During this visit, Mara dry shaved my legs (they had already been shaved prior to this appointment). She dry shaved my legs really rough and not carefully, I noticed several areas that were bleeding and later developed marks that look very similar to razor cuts. This was my first appointment where I was dry shaved by the nurse literally seconds before the laser was done. When I brought this up during the appointment, my concerns were repeatedly attributed to my skin, stating that "that's just how your skin is" despite the fact that I have undergone many laser treatments without ever having this issue. I also want to add their patient portal is inaccurate. My appointment says my provider was Noelle, even after the appointment it's not documented / updated correctly who my provider was. Based on my experience, the marks appear more consistent with shaving-related cuts than a typical laser reaction. While I understand that different reactions can happen, I expected my concerns to be taken seriously and addressed professionally.

They have a special for $199, for the first 20 units. However, their price per unit is so affordable at $12/unit compared to what I was paying at Skinspirit for $16/unit. Prices are transparent and you can find them on their website. The facility is in a medical building right across the street from Mills Peninsula.
