I really liked my experiences at Entrada, it was easy to make appointments, I never had any issues, before, during, or after the visit and always appreciated the cooling gel they give as a nice extra touch. My four is mainly for my unique situation, which was that it was just one spot that took less than 10 seconds to zap. Even adding in a couple extra areas that I usually would just pluck, the entire visit would take less than 2 minutes. Which was pretty steep at around $80 each. I had about 6-8 appointments (it's been about a year or so since I completed the last one so I'm not totally sure at this point) but within about 3 months or so, I noticed everything had grown back. So unless I was willing to have consistent recurring appointments, it didn't make sense for me to continue with the service. I simply switched over to shaving vs plucking and called it a day. I will say that I'm still very pleased that I visited Entrada as the redness from the spot completely faded and it fully healed. Which was everything I could have hoped for. So for me, while it was expensive, I'm very glad I did it and would recommend Entrada for similar issues.

On several occasions, I arrived on time for a confirmed appointment only to wait 45 minutes or more before being seen. I understand that healthcare offices can run behind occasionally, but when this becomes a consistent pattern, it shows a lack of respect for patients' time. Many of us take time off work, arrange childcare, and adjust our schedules to make these appointments. The staff may be courteous, but the scheduling process is disorganized and unreliable. If you book an appointment here, be prepared for significant delays and the possibility that your confirmed appointment may not actually be honored as scheduled. I hope management takes a serious look at their scheduling practices because this experience has been disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.

Too bad, they said, they could not reschedule me for another month. Luckily, I went elsewhere and then learned I did NOT need a series of 3 treatments - due to the condition of my skin, one was plenty for the results I wanted. So inadvertently, their mistake saved me the $3,000 that they had upsold me on. Additionally, the Dysport I received was poorly placed (and expensive), and now I have to wait until it wears off to have it corrected by someone else. They talked me into getting Dysport in my chin, and now my chin involuntarily gets stuck in bizarre placements and I have to manually move it. Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with a dermatology or esthetics clinic. Recommend going literally anywhere else.
