No one but myself was wearing a mask or practicing social distancing. I found the antifreeze I needed and went to the counter, but both clerks and the other two customers ignored me. I wanted for at least two minutes with no recognition. Finally I walked out and will never go here again. Don't recommend, especially if you happen to be female.

We were in TC on a family camping trip, prepping to leave for our next location, when we realized…read moreour safety chains had completely disconnected from the frame of our travel trailer. The steel piece holding the chains to the frame had somehow sheered off. Well you can't legally tow without the chains in place, so we were stuck. Calling around for help we found most places couldn't get us in for at least a couple days. Then someone suggested Ace. They took us in first thing the next morning welding a new bar with the safety chains in place. We were on the road within an hour and the cost was much less than we expected.
