My husband and I were sat right away. Drink orders were taken and brought out a few minutes later. We ordered chicken wings for appetizer and a deep dish for dinner. 25 minutes later, we receive our wings and the ranch had spilled to the bottom of the dish... we had no silverware or plates so we had to wait to eat the wings. She brought us out plastic forks and knives (like what they give for takeout) and still no napkins. She brought our pizza out with the plates and we finally were able to eat... we will probably not be coming back because of the service. Food was great! Wings were awesome, pizza is pretty good! If they improved on the service we will return to give it another try... but sitting for 30 minutes for food is a little excessive... read more

This is a very nice place to unwind, there is a nice bar, and great food. The Italian Margarita was awesome. The meatball sandwich was really flavorful and delicious. We saw the sign for Chicago Pizza from the interstate and had to try it. We live 40 minutes away and it's well worth the drive. We had the Rustic pizza and deep dish Chicago style. Both were fabulous. The Rustic was not like anything we've ever had before. The service was great too. We'll definitely be back again. read more

Took my 88 year old mother out to lunch today at Nancy's.... She ordered a chicken club sandwich which she said was very good. My husband and I had the Greek Salad and one of the thin specialty pizzas (I can't remember which one).... The salad was awesome and the pizza was one of the best I have had in a very long time. We had more than enough to take home for another meal. A slight downside was the service was a bit slow, but the server was very pleasant and attentive, and the manager noticed she was getting a little backed up and stepped in to assist. I won't downgrade my "star rating" because of this. The venue itself is very trendy and comfortable. We will definitely go back again!! I wish Nancy's would come to Edwardsville, IL. Stayed at the Hampton next door and walked over to Nancy's. We were pleased with the reviews and looking forward to trying the food out. Talked to 3 employees outside who were taking a smoke break, they said they very busy. We went in and had a hard time through the bar to dining area because of a party. Asked people, excuse me to get by, and a couple of guys gave me a hard time. We made it to the "wait for wait to be seated sign" waited about 3 minutes and decided it was so unbelievably noisy we decided to leave. What a bunch of loud nasty people. It's hard to find a pizza place that will make a Gluten free pizza, Nancy's pizza does an amazing job. Granted 99% of Gluten Free pizzas are not completely gluten free just because of the environment they are made in, but if you need a pizza fix? Nancy's is the place to get your pizza fix. read more

Our server, Jaret, was great. We came in Sunday and it was busy. He took his time with us to explain how the menu worked, what we should order for lunch, and other questions we had. We stayed at the Hampton Inn next door and wanted a quick bite for dinner. I ordered a small thin crust pizza and asked for 2 sides of ranch (one for each of us!) And they said it would be done in 20 minutes. I walked over and it was ready to go in time with the etwo sides of ranch included. (I can't tell you how many times I have checked and the Togo people have forgotten the requested condiments!!) 11$ bought us the best carry out pizza I have had in a long time. The pizza is top notch but you must be a fan of cheese because each pizza contains almost 3x the cheese of a normal pizza. We also got fettuccine and my daughter loved it. Pizza is good when they get your order correct. Service is severely lacking. Drove 50 miles for my pizza; called ahead for pickup. After leaving and driving back, I open the box and see my order is wrong (should have checked before leaving). I call the restaurant and they say yeah sorry about that, but don't offer to make it right and they don't say if you come back we'll fix it. I explain how far I drove for their pizza and she's like yeah I don't know what to say about that. It was near closing time and she was more interested in getting off than making things right. Giving it five stars considering that it is in rural America. My favorite is the rustic Italiano pizza. Fantastic! A lot of people don't try it because it does not have the red sauce but trust me, give it a try. It's not a large place, but The Decour is nice and it's very clean. Highly recommended! read more

I bought 2 large pizzas, my son started eating one and got sick. We didn't think it was the pizza but I was eating left overs and found a piece of dirty greasy ( like machine oil) plastic in a piece of deep dish pizza. I will never go back for what we paid for those pizzas we hardly got toppings and the deep dish with plastic in it just blows me away!!
