I've came here for oil changes and they tightened my cap on so tight, the next time I needed an oil change, they told me that I needed to go to an other auto shop to fix the cap that they overtightened. I also came here for new tires and they messed up one of my tire sensor that I had to go to another auto shop to have another shop fix my sensor. When I asked for another service, an employee at the register told me that they don't offer that service. I pointed to the list of services they had posted on the wall behind them which listed the service. The employees don't even know what they offer. The employees at the registers are hard to find too, they take so long to come when I'm trying to pay to leave.

I was then asked why I brought it in if it was fine. Where I was then laughed at for telling them you are supposed to align every so many miles. The "manager" who was the one who laughed then said you only get them done when they are out of align.
