We found the vehicle we wanted and started communicating with Britney. She was very helpful and…read moreresponsive via email and phone. We drove three hours (worth it!) and she met us outside when we arrived and had the car warmed up for us. The whole process was so easy, they took care of everything. We would definitely buy another car from this dealership.

I was given a few different stories about this. First, that CarFax was now charging dealerships $100 per car, second, that the car was a Chrysler executive car, so it wasn't available, third, they had switched to a different program, and fourth (after they saw the CarFax) that they only supply one if the customer requests one. The dealer was very evasive about supplying me one and when I paid the money and got it myself, I found information that the car had numerous repairs in its short 9,000 mile life. The sales manager was rude, telling me I must have entered the wrong VIN number. When I supplied the CarFax to him (after he said he would buy it from me) he told me that anyone in the car industry would have considered that a clean title. Sure, there were no accidents, but when a car with 9,000 miles needs new tires at 5,000 miles, a new windshield, new thermostat and new lug bolts all before it hits 10k miles, something is going on. When they were confronted about the excessive hard inquiries on my credit, I was told that I didn't understand indirect lending, although I had multiple lenders that I work with (at a bank!), as well as 2 other car dealerships tell me that their practices were completely incorrect. Stay away!!!
