Nails for days!! This little place in the most unassuming strip all is surprisingly good. A husband & wife owned and ran. They have 1 older male employee, he would give the best pedicures. Prices are reasonable. The only thing: they are small. If you're there with more than you or your group of 2, expect to spend a good 2 hours. They could hire more people but I get it. The cost. They do a great job overall though. Just the speed. Often times, it's about 2 hours for mani/pedi when you come with a friend or solo. That's tthe only reason I haven't been back as often as I'd like. read more

I really really easily wanted to like this place . I had a shellac mani and regular pedicure. I was so thankfully so be seen only to man handled , was told they'd match my toes to my nails - they did not. Cut my toe , my finger nails. I've never had a worse shellac mani in my life . No massage . Nails are brittle and breaking . Like multiple nails have dee very painful cracks .$82 later I'll stick with my go tos . Please be beware. Really high quality work. Unassuming location in a strip mall by a whiskey bar, but worth a visit. Weekend hours til 6 including Sunday and open 7 days at 9:30 am. I was here to get my acrylic nail polish removed. Yen who helped me with this was very meticulous. I asked him to be careful not to use the tool to damage my real nails. He was great! Yen was gentle to my nails and gave me the filings I needed as well. I am very happy with the result. I recommend this nail salon if you need to get your nails done. Their prices are also very reasonable. They also now have a lot of parkings in this plaza. Appointments are recommended but they also welcome walk- ins. I've been coming here for a few months now, and I'm always treated like a princess they have many soft pink and pastel dips! they even bought STICKERS for me to choose from because I mentioned in the past that I liked them the hand massage at the end feels so good. I showed them a picture of what I want, and they looked at It and confirmed it's possible ( classic French tip dip manicure). My nails came out nothing like the picture, and I told them. They continued to argue with me and tell me they asked me how "thick" I wanted the French tip, but I kept showing them the picture as a reference each time they asked me. Kept burning me accidentally with the drill, and I had to keep saying "ouch that's too hot" to get her to notice. They were clearly annoyed, and did not offer a discount and continued to tell me it's my fault. Will not be returning or recommending the place. I decided to give this salon a try since it's close to my house and I haven't found a regular nail salon since moving to Kirkland. I don't get my nails done regularly anymore and I have tried a couple places that coworkers had recommended but they seemed so expensive. I drive by Envy nails often so I called to see what they charge for a gel manicure on natural nails, and was quoted $35, very reasonable compared to other places I've gone here! I went to my appointment and had a picture of what I had in mind, she said she could do it. I also needed a tip put on one nail because it had broken. The picture I had had designs on 2 nails on each hand which I knew would be an up charge, which was fine. It ended up being $55 which I was very happy with considering I've been charged $80 at other salons for similar services. The staff was very nice, I will definitely be back! read more

I was really hoping this place would be a great local place to get my nails done, unfortunately the quality of the work was just disappointing. I came in for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure before my vacation and although I was able to get in for an appointment within 48hrs, the outcome left a lot to be desired. I will say that everyone was kind at the place and I am giving this place 3 stars because the woman who did my pedicure did a good job shaping the nails, but the polish was not applied evenly when I later inspected it at home. The manicure on the other hand had several different shapes and lengths. I like my nails short and kinda square but these were partially oval and all different lengths. I wound up reshaping them at home because I really couldn't stand how off they all were. I attribute this to 2 different people performing the mani pedi. They appeared to be rushing and did my mani while I was on the pedi chair. This was confusing because there were only 2 other people in the shop. UPDATE! Are you freaking kidding me?! CAT EYE NAIL POLISH!!! They only get better with every visit! The staff is so friendly and sweet! Their attention to detail is amazing and their work is impeccable! I come here every two weeks now for my nails (which is something I've never done until I found this awesome place!) and just love it! My bestie and I discovered this wonderful little hole in the wall last month. We needed a new place for a mani and pedi outing and this place was great!!! The techs are so sweet and nice! They are extremely detail oriented and literally the best manicure I've ever had! My nails have never looked this great! Let me just say, if you're like me and check the reviews first then decide if it's worth the try, trust this review before you say "screw it, it had enough good comments.." dont come here. This place over charges for everything!!! I pick a nail polish that had a pretty cool look to them, in order to get the effect that comes with the polish, you have to use a magnet, $7 dollars extra. When I get a pedicure, I expect my cuticles to be cut well, all around and for the bottom of my feet to be scrubbed soft. Neither of witch happened. My nails grow fast so I always ask to please cut them really well, she hardly touched them. And as for my scrubbing, I'm not super ticklish but the base of my feet, like many of you, are. That's not what needs scrubbing. It's the bottom and top, so she stayed in center of my foot and then stopped. I had to ask her a number of times to please make sure my feet were scrubbed well and not in the middle of my foot. Of course, I dont speak their language but when I tell you that they made me feel like they were talking trash about me, I wanted to just walk out. My sister on the other hand, had an even worst experience then I did. Long story short, don't come here. There are so many "hidden fees" and up charges it's robbery. If getting your nails done is as therapeutic for you as it is for me, go somewhere else sister. This place is not it. read more

I am not one for writing negative reviews, but I feel like I need to caution others. I decided to try this nail salon as it was close to my home and I needed my nails done for a wedding I am in. I showed them my inspiration picture from Pinterest and asked if they could do this. They assured me they could. The nail tech never trimmed/ cleaned my cuticles, but instead she started gluing on the tips. They kept popping off and it was clear the tech was not experienced with acrylics. I had to correct her multiple times when they weren't glued on properly and were popping up in the middle. The other nail tech also kept correcting her before finally taking over. At this point, I should have just left but I decided to trust the professional. The tips were still not properly applied as they don't reach my full nail and some of them aren't even straight. When it came to adding the chrome, I again showed her my inspiration picture to ask for more of a light pink. She kept telling me they look pink when I told her they appear yellow. After 2.5 hours of error, I was over it. I should have just asked them to take them off and leave, however I was in a time crunch and needed to head out of town. I'm devastated that I had to pay for such a poor service ($110) especially prior to such a special event this weekend. read more

Where do I start?! My sister and I checked this place out since our usual place was fully booked. Let me just say that you need to take your precious money some where else!!! I got acrylic nails, and the male technician did a good job shaping them... but, he didn't fix my cuticles or ensured they matched my other hand. When he switched with another technician, for the color, it all went down hill (I was getting a gel french tip). The lady did an awful job! She didn't fill in my nails all the way to the ends, the curve on the french was uneven, she only did one coat of polish, and she left a ton of paint & cotton ball fibers on my nails! When I asked them to fix my cuticles (because I could tell she was just going to leave them as they were) she used OIL to hide the crappy job she did!!!! To top all of this off, don't expect to get a massage. Most places give you a light rub in your hands and forearms, but this pace doesn't!! Oh, the cherry on top. They charge you EXTRA for everything!!! My sister picked a nail polish that had a glimmer to it. For that glimmer look, they used a magnet. Well, they charged her $7 more for using the magnet, which she wasn't even asked about in the first place! For my french tips, for getting a line that sorta hid the awful french, they were going to charge me $5 per pair! I was already so upset, that they said it was a 'gift'. Well, even the line was screwed up! It's bulky, uneven and doesn't reach the ends of my nails. Just stay away. There are other amazing places in Kirkland/Juanita that deserve your hard earned money! read more
