Fix the hours of operation so employees AND customers aren't slighted. Google incorrectly states they're open until 7pm-they close at 6pm. To be fair it's been mentioned before on Yelp and the store should be proactive and have that updated so customers aren't coming an hour before they read the store closes...when the employees are ready to leave at 6. Sucks for both sides. read more

Dont ever buy breaks from here expecting for them to satisfy their side of the warranty. These people deal treacherously, even when you have a receipt, the box and all acting as if they can't help. The last few weeks I have been in and out of this Napa way too many times and Thankfully they are a helpful bunch. I'm not saying they are Head Mechanics... but they are knowledegable and can even help the women that walk in to the store that don't know what a Radiator Cap is. - The Customer Service is A-OK... Just depends on how lucky you are on who you get that day. - The Cleanliness of the Store is A-OK... Its an automotive store... It can't be spotless! - The Selection of In-Stock Parts & Other Vehicle needs it Awesome. They almost ALWAYS have what I need for my Truck in store & If not then its usually a 24 Hour Turn Around... This place has people who are Completely unknowledgeable when it comes to finding a part and horrible customer service. I needed a Honda part and I told the guy exactly what the part number because I looked it up just in case, only for him to come out and say they don't have it even tho I had just called and someone told me they have it at this location. Second I had bought a different part from the Napa on Arizona ave and they told me I could return any parts to other Napa stores and when I can to this store they said they couldn't because of "political reasons" really? So if you really want to go to a GREAT Napa store do yourself a favor and go to the one on Arizona ave and Warner. read more

To Maureen L. and her husband who are minorities and felt uncomfortable. I have been buying auto parts at this Gilbert store for 25 years. This store does a huge commercial business. And, by and large, a very high percentage of commercial customers are minorities. The NAPA guys treat everyone neutral. I see that EVERYTIME I purchase parts there. NAPA is an auto parts store not Walgreens (welcome to Walgreens) or McDonalds (would you like fries with your burger). This NAPA store doesn't fall all over you with phony greetings, lame forced smiles. clueless banter or ass kissing. These NAPA guys know their stuff and always get me the right parts, when I need them and at a fair price. As busy as they usually are, I'm in and out of the store with my parts quickly. I could care less if they're "friendly" or "smiley.". After all, we're not buying diamond bracelets here, just mundane auto parts. So my point here is... if you want a feel good experience go out and buy some expensive jewelry. Those clerks will fall all over you. read more

NAPA is always the best. They have stuff that autozone and checker just don't carry... and very normally much cheaper than the dealers. Needed some cabin filters for the xterra today - they were the only guys in town that had em and for a great price too. Autozone was twice the price and they had to order them. Dealer was way over what I paid at NAPA... always will be back when I need stuff read more

While there's no shortage of NAPA locations in the East Valley, this is probably my favorite. They've got friendly, knowledgeable staff and easily the best selection of in-stock products of all the locations. They're also open generous hours on Sunday, making this location one of the few NAPAs where you can get parts and advice seven days a week. read more

Worst Napa I've ever been in. Many people working in the back but only one incompetent guy up front working. Looked for a cabin filter and this guy told me it was $54 when everyone else sells them for $24. Don't think he knows how to look up the proper part. I left and will go someplace else where they have a staff that is knowledgeable and willing to help their customers. read more

Just went to find something for my AC. An employee convinced me to buy an AC pressure gauge and I bought it, opened it up and the employee was going to show me how to use it. Upon opening my car hood the employee told me I didn't need it and I could not return it. The "manager" was very unprofessional, still eating his lunch, when he came out to talk to me, and still would not take my return that I only purchased because of the employees recommendation. Product was not used, only opened, and opened right there in the store. The employee that recommended the AC Pressure Gauge then told me that 'I didn't have to listen to him'. Seems a little scam-y. With the lack of knowledge and professionalism I would steer clear from this location. There is an auto zone across the street. read more

Stopped in on1/26 at 10:00 am - 10:30 am called before I stop in. Bought a front upper strut seat and hardware and when I said whatever happen to the old parts stores that when you asked if they had a 1977 Chevy 305 two-inch rubber support for a two core radiator they would be happy to help you. Not at this store Robert at the other counter raised his voice a little and with a grinning cheap degrading look on his face grinning right at me and the other employees tells me that I don't have to shop at there store and that I can and should think to shop somewhere else like e-bay or Amazon also adds in to go to two other names and stores. This is to let rob the store manager know that I will now shop somewhere else and I will let them know how I was treated. Sad very sad. read more

I went to two other Napa stores this morning to get a replacement for my under warranty battery. I purchased a blower motor for a Jeep YJ NAPA's Gilbert AZ location. The motor had to be shipped from Albuquerque, but when it arrived, it was not the same as the motor I was shown a picture of when making the purchase. The store helpfully ordered another one, but that motor was also not the same as pictured. This whole process took two weeks. The store refunded my purchase price, less the shipping from Albuquerque. They were unable to refund the shipping due to store policy. This is not what I consider to be good service. First NAPA was unable to provide what I thought I was purchasing. Second, it was not done in a timely manner. Third, NAPA still had the audacity to charge me shipping for the wrong item. Why should anyone shop at NAPA when I can get better service from Amazon? They would have had the part to my door in a couple days, not two weeks. Additionally, if they sent the wrong item, I would not have to eat the shipping. This is not how you keep customers coming back. read more

I needed a golf cart battery. Cart shops were closed so I thought I'd call NAPA in Gilbert AZ. because most auto parts stores do not carry them. I asked specifically if the carried this item and was told "yes". I asked what the price range was and was told "about $100.00. I said good because that was the cost of my recent battery bought in April. I drove out there and they had the item but told me it was $158.00. When I told the lady at the counter I just called and was given a price of $100. She located the guy I talked to to verify what I told her and he said he didn't actually give me a price, but he said he told me about $100. I told them $158 is not about $100. She told me she would see what she could do and came back with $128. Of course that was plus tax. I told her my last battery was right at $100 and that included tax. I told her how inconvenienced I was and that is why I called first. She said there was nothing she could do. I told her I would wait til Monday and go to the cart shop and get another one for $100. Sure proved to me NAPA is "just another auto parts store". read more
