The technician repeatedly caused me some discomfort during the pedicure, and I found myself flinching quite a few times-I almost left in the first few minutes. I also paid extra for an upgraded service and could not tell that all of the advertised treatments were actually provided. The finished polish looks fine, but a pedicure is about more than polish. Had my pedicure done yesterday. feet were soaked a light filing and bit of cuticle removed.once done I showed my feet the filing was not done properly and no proper cleaning, feet felt so dry. The lady said no they did clean. very disappointing pedicure for $50. requested pricing for ombre nails and the said ombre one color is $65 and two colors if $85. Ombre in one color? I've been coming here for over 2.5 years and have always trusted their work, so I'm very disappointed to write this. I had a shellac removal and new polish done on September 4th. Right after my appointment I noticed two marks on the fingers of my right hand. I assumed they were just stains from the polish or something that would fade. It's now September 26th and the spots haven't faded--they look more like skin discoloration, almost like a burn. I'm fairly certain it happened during the acetone soak and/or while my nails were under the LED light, possibly because the acetone was left on too long. Came here with my husband and ten year old and had a reservation. The owner said they were short staffed. While massaging my right leg, she found out it was our first time there. She felt bad and gave my kid a bottle of water and some candy. Then she gave my right leg an extra massage. It was so nice of her, however, no one but the owner was friendly like that, and it was only after knowing it was our first time. Today, I got the prettiest nails ever from Lynn, the owner of Sky Nails. The price was reasonable, and truly the results are perfect. When I walked in, I had about a 10 minute wait which went by quickly because of the pleasant chatter and lovely atmosphere. It's freshly painted with new chairs/furniture and beautiful planters by the door. Spa music was playing. Huge selection of colors. Lynn was meticulous with prepping my nails and cuticles. She provided an awesome neck rub and hand massage after the shellac was cured. I'm so happy to have given this salon a try. I will be coming back often. read more

My fiancé made a mani & pedi appointment for two at 6pm. They started working on my fiancé by 6:30pm and by 6:55pm they were finish with the mani & pedi. $58 for 30 mins of service? They rather keep taking people in, instead of servicing the current customer. It is certain that quality is not what they are after, but quantity. As other customers came in that had an appointment for 6:30pm they also had to wait, but upon a chair opening the lady working on my pedi, speed up and left for the 6:30 group. If you are coming here to unwind and enjoy a mani & pedi this is not the place. If you need something quick & not press for time, at the end of the day they do a decent job. read more

I have been coming here religiously atleast once a month for 14 years, even back when it was Ultra Spa. Throughout the years I have moved away from Redmond Ride but this place is SO AMAZING that I have always made the drive to come there. They offer alot of wonderful services and I also get my waxing done there as well. Tammy is the ONLY person I allow to fill my nails because she is the absolute best!!!. Lynn and Tina have given me fantastic pedicures and waxes over the years!!. I would also like to mention that when it comes to Covid safety precautions, Lynn the owner has done a truly fantastic job. Had an appt with a friend, had to wait 30 mins while they took two walk ins in front of me - then wanted us to sit apart- isnt the point of going together being able to sit next to each other. The techs were rude from the start like they were put out for our service. We were asked once we were done if we would wait elsewhere in the salon for our polish to dry and was sprayed with some speed up dry in a can. They needed our chairs for more customers. it was not relaxing, it was rushed the pedicure wasnt even good - the polish was messy. I had high hopes with the positive reviews but unfortunately my experience wasn't wonderful. I was pestered over and over through my acrylic set to get gel polish. They asked about my job for leverage to push gel on me, once again. I was also lied to and told gems could only be used with gel, in another attempt to force me into gel. I have been getting nails without gel for a long time and know this to be false. Also, the nail tech cut me with the dremmel and didn't even acknowledge it. 2 days later and there is something wrong with the nail that was cut, it burns and is swollen. I wasn't going to leave a review, but am now concerned for my finger and needed to share. My nails are beautiful but I'm not sure I will be returning. read more

They offer personal service and deliver an excellent experience everytime. What I like the best is they take the time to get to know each customer.
