Would I go back? Yes Why? Overall, it was a decent experience, the chicken and the sauce was tasty. It was my first ever visit to Nando's ... a friend asked me to go there and try his fav dish in his behalf, when visiting london, so I did so. At first we had to wait in the line for like 10,15 min. I ordered the half chicken, and as my two sides, I got the spicy rice and coleslaw. Both were good and a nice combination with the chicken. My friend got the chips and they turned out amazing with the peri peri sauces (the wild herb peri peri). I found the medium peri peri sauce still a bit too spicy for me, but the herb peri peri was milder. The place was crowded and lively, I loved it!!! And the only downside is that I prefer Pepsi, but they only had coke. All together, a decent experience and if I fancy chicken and don't feel like having shish kebab, or Persian kabab, I'll go for the Nando's chicken :) It's a 3.5 star for me, because I'm just not so much into fast food or chains but it's just a personal preference, and Nando's still a really nice place. Pretty much all their sides r good to be honest and their sauce is fantastic! The set menu I got cost like 19.99£ and I just payed extra for 1 additional sides. I pick the lemon n herbs chicken n I pick the garlic sauce, it was delicious, the peri peri fried is really specially paired the perinase sauce ñ. Spicy rice is also very yummy, and creamy mash just fantastic, very creamy and the rest u already know lol. If my stomach can fit more sides I would get the garlic bread and the corn cuz it is just soooo yummy! Any nando have excellent food, what they actually lack is customer service. I asked if I was able to seat in a table that is 4 seats as I saw many people seating in those tables with 2 guest only and I was told that they were for 4 guests.... I didn't bother arguing but that is just ridiculous... anyways asides from them choosing who to gives those nicer seating, everything was fine since all they will do is bring u the food to the table and the rest u care for urself. First night in London and I was craving me some Nandos peri-peri goodness and after checking into our hotel I turned on Yelp and the nearest Nandos was only .2 miles away so legged it there, ignoring such treats as 5 Guys Burger and Jamie's Italian. It was a bit hard finding the location of this Nandos as the mall is huge and sort of confusing to Navigate - some more directional signs would have been helpful. But once we found the Nandos, got seated quickly and I ordered the Churrasco Thigh Burger with fries plus lemonade and my brother got the chicken Wrap with rice and lemonade and our total was £22.60. The food took a while to arrive and while the Churrasco Burger was worth the wait, the chips I got on the side very underwhelming. I should have got the rice like my brother did, and skipped the chips. The burger was def delish and a perfect combo of chicken, cheddar cheese and crispy slaw in a bun with the Portuguese bread roll holding together this medley of flavours. I would def get the burger again! My brother also enjoyed his chicken wrap, but both of us found the lemonade to be too sweet and nor tart enough for our taste - but this is a personal preference. So end verdict - I walked away feeling happy and with my tummy smiling, so will be back. read more

After finding and loving Nando's in Vancouver, we were ecstatic to find one so close to our airbnb in London! Our old favorites, whole roasted chicken and a few sides were just as good as we remembered. Given that this is in a massive shopping centre if you pick the the right time you get served fast. The chicken is the good usual Piri-piri chicken that we have come to love from Nando's. This place is absolutely amazing! I have to admit that I only came here once while I was on vacation in the area, but I wish that I could come back and eat more! I'm from the US, so we don't have a Nandos here, so I can't wait until my next trip to the UK so I can have my craving finally satisfied again! My family and I shared several of the dishes together for dinner one night, and we ordered a chicken as well as wings in the delicious peri-peri sauce! I have to say that the chicken I ate cannot even compare to the chicken that is available in the US because I think that it is just so much better there, and I could see myself visiting this place at least weekly if I had the chance. What surprised me the most was that the wings came in whole pieces, and that's pretty much unheard of here in the states! We got a side of chips and rice and it was also very good! The environment was also nice and seems to be a cool hangout spot for locals in the area to get a quick bite to eat with their friends or family. I particularly liked this location in the shopping center because we had a nice view of the mall from where we were seated that night. Basically, I had a great time here and hope that my next visit to Nandos will be in the not so distant future! read more

Whoever says they don't like a bit of a "cheeky Nando's" might not be telling the truth except if they are vegan, vegetarian or dead. I love chicken so much and Nando's always hits the spot. Ok, not always in this case hence why I've rated it low. First of all, the service is slow due to how busy it gets in this particular branch. If you've been here you would have noticed the long waiting line which extends to the escalator. Second of all, I ordered 'Corn on the cob' with my chicken and it took me just a couple of bites to realize that it was cold. And uncooked. The worst part is that there was no butter to test the temperature of the corn by watching it melt or in this case, freeze. I had to wave my hand around for five minutes before I could get some service but fortunately, I got a new one and it was hotter than the first. I didn't enjoy the atmosphere here as I could see people watching me eat and waiting impatiently for us to finish our food which made me very uncomfortable. I really like Nando's and would rate it higher elsewhere however I don't think I'd like to go to this one again. read more

Horrible customer service at Westfield! I took take away on Sunday and realized when I went back to the hotel that it was the wrong burger. I called and complained and the manager took my name, apologized and told me to come back for a free meal. She took my name down and said its on a book and I can come back anytime. I went back for lunch with my family and the manager on duty couldn't find my name and we didn't get our free meal. It was not that we needed a free meal, but it's infuriating as a customer to be treated this way - and I'm a Nando's fan. I live in New York, where I don't get Nando's, so was looking forward to having it a few times in London (but not going again). What can you say about Nandos? It's pretty much the same everywhere. And for those of us who like to be somewhat diet conscious, the butterfly chicken breast and corn on the cob racks in about 370 calories. It's totally filling and totally delicious! This particular location in Westfield is rather large and has some pretty spiffy decor. I do like that they always make sure to check in with you to see if you're doing well. I know that it's standard practice among Nandos, but it's still appreciated. So no, Nandos isn't gourmet by any means, but it gets the job done, and I've never been disappointed by dry or underseasoned chicken. Beware that on the weekends, the line can wrap around the door, but it generally moves fairly quickly. read more

The decor at this particular Nandos is pretty. And it looks over Topshop (so that I don't feel too stranded from the mothership). But the speed of the service sucked. It took like 30 minutes for our chicken to arrive and it was the wrong frigging flavour. And the chips were soggy. Then the boy ate all of his portion of chicken whiles he sent me to buy more (since we looked at it and decided it is not enough). Some zidiot had dropped a few glasses when we got it and they "tried" to clean it up but there were still bits of broken everywhere. Thank god it is winter and I am not wearing flip flops. Then we waited for another 1/2 hour for our second course of chicken and slightly soggy fries and burnt garlic bread to arrive; with many servers asking us whether we were done and ready to leave (to which we replied, we are still waiting for more chicken) but resolutely refused to clear the chicken carcass seated in front of us. WTF?!?!?!?!? It's like the second we said we are waiting for more food that plate became invisible! But the TOILETS are definitely worth a revisit. They are covered top to bottom in daisy linoleum. My future in-laws (well not even close but let's just simplify it for Yelp's sake without delving too far into my personal life) recommended this place and brought us here during our visit to London. They raved about the chicken and excellent sauces. Okay.. I didn't want to offend them since they might be in my future, but this place was nothing special.. good but I would probably never eat here again if I went back to London. I ordered a hot chicken wrap.. it had very little chicken in it and very little flavor too. I was glad that the sauces were indeed excellent, because otherwise the chicken isn't too flavorful on its own. You essentially have to give your food it's flavor. I'm sorry but I come from NYC where even the pizza crust has flavor so I was a bit disappointed in that department. However, I did love the sides and the veggie burger options. I was on vacation and not even thinking about a diet, actually doing the exact opposite of dieting, so I did not venture for the "healthy" options although they did look good from a distance. I was in the mood for chicken and nandos is a tried and tested favourite, what could possibly go wrong I ask you? A lot, in this place. I went on a Monday evening, when the restaurant was about half full. I got a table pretty quick, but the service after I ordered was sooooo slow. It took almost 40 minutes for the food to arrive and when I did, half of my pitta was missing. The pitta arrived just with a little bit of avocado and some chicken, no salad whatsoever, not even a lettuce leaf. What happened next, made me wish I never asked for it to be changed. Firstly, I asked a lady who instantly took it away and took little notice of what i said and brought me a fresh pitta, this time with no avocado and with mayo which I hate. I tried to get it changed but she had no idea what I was asking for. Finally, a lady came over and sorted it, but when brought it back, her tone left me thinking I was just being difficult asking for my actual order. I'm not a big one for ranting, but after waiting for a long time by nandos style, I would have expected them to have done a better job with the meal. I enjoy going to Nando's! Unfortunately at this site I was left disappointed. I understand how busy it can get but to be forgotten about is not okay, especially when you're hungry! We waited for 40 mins until we got our food. Had to go up and remind them. "Hey guys over here. Food paid. Hungry. Ready to eat." Eventually we got our food and the waiter did apologise. My stomach was full and the meal was great but I wouldn't want to wait that long again. I'm still in two minds about the going up and ordering your food as opposed to ordering at the table but hey. I would go again and hopefully won't be forgotten about. The price is reasonable at Nando's and if not that one then there are many others that will remember me... hopefully. read more

Having been to London many times, I know that they don't have the best food (don't hate!) and trying to stay health conscious, I opted for Nando's for my first meal in London since I know what to expect there. Peri peri chicken with many choices for sides and great hot sauces. I think the star of the food is all the hot sauce choices and the chicken is moist and delicious. It was not cheap but nothing is in London, so what can you expect. I would probably eat here if they had one on Las Vegas, but it looks like all their locations are on the East Coast in the USA. It was packed like all the other Nando's I have been to in London, so I am assuming they are continuing to be a favorite among locals. Since I can't find Nando's near where I live I would go here again if given the choice. It is a restaurant chain and there are many locations in London. This particular location is on the top floor and it overlooks the mall. It is near the Shepherd's Bush tube stop. read more

The restaurant is 3 star at best, but I have given it 2 stars to redress the balance. Seriously, the place currently has five stars! What? Even four stars I can handle, and I'm not the kind of reviewer to think that 5 stars should be reserved only for your Fat Ducks, your Tom Aikens, or other haut cuisine, but seriously Nando's is a fast food joint only a notch up from MacDonalds. I know there's very little substance in this review, but I felt it necessary for anyone reading who hasn't heard of this chain restaurant, and on the strength of its Qype review decided to take someone there for a first date or something. Half chicken on the bone with medium sauce. I got two side, rice and peas, but the gal at the register let me try the new beans. The rice was my favorite, quite delicious. The chicken was tender as could be. The peas were good, but not my favorite spice, next time I'd either double rice, or get a small salad. The new beans were also good, but I had the rice first, and it had the most flavor. It's all about the dipping sauces here, so try the wild herb:) I added on the self serve yogurt since it was low calorie and fat free. But it turned out to icy/grainy (I guess fat free and low calorie come at a cost. I'd splurge for the calories next time and get real gelato. Hope that helps! read more

If you never went to Nandos, then you must be either vegetarian or an alien. They serve amazing chicken (yes you go to Nandos to get chicken) for a very decent price. I always go with someone else and we always get the meal deal where for twenty quid you get a whole chicken and either two or four sides. They do bottomless (as much as you want) drinks for the price of one so if you are naughty you can get one for two people, but that is what only naughty people do. Sometimes the queses at the Westfield one are crazy, but this only goes to show how good it must be, and it moves quite quickly. To be honest I have not tried anything else but for their chicken (such as wraps or God forbid the SALADS) but this is the reason why I go there - to get an outstanding chicken for a very good price. They say going to Nandos (or McDonalds for the argument's sake) to get a salad is like going to a prostitute to get a hug. Think about it. The technicalities: - always good and friendly staff - quick delivery of food - sometimes long queses but it's due to the place being so awesome - unlimited drinks - awesome sinks located somewhere in the dining area so you do not have to go the bathroom to wash your hands - very convenient! - exceptional value for money - self help with all the souses (and there is quite few of them!) Advice: In Nandos, we get down dirty. Use your hands. Cutlery is highly optional (I personally do not recommend any). read more

Nice vegetarian choices and lots of yummy potato options like wedges, mash and fries staff are friendly and helpful and service is prompt. I'm a bit of a wimp with spicy but the lemon and herb sauce is delicious. Not too pricy for a great service and selection. read more

Nandos is a 5-star chain with excellent food, and great self service model. Their chicken is amazing as are the desserts, salads and everything else. If you are in London, you will see plenty of these chains and you would do well trying it out. read more

Another in the long chain of the luxury Portuguese chicken eateries. But this particular Nando's comes with a difference - you literally sit above the Westfield shops so it really does feel like a breath of fresh air when you're up there munching on your delicious peri-peri burger.
