This shop ripped us off for over $4000.00. Our truck 2003 7.3 was taken in for a check engine…read morelight. Cut to the chase they replaced all the injectors both valve cover wiring harness, fuel filter and miscellaneous. They never told us all after market parts would be installed. Upon picking up the truck the owners were made aware the truck was not running correctly. The replied "It only runs rough for a shot time Upon start up" Two more trips back including a $500.00 trip to ElCajon for for diagnostic showing bad injectors was completely ignored by this shop. (THE TRUCK RAN HORRIBLE!) with under 500 miles since their repair and several trips back to their shop We finally took it to a real Ford Certified diesel mechanic for repair. We replaced all part that Pine Valley "auto" repair installed and the truck runs like new. This outfit is very dishonest in my opinion, and does not stand behind their work! Stay far away from this shop. We will be filing in court and with the (B.A.R.) as well and social media sites.

So, I went in there because they're the only shop that was open in Alpine, California. Bill the owner had advised me that to diagnose it alone is $115.00, then what ever the issue was.. they would go from there. About 45 minutes later, I was told that I needed to replace the glass window itself, it would have to be special order, and it would take a few days for it. First of all, I'm only in town for the weekend. How is that even possible, our resort will not valet it nor we can even park in the parking structure due to the window not closing... Just great! So, I spoke to the mechanic Chris, a very nice gentleman, who had explained everything in details. Also, he resolved this problem in the meantime. But, I would have to take care of it as soon as I get back home. I am forever GREATFUL for CHRIS, you are brought humanity back to my world. I thank you for your help. I was in need of fueling up, so I stopped by this Shell gas station. I hopped into the convenience store, and made a pit stop. I noticed that this place is pretty well kept, to include a clean bathroom. I proceeded to fuel up, and noticed that the fuel prices were a bit lower than in other gas stations in the area. I noticed the surrounding area seemed pretty safe. I didn't catch any bad vibes from anyone here. Granted, it was a quick 10 minute stop in total. After of which, I was back on the road headed toward the San Diego area.
