5+ STARS. AMAZING SERVICE! In at 10a & Out by 1030a. No appointment needed. Very busy, but the business is run for efficiency. I was greeted with a smile, fast but thorough intake. I was told by another tire service I needed 4 new sensors, 4 new rims & 4 new tires. Estimated $2000. Juniors only needed to replace 3 sensors. They showed me that my rim's & tires have a lot of life left. $143 including tax. 3/31/23: I'm up from Detroit in TC visiting family and discovered a near-flat on my Wrangler. My family recommended Juniors - a reco but no direct connection (ie. they didn't know me or my family). I called and spoke to Mike who told me to bring it right in - whether it could be patched or not, I also requested a tire rotation (when at Juniors I suppose). He asked my expectations on timing and I told him I was just glad they could get me in. A few hours later, Richard calls to tell me it's done and no charge for the tire rotation. What? I politely declined and insisted on paying for the rotation. I share this story not so others will expect to "get something for free" but instead to expect high-touch, friendly, communicative, timely service at (IMHO) a a great rate! The entire team there could not have been better and although I live in Metro Detroit, I try to visit TC often and I can say with confidence, when it's time for new tires - I will consider driving up to see the Juniors crew. We were traveling from Western New York on a bad tire, and instead of trying to up sell me on one tire, they found me a replacement and sent my family and I on our way to finish our vacation. it seemed like Every individual working that day came over to check on us. Shout out to Juniors! If I could giver more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat! I went in after a visit to Discount Tire with a tire that was losing air and was told by Discount it was not repairable because of a nail in the sidewall and they tried to sell us 1 new tire for $200. After purchasing a used tire elsewhere for a much cheaper price to replace the "bad" one, I took our truck to Juniors to have swapped around. I was welcomed by an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff at Juniors. I told them up front I was there for 2 choices...have the tire swapped for the one I bought or get a new set of 4 tires for our truck. The gentleman suggested they take my existing tire off and check the leak themselves. After only a few minutes of waiting, I was approached with the nail that was in my tire and told it was nowhere near my sidewall and completely repairable! Because I had mentioned the possibility of buying a new set of tires, never once did they try to upsell me to doing so and instead fixed my existing tire in no time! I was so impressed with the professionalism and the customer service that was given to me! I can definitely say Juniors has my business for life for any of my vehicles. These guys are great! I called yesterday for pricing on 6 tires for my motor home. I wasn't in a rush, but they got me in today and were working on my rig within about 10 minutes. Good price, great service. By the way, someone else had posted a good review, a while back, but complained they weren't wearing masks. That was not the case today. Picked up a screw in the right rear tire on the way down from the UP. Called Juniors and got....service like I hope it will always be (with today's businesses) but often isn't. Juniors' "front desk" man was exactly the helpful voice I wanted to hear. "Drive right over", he said, after me telling him it looked like the RR tire was sinking, fast! The took it right in and in 20 minutes had it fixed for a rate still inexpensive had it been twice the price! Excellent customer relations; they 'get it' about who in their organization is providing the final connection with the customer! Highly recommended, certainly for tire repairs, but also, and just as enthusiastically, for new tires, too. read more

While in TVC visiting relatives I noticed I badly needed to rotate the tires before my multi-day trip home. The fam's endorsement of Junior's as *the* place to go for tires was unanimous. I stopped in, asked about the rotation, and $15 and 10 minutes later I was out the door. Wow! The balancing was perfect and it was all done with friendly service. Great staff, not pushy like other places. They got me in and out for a fire rotation is about 15 minutes. I'm impressed.

I called around to see if I could find a nice set of tires for my truck and most places wouldn't hardly talk to me because alot of them were out to the first week in May, here it is April 15th and I happen to drive by Juniors tires, I walk in and was looking around and the staff there made me feel so welcome and were very knowledgeable on what I was looking for! Then I had to ask if they could get the tires I picked out done by April 21st, I was shocked that they fit me in on the 20th and before I could pick up the phone to tell them I might run a little late to pick up my truck, my truck was done! The new Cooper tires that are on my truck are awesome! Never had a more smoother ride along with being a little aggressive for having a four wheel drive truck, I guess what I'm saying is, if you need tires, go see Juniors tires, they go out of their way for their customers and doing business there just feels like what a hometown shop should feel like!! read more

Well 2020 hasn't been the best year for me or anyone. But Juniors has really impressed me this year over any. I have been using there services for going on 10 years at this point. This year I brought it 4 used tires to have them mounted and balanced for my BMW. They called me 20 minutes after I left to let me know one of the beads was bad and that I would need another tire, they didn't have any in stock so I called Gene's auto parts and they had a pair for me. Juniors worked with me that day to get me in and out same day after I dropped off the "new" set. Fast forward 2 weeks, I needed to pull the wheels of my car to do some work, all the lug nuts came off but one. I had tried everything from pounding a smaller socket on it to using an extractor. Nothing worked, I was assuming the lug nut was cross threaded and impacted on. No biggie and a common mistake, but I called Juniors explained my situation and they wanted to right there wrong. I dropped the vehicle off at 11 am to have the lug stud drilled out, received a call at 12pm that it was done. I was so impressed by this, they fixed there wrong free of charge and fast. Other places would put you on the backburner and deal with your car when they get to it. Juniors made me the priority and got me all squared away. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else in town. These guys are fast, affordable and genuinely car about you and your car. The next time you need something fixed or need new tires or wheels please give them a call!!!!! These guys are a class act. They didn't have the tire we needed before driving home 7 hours to Cleveland. They offered to get the tire by the afternoon, which would have meant more delay to our long trip. They called around and found a nearby dealer who had the tire and could install it immediately.
