My sister suggested we try Red's for a late lunch. Their large dinning area is spacious and clean. Tje server was attentive and gave great recommendations. We ordered the Pork Tenderlion, Grown Up Grilled Cheese and rhe Wacky Patty. It took a little long for our food to arrive but it was well worth the wait. Pork Tenderlion was a little on the small size but tasty. The Wacky was delicious and the Grilled Cheese. Sides are ver6 tasty. There is an astounding slelect of beers offered. Both draft and bottled. After I asked the manager if the kitchen was short staffed, as the food took a littke long. Alex stated that they had a limited staff at the tome as most had been on break. As we were on our way out, Alex presented us with a gift certificate for the delay. It was ver6 unexpected but greatly appreciated. The food was good. I rated a three because I paid cash and they still added a convenience fee and a package fee. I asked another person in the group that paid cash and they had neither of these upcharges. The waitress couldn't be found, so ended up going away dissatisfied and not wanting to return. I would assume the packaging fee was for asking for a box to take leftovers home. Again, this fee was discretionary as other at the table that ask for a box weren't charge the additional cost of a package fee. 5.5% extra added to a cash tab isn't cool. read more

You will typically want to call ahead because the place fills up fast and if it's a nice day make sure you sit outside underneath the beautifully hung lights. Mother's Day. I carried two kids for 577 days, give or take. Then there were hundreds sleepless nights, four straight YEARS of truly heinous diapers, thousands of messes and then everything else I've blocked out... While we didn't know it would be a pandemic version of a Mother's Day buffet, we were pleasantly surprised! I love how they avoided an actual buffet and just brought their offerings family style. French toast, cheesy potatoes, eggs, veggies and a smorgasbord of meats were inhaled. Not only that, a table side mimosa station was ordered. A bottle of champagne and carafe of orange juice for $20. Not bad! I'd love to say we were clean plate club members but dang! That was a lot of food. The cheesy potatos were set in front of me and I'm not even ashamed to say I kind of just ate out of the blow like a troff. YUM. Kid's loved the French toast, ham and bacon. I want to support Reds. They have good cocktails and beer, their patio is one of the best in the area. But they've lost my trust as I've been doing mostly takeout. I've tried to order takeout multiple times this year and each time has left me wondering if it's worth it to try again. How have I not yet reviewed Red's Alehouse!? Red's is tried and true and not to be missed for their AHMAZING 2 for 1 Happy Hour deal, especially if you are a beer connoisseur. They have a lot of craft beer options both on tap and bottles. They also have a great patio for the summer months! Their food is solid and the brussels sprouts appetizer can't be missed and their Asian Noodle bowl is delicious and a large portion which means perfect to share or take home for leftovers. The service is always great and I feel like all the servers and bartenders go above and beyond. Red's is also a great place to catch a game with lots of TV's on the bar side of the restaurant and a projector on the non-bar side.
