I declined and asked for the sunroof (glass and cloth) to be shut permanently. Received a quote ($650) and agreed to it. Today, I found out that the tech was only able to close the glass portion but they still expected me to pay the same quote even with what was discussed prior. No call to discuss progress. No chance to even get the entire thing fixed while it was open and easily accessible for the tech. Asked to see if I could get a credit to just fix the entire thing and I was quoted the same ($1100) due to the tech needing to open it up again. That would have been upwards of $2000 to this company. Now, Im under the impression this was done intentionally for money. I decided to take my Jeep and will be getting it fixed at a dealership I can trust. Disappointed. Ultimately, I wont be going back to Fletcher nor can I give a recommendation.
