This review is for both Mike Juneau's body shop as well as sales since I really can't do two reviews. First, the body shop. My car was hit by a truck tire complete with attached axle and brake rotor on the interstate while heading to work, disabling the car completely. I called the body shop ahead of my arrival with the tow truck and they were very accommodating while I was dealing with the tow as well as with insurance. Insurance ended up totaling out the car due to the extent of the damage (the tire hit the car so hard it shattered the battery and severed the cord for the airbags, so none of them went off). When I came to collect my belongings out of my car, staff was very helpful, removed my license plates for me and shared their shock and awe at what happened to me and that I was okay. Next, sales. Rick Katz called me and offered up some replacement vehicles, including the newer version of the vehicle that was killed by the tire. Rick was extremely easy to work with and very flexible, offering different options without being pushy or aggressive, extremely key for me. While I ultimately went with a different vehicle, it wasn't through any fault of Rick's and he worked hard to get my business. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. read more

Leased a vehicle at Juneau in Aug 2024. I lost wheel lock key. Service guy said it would be $200-$300 to chisel it off. Independent tire place told me every mechanic has a simple tool to do that and charged me $35. Called Aug 2026 to do a new lease. John Doyle, who sold me current lease didn't return my call. Ten days later I called Sales Mgr Randy Tennies, told him what I was looking for. He said he had exact car, it would be on his lot in a couple days and he'd call me. He didn't call or return my calls. Went to Boucher and in 2 days drove off with new lease, $32/mo less than Tennies quoted. read more

Had my 21 Envision towed there for an electrical issue. They diagnosed it and said it was the battery. The next time I drove it a message came up stating that the car was running on battery power basically. So after spending $400 to replace the battery I still have the same issue. They then said that it's to much of a hassle for them to deal with my warranty company, they only want to use GM warranty. I would not recommend taking a vehicle here for service or buying a vehicle from this dealership. They don't care and appear to not know how to troubleshoot vehicle problems. Tried to buy a truck with a trade in. Tried to buy a gmc 1500 truck. They came back with an offer . It had dry rotted tires which would cost $1500-1700 to replace. Dustin , sales associate , refused to even consider negotiating and stated" this is a sought after truck"! He said they added on $1000 to the offer of my truck which was only at $12,000. For the record, it was $30000 offer to me to buy their truck . I offered $26,000 including my 2015 Chevy Colorado, loaded ! He stated he could not find $4000. I asked if he would consider negotiating. He turned his back to me and said no. I left. This dealership does not want your money. There are so many trucks out on the market. I have to give one star because there is no zero rating. I bought a car from this dealership and 2 days later a tire pressure sensor went bad. I take the car back to have the sensor replaced and they were happy to replace it for me for $180. Needless to say I didn't get the sensor replaced. The dealership didn't even top off the fuel tank when I picked up the car. It's the little things that make or break a business and Mike Juneau Buick GMC totally screwed up. No issues here. First class service all the way. Drive in, get shuttled to work and get picked up when my car was done. The dealer cost is always a little more than your typical mechanic but the perks you get are second to none. Colin in particular, was the service manager who assisted me in getting my Buick back on the road. I couldn't have asked for an easier more hassle free un-stressful experience. I have a 2020 GMC Acadia. Engine light came on. Took it to our local repair shop. They said the code was P0019 and that should be covered under warranty, so they told us to take it back to the dealer. We took it to Mike Juneau for service/warranty work. They agreed the P0019 was the code. However, the check engine light wasn't on when we brought it in. They said that they couldn't fix it yet because it wasn't all the way failed if the light was popping on and off. They said they would make a note of it that it was failing while still being within the warranty miles. When the light was constantly on, they would do the repair as warranty work because they knew it was failing before we were out of our warranty miles. Well, the light is on constantly now. Contacted the dealer to get the warranty work done. They said they can't because we are outside of our warranty miles. That is not what they said when we originally brought the car to them with the check engine light popping on and off. Don't believe a word they say. Get everything in writing. They say they have the notes from us bringing it in, but will not do the warranty work as warranty work anymore. What?! Also, this is the second Acadia in a row that has had major issue around 75,000 miles. Don't do it! read more

***Complete garbage dealership**** I purchased a car from them sight unseen as it was a 2023 with low miles and had it shipped out of state on my dime. I was told it was like brand new with zero issues or accidents. Upon arrival the car had a malfunctioning sunroof, misaligned body panels, stained and ripped seats, other misc damaged interior components, and then ultimately it was uncovered by Acura that the car had prior paintwork and even still had runs in the paint! (Acura refused to repair a few things because of this.). Once the paintwork/body work was discovered, Brookfield GMC ignored all of my calls other than helping to fix the seats. They also ignored my BBB complaint! The Wisconsin DOT investigated the dealership and they confirmed that they did in fact lie to me, they took this car in on trade with body damage and fixed it half-ass and resold it to me, however they apparently did not need to disclose it to me. Super shady, and a horrible way to do business. Karma is real and I can't wait for it to come back around to you! read more

I didn't need the car because I had to work so I dropped it off and when I was done with work It was waiting for me. I even got a hand wash because they felt the automatic car wash might damage my antenna so they were taking no chances. I can't complain about anything with this experience I had that day. read more

Very strange place... Made an appointment from Appleton to test drive a vehicle. We were prompt walked in and nobody greeted us and they looked at us weirdly LOL. I stated we had an appointment with Kevin but it was Kevin's day off apparently?? We then got a salesman that didn't know what the hell was going on... After we test drove the car every question we asked he had to leave the room and go ask someone else?? I had cash to buy a car.... They didn't give any service at all never budged on the price of the vehicle I drove... Just a weird awful experience. The owner came in at the end and was very friendly... So on March 22nd 2023, I had an appointment to have some repairs on my 2014 GMC Terrain & I was being helped by a service rep name Colin. He seemed like a very nice guy & was going to be very helpful & efficient in helping me get my repairs done in a timely matter. There were over 9k worth of repairs. there were about two repairs that must be done. One being the gas pipe to stop my gas leak & a transfer cap. The transfer cap had to be ordered which was fine he looked around called me back the same day after my gas pipe got fixed he told me that he found one & that it will be in by the next week or give him a call in case I don't hear back from him. By April 10th I still did not hear from him so I text him, he replied that he will check the schedule when he gets back in the office. So I thought was gonna hear back from him the next day & I didn't receive anything. So I text back on Wednesday, April 12th asking for an update to have this repair done before it could have the potential to mess up something else. He replied with that he will be back in the office on Monday and we can set something up then. Now at this point I did not know how to take this because if he's on vacation he could of said that so I can have this repair done elsewhere. So I told myself I wasn't going to call him Monday I was going to give him a chance to call or text me to get this very important repair done. I didn't hear from Colin until May 4th, apologizing that he did not get back to me sooner, he has been out of the office. He also said that the parts were in and if I wanted to set something up. By this time I had already decided to go somewhere else and also decided to let you guys know how horrible this place is & it's ability to take care of customers. Don't go to this place because they don't care about helping you. I kinda feel like this is racial discrimination & I hate to think this was since I'm African American. I don't like to judge things this way but if I wasn't African American I wonder would this still be the result. I'll never ever go to this place again. This was such a bad experience. I couldn't believe he had the nerve after almost two months try to reach out now the damage was done. The end result was I got a new car with a dealership that gave me nothing but kindness, attention to detail, smiles & excellent customer service. This GMC in Brookfield should be shut down for poor customer service care & failure to reach out to their customers in a timely manner. read more

had a great sales experience. I purchased my car, and then took it out-of-state as I was leaving for school. Two months later the entire steering wheel was shaking as I was breaking. I took it to a local dealership to have it checked. The rotors were rusted and pitted, they said the car (a certified pre-owned) should never have even left the lot and that the rust came from salt on Wisconsin roads. I bought it in July and then drove it south, where they don't even salt the roads. It cost me $350. Martinis was slow to get back to me. He asked if there was any way I could get it to Wisconsin - the dealership in Georgia told me I couldn't drive it off the lot without it being fixed immediately. Then, Martinis told me Rick Katz would call me to discuss a resolution. He never called me. I sent photos from the local dealership, all the paperwork, the dealership here even advised me to have Rick call them when we talked. He never called. Martinis tried to tell me that the dealership here ripped me off. He said the rotors should have been resurfaced. The dealership here said that this was a cover for the fact the rotors should have been replaced before the car was sold. It has been over five weeks and no one has called me. I filed a complaint with GMC and still have not heard anything. Martinis will give you a great sales experience, and then you will never get help from them again. I was promised repeatedly that I would receive a call, and that a resolution would be found. I had to follow up a dozen times before I even filed a complaint. I was ignored and dismissed. I got the distinct impression that they were just hoping I would go away. Rick Katz has no respect for his customers, he doesnt follow his word and he won't answer his phone or return your calls. I thought I would absolutely be a repeat customer, but I would never give this dealership my business now. The total cost of the repair was under 2% of the total car purchase value. They could have even covered the cost of the proposed resurfacing cost, but they decided to hope I just went away. read more

My wife and I went in looking to purchase a used vehicle. We went back twice test driving vehicles, never once did they complain. When it was time to go over financials, Jake even hung out with our 5 yr old son so we weren't distracted. They made this the easiest car buying experience we've ever had, no running "back to my manager to get you a better deal" garbage we've had in the past at other places, just straight forward and honest. They replaced my front bumper of my 2013 hyndai accent, and in the process turned my car from a non-smoker car to a smokers car. There was a very large dark stain and something that looked like gum on the front seat when I picked up the car, and it smelled like an ash tray, but only slightly. I was in a hurry when I picked up the car, so I just thought I'd clean it myself and hope the smell would go away. So I used dishsoap and water to do so, and it basically all came out. And then for the following week the smell of ash-tray became stronger and stronger. If I sold my basically new car today, I would have a hard time convincing someone that I didn't smoke in it. I would not trust this place unless your car is already a smokers car. read more

Wanted to buy, asked to have looked at by mechanic. They said they do over the 150 point inspection. Our mechanic found mouse house in air filter, frozen caliper, among other things. Gave back our hold deposit, so they could move on. Not trust worthy, dishonest. Will tell everyone who asks about them, Do Not take them for their word. read more

I purchased a vehicle at Mike Juneaus Brookfield Buick and GMC. Within a week, I was asked to return because the paperwork was messed up. After 2 weeks of owning the car, I had 4 lights including check engine, traction control, brake & cruise control come on. After returning the vehicle to have it serviced, I was told that they would have to send it to another garage for service and that I would have to pay for half of the cost. In addition, when I inquired about a loaner vehicle during this repair, I was told that they didn't offer that. When I persisted they said again that I would have to pay half. I had an unfortunate experience at the beginning of November that forced me to look for a car. I had been looking at the Buick Encore for a while, but I had no desire to buy a car. When I had my car towed to Mike Juneau, Martinis contacted me within 24 hours. I had started going there because my mother bought her GMC Terrain from Martinis, and I liked the service I received while getting my oil changed. After Martinis called, I had a few discussions with him about the Buick Encore. While I discussed other cars with him, I knew I would buy an Encore. Because I knew what I wanted, I told Martinis to do what he had to do so I could pick up my car the next day. I came home and pre-qualified for a loan, which prevented a super long purchase process. Martinis had the car cleaned and ready. Before I left, he also showed me how to use some of the accessories on the car, as well as help me sign up for OnStar. Since I bought my car, I have driven around the entire city. All of my friends love my "new to me" car, and I tell everyone I know about the fantastic service I received. I've been shopping for trucks and saw they had one near my price range listed for sale. I called to get information on pricing and to negotiate because I live to far away to drive there and waste my time. The man I the phone I believe his name was John called me back around an hour later with a price that seemed fair for the vehicle it was about $1500 lower than their asking price. So after the long 1hr 40min drive to the dealership we test drive the vehicle and get to negotiating. Once we talk a little I say the price that was told to me on the phone and that was agreed upon by the man on the phone and the main manager. The dealer I was working with was very great however and tried to get to the price agreed upon however whoever the main manager was who decides the final prices decided not to stick to his word and only offer $200 off the asking price. Overall the experience with the dealer martinis was pleasant and he seemed like a genuine guy but his manager was very dishonest and wasted a lot of my time. read more

First I would like to say I was very reluctant to even write review cause I'm not sure anyone looks at this with importance. This is my third vehicle with BGMC and probably the worst experience. My salesman was more concerned about the sale as opposed to my needs. The vehicle I chose was not what I received. My sale ended at 8pm and was basically pushed out dealership saying if you need more help come back. I called next day to say features in car were not what I picked although I was told it was prior to me signing. The dealership would not let vehicle be changed to what I verbally chose. It was told to me from salesperson when I called the next day that the manager picked car from list and it was to match what I chose off showroom floor but it was not. It was being cleaned and gassed while I signed paperwork. I trusted the salesperson and dealership which end up being mistake. The main feature that car didn't have was remote start/push button start. Although dealership offered to have remote start installed, the aftermarket install is not satisfactory. I have to use an extra remote which was not was told to me. Everything since the day I got car has been an inconvenience and short of nightmare. I got to point after install of aftermarket remote that I will pay for lease for these 4 years cause I care about my credit and I will move on to another dealership. Even when my wife needs new car. I can't in good faith stay with dealership and they not change out vehicle next day when it was their error. I may not know how simple or hard it may be to change out vehicle but I was never given good explanation, especially with this being my FIRST Lease. I think it could have been handled a whole lot better. I didn't ask to return car and not stay with a new vehicle, I asked to be given what I told my salesperson and what he relayed to management to deliver to me. I am sending this review with hopes that my issue is resolved. I have never been so disappointed in an experience but in end it feels like I was made to believe it was my fault. I was told multiple times that owner and upper management cares about their business and service, this is not good to me or for me. I had been having minor trouble with my 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo off and on for a couple of years. When it rained, water would get in on the passenger side, sometimes leaving a couple of inches of water. When I first noticed the problem days after I bought the car, I took it back to the dealer who "fixed" it by cobbling something together. A year later and a couple of states away, water started leaking in again. My car also had a slow coolant leak, and my father talked me into going to a certified shop. Based on the recommendation of a co-worker, I brought my car here. I was not disappointed. I worked mainly with Colin, who was very kind and professional. He and everyone in the repair and body shop went out of their way to find the part that was allowing the water to leak in (something GM had stopped making). They fixed it properly this time, along with my coolant leak, in a timely fashion. I was a little concerned that it wold be on the expensive side because it was a certified repair shop, but my bill ended up being quite reasonable. I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future, even though it's a half-hour drive and there are probably a dozen other shops that are closer. read more

I was looking for a new GMC Acadia. I stopped into this dealership because my gps said it was closest to where I was. We were greeted by John Bilotti when we got out of our car. I was so afraid of being "pounced" upon that I almost didn't want to leave my vehicle. Car salesmen are up there on my list of pleasant things such as root canals or colonoscopies. Anyways, John was very laid back and not full of pressure to buy in the next ten seconds. He helped us with our trade and found us the right model. He then took us for a test drive. I actually felt like he had our best interest in mind. He totally changed my perception that all dealerships are alike. Everyone there in the process was awesome. I would recommend John and this dealership to anyone in the market for a new GMC or Buick. I will definitely buy another vehicle from these guys and felt this was the best car buying experience of my life. This was my wife's first new car and she's on cloud nine now. read more

My car was in for some body work after part of a tree fell on it in a storm, and the team went out of their way to help me. It was supposed to be a 1 day repair, however, my son got sick at daycare and I needed to pull the car back out of the shop, get him and reschedule. The team picked me up from work to get my car out, and helped me reschedule, where they dropped me off at work and picked me up again. This made the whole experience of needing repair pretty painless. I knew they were washing my car, but it was when I got in that I realized that they had also vacuumed. This review is for their Body Shop department and service in general: There isn't enough I can say about how impressed I am with their attention to customer service quality. My story: Almost 2 years ago (Dec 2013) I had my car worked on by them after a small fender bender, and while the car was in the shop I decided to have them order a piece of trim that because it was not related to the repair in question, I had to pay for separately. All good... except that I forgot about it... until NOW. So almost 2 years later I call, tell the story... they look it up and sure enough the part was there. That alone is enough to notice, thank them for and commend them on great customer service. But then, after I noticed someone had put a dent on the side of my car (presumably while parked at work) which is what prompted me to remember the part in question that only took me 2 years to pick up!... I take the car in for a quote and decide to kill two birds with one stone. I did just that, and while I am talking to the person doing the repair I tell him that a huge repair is not worth it for me... 10+ year old car, already enough minor scratches... all I want is the dent to be popped out a bit so that it is not so noticeable. He said to give him 10 minutes to take a look at what he can do and sends me to the waiting area. About 10 minutes later he comes to get me and says "it's done"... I ask "what is done?" he says "took the dent out"... I couldn't believe it. The kicker? "what do I owe you?"... "Nothing... have a great weekend". WOW is all I can say. Nothing in it for him at that point. Just pure, unadulterated, old school outstanding customer service and care. Now if I was only in the market for a GMC :) I am so impressed by these guys I may even look for an excuse. Faith in humanity... restored. read more

The service Manager Tim very helpful as usual Our Truck was serviced for 200,000 mile maintenance and also attempts were made unsuccessfully to find and resolve a pesky electrical issue. Becoming very unlikely we will be buying another GMC vehicle high prices plus the current truck has been plagued by electrical issues from the beginning and in spite of exceptional care clearing and waxing the body rusted thru as a result of a poor GM design attaching a piece of foam to inside of rear quarter panel becoming a water and salt magnet! No help from GM or GM District manager Ken Dealership wanted to replace entire rear quarter panel at our expense a non starter local body shop cut out and fabricated a patch and rust proofed and painted no thanks to GM ! read more
