A friend of mine who lives in England had raved about Nandos and encouraged me to try it for months leading up to my trip. I'm so glad I listened to him and tried it! The ordering concept is cool! You order via scanning a QR Code. While waiting for your food, you can go up and get your own utensils, napkins, and sauces. Then when your food is ready, it comes directly to your table. Fast too! For a starter, I recommend trying the Halloumi Sticks with chili jam. They taste just like a delicious cheese stick. The Peri Peri wings are another must have starter. For my meal, I ordered the half chicken with Peri Peri sauce. My sides were broccoli and rice. Absolutely delicious! My mother ordered the butterfly chicken breast with corn and fries. She loved her meal as well! We enjoyed it so much that we ate nearly all of it and had no room for dessert. Loved Nandos and can't wait to come back and try another location too! read more

There was a meme several years ago that references cheeky Nando's. I'd never been, but I knew it was in the UK. Apparently there are Nando's in the eastern part of the US, but being a west coast girl, how would I know that? Anyway, I always heard people rave about the place, so I wanted to see what the hype was about while we were in London. Mediocre chicken and sides with better sauce. I don't have a desire to go back to Nando's, but I do have a desire to have some of their sauces/marinades in my life. Thankfully, I don't have to make a trip to the east coast or UK to get these sauces. They are at may local grocery store apparently. Ha! Anyway, Nando's is pretty cheap, healthy eats. I didn't find the chicken to be juicy or amazing, but it was okay. The rice I got was super dry and not flavorful either. The staff at this location was nice, but I didn't like how they hovered as we ate. One girl kept coming over to remove stuff from the table, and I wish she would've just let us finish eating! read more

Stopped in for a quick dinner on a Friday evening and we're seated after a short wait. Service was by mobile after scanning a QR code affixed to the table. Service was prompt and food was amazing (as always). The only drawback is that the restaurant was absolutely packed and there was no distancing. Staff did seem to be doing a good job cleaning high-touch surfaces. Vegan perinaise was a great offering (we don't have that in USA Nando's). read more

Food: Whole Chicken, Peri-salted Chips, Creamy Mash, Macho Peas, and Mixed Greens Shared the full platter with two friends and it made a hearty meal! We got the chicken medium spicy, which wasn't that spicy so might try hot next time! The sides created a nice balance, and I especially liked the chips and mash. Love the chicken here. Seasoned well and very moist. Even the wings. There are a variety of sauces that you can experiment with. My favorite was actually the liver and Portuguese roll. When you come in, someone will seat you if you're dining in. After you get a table, you order at the counter and return to your seat. Someone will deliver your food. read more

I stop at a Nando's at least one time per trip to London. It's originally Portuguese but I believe the first location is in South Africa. Anyway, they do chicken wings properly, not the American way, instead there's a ton of meat on the bone and a plethora of sauces to bring to your table to use. I usually order 5 wings with 2 sides and that's plenty of food for 1. I tend to get the chips (French fries) and rice but they have a ton of options. I will say that their African sauces are the best part and probably what made them into a decent sized franchise, they range from simply flavorful to I can't talk it's so damn hot so try them at your own risk. Heard they're coming to the states, which is bitter sweet as if they're too accessible it will destroy my British custom. read more

This was recommended by a Libanese friend. One in our group werr Libanese. So he ordered seversl commutual dishes we ate from. At the beginning appetizers, then main courses, which werr out together for a more commutual eating style. The price is more on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. The service was not that on the point. We had to remind him about one dish and a softdrink. The restaurant was not that spacious, but spacious enough. There was a nativr atmosphere! I'm from South Africa and lived around the corner from the very first Nando's. I now live in the USA, so it's always fun to come overseas and find a Nando's. The food is excellent. It deserves a 5 Once we ordered, we waited quite a long time for the order and they forgot to bring my daughters meal. We asked for it, and they forgot again. Nandos is seen as being a restaurant of decent fare in the UK but being a Kiwi where it is a fast food restaurant back home I've never been fully able to enjoy it as a sit down restaurant. However, the food is decent and they pump it out quickly so it's a great place to pick up a tasty chicken meal in busy London. read more

This is the popular chicken chain come to another location in Soho. With an open plan, it is very cold n the winter with long queues in addition to blasts of chilly air no matter where you sit. With 2 floors, it does have lots of places to sit and plenty of friendly helpful staff who have always fixed any problems we have had with our meals. Moving beyond initial teething problems as all places have, Nando's has established itself well in this new location and offer some great meals. I suggest making sure if you are hungry to get a double portion of chicken as the single/quarter portion of chicken is small. read more

This Nandos serves the usual Nandos food, which I have no complaints about. How well the instructions are obeyed by the kitchen staff depends heavily at what time you order. During the last hour of opening you shouldn't expect to much. The reason for the one star is quite simple the same staff who is serving just rolled out three huge litter bins through the restaurant and then returned to their job. I would love to throw up now thinking of the hygienic conditions they provide food under. read more

Excellent place to eat. Great Intl restaurant. All chicken is very flavorful but a little dry. I would think that is intentional. Cesar Salad, humus, and corn on the cob are unexpectedly amazing. And my favorite as an American free refills!! read more

Not sure why we keep coming back after the gym midweek evenings. Something always goes wrong where it be below average service, 30-45min waits for food, or one person waiting super long for food while the rest has arrived, or just general lack of common sense from staff or sometimes cold food and inconsistent portion sizes. At least they're consistently inconsistent I guess. read more

First time at Nando's! We had a great experience! Chicken was great and so was our side orders! (we had 1/2 chickens and chicken wings!) Fries was a little below average. But the corn and the mashed potatoes was a hit!! Definitely my choice next time!! Service was also friendly and fast!! read more

Oh i do love Nando's, i really really do. And even though its a chain and the menu is the same everywhere, i still get excited when i visit a new branch for the first time, like this one. The food is just oh so tasty and so cheap and cheerful. They have also recently added salads to the menu, and im not usually one for ordering salads in a restaurant because they are usually so overpriced for what is essentially a bowl of lettuce, but the nando's salads are really great. read more
