They say most places don't do the work properly and we asked how they would do it - afterward, I asked a few places how they would make the fix we need, and these other places said the same things. They also talked about how they only need the vehicle for 3-5 days and most places don't have availability and take the car for 2-3 weeks. I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. Not the honest way to conduct a business.

CHRIS helped me figure out a solution, which was a thin helix 10 inch sub box that fit perfectly behind the third row seat in the back. It fit great. Now that truck is not doing well anymore so I went to them again to ask how to get the equipment into my new truck and they help me find a solution for that. And even though the original estimate was too much for me to pay right now they found a way to, let me build the system overtime. They just put the touchscreen radio that was in my jeep back in my new truck and everything is very professional and done well. I look forward to getting the rest of the work done. The salesman (Jon) was very respectful of my request to just have space and take my time looking over the car and reading about it online. I expected to be given the hard sale considering I was a woman shopping on my own. I explained that I wanted to drive it on my own, all day and that I would return that evening, when I came back the owner insisted that I take it overnight to see how it drives at night, how the headlights perform etc. Next day they were very accommodating and stayed open late to write the paperwork and get my new car ready to go. Their selection is small but high quality. I think the pricing is fair and reasonable for the miles, year, & condition. It is highly likely that we will buy a car here for our next driver when she gets her license! I gladly recommend this dealership!

Do not recommend. My insurance claim representative had sent over the links to set the appointment…read moreat this location. I had an appointment for Friday for an estimate for my daughters car because we are going out of town on Saturday. I got a call on Thursday from the appointments lady saying my appointment was cancelled and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. I asked why it was cancelled and she said because she never received authorization from my insurance. I asked why I was getting a call to let me know my appoinment was cancelled but didn't get a call to let me know they were about to cancel so I could get it taken care of. I didn't get a real answer to that question and they made no attempts to help. Within 30 minutes I had my claims rep send over the authorization again and I called back and they said they couldn't help me and I would just have to reschedule. Even my insurance claims rep said at any other place he would have gotten a call. He deals with the repair shops on a daily basis. I went to the Lebanon, TN Caliber Collision and they were extremely helpful and worked with me to get this resolved. Very poor customer service at the Caliber Collision in Gallatin, TN.
