While waiting in the waiting room, I overheard an employee sticking up for one of their customers regarding a price quote he got from what sounded like a part distributor. The distributor wanted to pass on a significant price increase for shipping to the customer. The Forrest Howes' employee was respectfully pushing back and felt this was not right for the customer and the distributor should not do this as he was previously quoted a lesser price. I couldn't tell the details of the conversation, but it just made me feel like the place could be trusted and had integrity. It's always nice to see a business truly value their customers. It was reassuring to witness as I'm not from the area and needed a mechanic.
