the whole time. read more

This place is located in a convenient location. Full of asians who speak Vietnamese? (Im not sure). The lady who did my nails doesnt fully understand english so heads up. I went here today to get acrylics for prom. I paid $45 for a long lasting acrylic of the length i want. If you were curious, they use the powder technique for my acrylics. The price increases if you want longer acrylic nails. I rated it one star because it did not match the expectations i got from the other reviews. Plus, i did not enjoy the fact that they talk about their clients in their own language in not so nice manner. In general, it looks alright. If youre very picky like me, i have pictures of the little things i wish she did better. read more

Best pedicure on the Eastside! I hadn't seen Nancy in years and the new location is absolutely fabulous. The salon is clean and hygienic, with oodles of great new colors to choose from. She did a spectacular job on my nails and is so friendly and kind she made me feel like an old friend. I also appreciate how up front she is with wait times: no promising "ten minutes" only to make me wait a half hour. Alternately, when I mentioned I had a fixed amount of time, she made sure to get me out the door right on time. And I'm super pleased with the result! read more

I am a regular customer at Nancy nails and have always loved their service and cleanliness. I went back there after almost 6 months. I can't tell how impressed I was with their covid cleaning protocol . As soon as you enter , you are asked to wash your hands . They wipe down every chair, equipment with Clorox wipes after each session, and take only one - two customers at a time and social distance their clients by keeping each of them at either ends of the room . They were so careful that they didn't even let me touch the door knob, they let their clients out since they are wearing gloves! Nancy and Her sister Lynn are such sweethearts! read more

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Lynn and Kim took their time to give a quality Manicure and Pedicure. The salon was clean, the pedicure tubs had plastic covers in them and the tools were sanitized and individually packaged. The jelly pedicure was so cool! Nancy is my #1 go to for getting mani/pedis done. Nancy and her staff are so kind, wonderful and do an amazing job. This business is clean, reliable and it's the only place I recommend to my friends and even bring my husband when he needs a pedicure. I am super particular and have been happy ever since I started coming here about 7 years ago when I first moved to Redmond. I chose this place based on the reviews which are true in every sense! Nancy and her crew take lot of care to ensure that the experience is great. I got a Mani-pedi done and another time color change in both fingers and toes. Both times had good experience. I love their color collection. The protection coat really makes the color last longer. Probably will go for spa next time. It just feels nice being pampered. Appointments recommended strongly, specially on Fridays and weekend. read more

I can see why this place has high reviews. I made an appointment at the time they closed but Nancy and her husband accommodated me despite being after closing hours without any fuss. I got a pedicure and Nancy took a lot of time and care throughout which surprised me since I was expecting to be rushed out. Every step was carefully done and the outcome exceeded my expectations. My toes have never felt and looked better. Prices are fair and due to the great and welcoming service that is lacked at my regular salon, I know I will be a returning customer. Plus their regular pedicure service comes with a nice hot stone massage so how can I resist? Appointments recommended. read more

I can't say nicer things about this salon. It's truly a gem. The customer service is impeccable which can be hard to find when it comes to nail salons. The owner, Nancy, really goes the extra mile to send reminders for appts and accommodate her clients every need. I especially love how her and her husband take the time to not only remember the names of their clients but information about their lives and families. I've been going here for a few months now and on every occasion she is following up with a client about a previous story they discussed weeks prior. It truly is these small things that count. The quality of work by the nail technicians is superb! My go to technician Ti is the absolute BEST artist I have ever had the privilege of finding. She is meticulous and has a keen eye for detail. I've attached my inspo pic, I wanted white/cream and sage with only sage on my pinky and only cream on my thumb. There were issues with the total application too beyond just being completely wrong colors, design and shape. She filed and chipped off my left middle (pic) and she did the green instead of the pink first so it shows threw on the tips of my fingers (pic). The line work is really weak and several times she messed up and decided to thicken the line instead of clean up her work. Finally, the overall cleanliness of this place was TERRIBLE. No one was wearing a mask, the whole place was so heavy with chemical smells that i had a headache from start to finish - I swear there isnt a vent in the place. After my 30 min wait they moved me to the station for my manicure and it was covered in someone elses clippings and red paint which were left for my entire 90 minutes, then a filthy towel was tossed ontop of it for me to put my hands on. Was $60 and I'll have to try somewhere else for sure.

This salon was able to get me in and when I showed up she was prepped and ready. Super clean place although she says she is moving in a month. She is taking clients by appointment only so it was nice to see safety was a precaution here. The pedicure was great. She did a great massage and I was relaxed. I was a bit surprised when I got up that the website has a pedicure for $25 and she told me $30. The website needs to get updated with the higher pricing. Overall it was great. I did notice my left toe seems to have chipped a little bit that could be my own doing as I spent the last weekend in Vegas.

I ended up with something very odd and much more expensive. I had no clue walking out what the hell is on my finger nails... it does kinda look french tip, but it's big, bulky, your nails are completely unusable for standard nail stuff (like opening letters, peel off labels) and it feels like I got an extra 1/4 inch of stuff on it. After asking my friends, turns out that this is not your standard good old French tip, it's a SNS situation that you can't get off anymore. Yikes! I was just about to go and buy a nail polish remover when they told me that you can't use it for those kind of nails. I had to seriously google the whole disaster and also checked their website, instead of the $30 french tip manicure, they quietly upgraded me to the $55 SNS one. They never asked if I even wanted that and with me having absolutely no idea what the hell was going on, I couldn't intervene to tell them that this isn't what I ordered. I remember thinking that the price is way too much and why did I sit for over an hour what should have taken 30min. Lesson learned, I'll never ever do a nail service again. This will take months to grow out unless I'm willing to douse my hands in 100% acetone for 15-20min and try to get this glub back off (had to google this also)... I can't even say that this was a great job, since my friends said it's too thick and not looking good. If you are new to nails, this isn't the right place, they'll do whatever to charge the most expensive service even if you didn't order it. I assume a seasoned pro would have stopped them in their tracks, but now I'm stuck with this, can't use my nails, paid too much and can't get it off without a lot of effort.

Anyways - I don't think I'll be going back here. While we do get nicks and cuts, I would expect a place to be more careful with teenagers and young adults. Now onto checking for her tetanus shot update and make sure it doesn't get infected.

They also have iPads available during the service, so I ended up watching Emily in Paris while getting my nails done. What impressed me the most was their cleanliness. After each customer, they thoroughly cleaned everything with Clorox wipes, including the desk, chairs, and surrounding area. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I expected a little more attention to detail for a professional service at this level. A couple of nails had small imperfections. For example, one thumb wasn't fully covered near the edges and part of it looked matte, almost like the top coat didn't fully seal the edge. One other nail also had a slightly uneven surface.
