When I arrived home I discovered that both back doors were disassembled with parts covering the floor (see photos). They were closed for the weekend so I had to rent a vehicle for my family as my van was now only a 2 seater. And I'd be without the vehicle again to get the door reassembled. They reimbursed me $39 for my inconvenience (their stated cost to put the doors back together). Months later I was shown (see photos) that they reversed the wiring for the brake light & turn signal. All this time I had only one brake light and no right turn signal thanks to their 'repair'. Two trips to new mechanic required to get it in working order .

We brought in our vehicle for some codes and were looking for guidance and then subsequent repairs. After the oil filter was pulled, we were told we needed a new engine - to the tune of 18,000! The shop told us the filter was completely full of metal contaminant and there was nothing further to inspect. This made little to no sense as we had no loss of power, no ticking, knocking or other signs of engine trouble. Completely confused and at a loss, we opted to pick up our vehicle and obtain a second opinion at an alternate shop. That next shop proceeded to pull the oil filter and while some contaminant was noticed, there was zero evidence of any metal contamination. They pulled the filter apart, searched it, ran a magnet and could definitively confirm there was no metal present. The shop was able to uncover the oil pump solenoid was not functioning properly due to a blocked screen. We replaced the oil pump assembly, and it is running perfectly without further incident. It seems as though the technician cut many corners by not proceeding to review the oil filter to confirm what the contaminant was. Had we blindly listened to Wade Bryant, we might have unnecessarily spent a small fortune on a new engine that was absolutely not needed!

Scott's changed the differential gears on my Ford F-150 and "chipped" the engine for more horse power. The mechanical work was first rate, but the chip they installed did not contain the current data for my relatively new 2017, 5.0 engine. Even though the chip unit was installed, they took the responsibility and cost, and refunded the money for the chip in full. Anyone can make a mistake, but it takes good people to own up to it. These folks will treat you right.
