The extremely fat guy behind the counter also wanted to argue about an oil filter, tried to sell me a Napa 1515 which is a 1 qt "fat" filter for my toyota, yes it fits "sort of" but it's a mother to get in & out, he claimed that his Nissan takes the same filter AND came from the factory with that filter, which is bullshit, the factories use Japanese filters that have been branded with the manufacturers logo, this fat bastard has never worked on a vehicle in his life, he damn sure has never been under one on a creeper. Sandpoint Napa not only has idiots but liars & crooks as employees.

Worst service I've ever received. My car was throwing a code. The employee refused to hook up the…read morecode reader, and demanded that I hook up the code reader. When I couldn't find where to hook it up, he aggressively took the code reader away from me and did what he should have done in the first place and hooked it up. He took the reading and said it was my gas cap. Because it was barely raining, he refused to erase the code, rudely muttered something I couldn't understand, turned away from me and walked inside. He was completely unprofessional. I don't know his name but he has a grim reaper tattoo on his forearm. For 30 years Napa auto has been my go to because of their professionslism and quality parts but from this point on, I will avoid Sandpoint Napa at all costs and drive the distance to Priest River or Bonners Ferry.
