I am not much of a car guy but have gone to this location a few times and always receive great service. Today, I realized that I needed a new battery so called to ask if they could swap mine out. I spoke with Doug who told me that they could with some cars and others they would be unable. He thought my Infiniti would be one of the more difficult models but told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. Doug looked under my hood and told me that he thought he could swap it for me. He then noticed that my previous battery had been purchased from them so he looked mine up and I was actually still within my 3 year warranty so he said it would be replaced for no cost. He then swapped it out for me in the hot afternoon sun. Doug was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and just a really nice guy. This location is near my neighborhood and I have shopped her several times. Recently stopped in for new windshield wipers and a cabin air filter. I was greeted by Hart at the desk and he immediately greeted me and researched what I needed. He provided me with prices and options that were available. I paid and and asked if he could assist me with installing the wipers. He graciously accepted and not only did he install them, he was patient enough to teach how to do myself in the future. For this I was grateful. He wasn't rushed. I already knew how to install the cabin air filter, which makes a HUGE difference in the quality of air when AC is utilized. Veterans Beware! O'Reilly's is taking down your social security card number off your military ID. The manager asked to see my husband's ID and repeated out loud his last four digits. Then put them down on his account or so he said. When my husband told me, i freaked out and called my credit card company and changed his number. There is no valid reason to take down your social security card number for a military discount! I called the assistant manager joe and complained. He said he was protecting the customer. And i said "How?" He wouldn't answer my question so i asked it again. He hung up on me. Danger! Don't allow this to happen to you! read more

I stopped in here because I had some error codes on my BMW and I wanted to check them out. I walked in and Jacob greeted me and offered to help me. We went outside he got all of the codes, printed them out and decoded all of them for me. Before he did all that he thought I might need an additive to my gas so when he checked all the codes I asked if I still needed it and he told me that I didn't. I bought a 1967 Chevy Camaro 5 months ago. The gentleman who sold me the car replaced the battery with a new Superstart battery. As he owns over 200 cars, he does considerable business with O'Reilly. Four months later, I left the lights on and the battery went dead. I took it to O'Reilly and they told me they would charge it. 20 minutes later, they called to say the battery was bad. In four months!!! They then said that, since I did not purchase the battery myself, they would not replace it. They did say they would "sell" me another battery. Fortunately, I was able to get a jump start so I could get home and then I started researching new battery prices online. OReilly Auto Parts had a helpful website so I knew they had the proper battery in stock. Went up there early this afternoon and had the pleasure of meeting Jacob. He was awesome! Very pleasant and quick to get the battery and helped me pull the old battery. There was a slight trick to getting the battery out but Jacob stuck it out in the 100 degree temp to show me how to do it. I went to this location and the employee Max was a huge help by knowing his automotive parts! I was quoted from two mechanics $150-$185 for a pigtail for my front headlight. I was recommended by a neighbor to come here before paying that much. Went into this store and Max helped me find the right part and ended up costing only $10 and about 30 minutes to put in the part. Max made our day and would definitely recommend going here if you need any parts. He definitely knew his automotive parts and I am pretty confident they will help you find whatever you need!!! I would definitely trust them in a heart beat. I really appreciates that they genuinely wanted to help and took the time to find the part I needed!! Plus he made sure it was done right. Our battery died yesterday 14 months into the warranty. After waiting all day to jump my car in the Costco parking lot I made it to O'Reilly's on a prayer at 8:45 PM--totally surprised to find them open. All though it was 15 minutes to closing and he was in charge of closing up, Jacob quickly arranged for a replacement and installed it in our car while dripping sweat and in the dark. What a guy! He went above and beyond to assist us in identifying the correct part needed and even came outside to assist us in replacing the part. He was so friendly and his customer service was just wonderful. One of the employees Jacob helped me find EXACTLY what I needed extremely quickly. Ever since, I have not been back to autozone. My car battery died, and my husband said to get it jumped, and then go to O'Reilly to buy a new one. He figured the warranty would be long expired on it and I'd have to buy new, and because he likes O'Reilly, he wanted me to go there. But since I was in a hurry and needed to go to Costco, I just decided I'd get a battery at Costco and have them put it in for me. I phoned Costco on the way there, and they said they do sell batteries but they don't install them - Costco also informed me that most places don't install them for you, unless they charge a fee. Dang - my husband was out of town and I needed help to get it put in. So, I called O'Reilly, and the guy who answered was so nice and said to come on over, he'd be happy to put it in for me. When I got there, he looked to see if we had an account there - and to my great joy and surprise - my dead battery was still under warranty (though barely). O'Reilly replaced it for free and installed it for free too. I wish I could remember the guy's name who helped me (Dakota?) young, burly guy - nice and professional as could be! THANKS O'REILLY! I make my selection stand in line 10-15 min while another sales rep is helping a customer select his part. 2-3 other guys in the store nobody helps me only 1 cashier. Ok so I had plans to go to the new Star Wars movie at 7 o'clock. Which means, "Hey I really outta be done with this brake job in time for that". But O'Reilly closes at 8. I need my car obviously so this job needs to be done before close. That's pushing it. So I called the store and someone answered telling me perhaps I could get all 4 rotors turned for my wrangler if I brought them in by 2. I hurried my ass and got those rotors in by 2:10 and DAKOTA told me he'd do his very best to have them done by 6. He explained his short staffed situation for the job but told me he'd bust his ass. By the way as I was walking out he was already getting slammed with customers. Sure as shit I get the call right in time, I head over there and all 4 rotors are turned with only 2 staff in the store. This store kicks ass! Let's not forget one of the employees is a Jeep enthusiast too. Hell yea! Don't let anyone tell you retail has no customer service anymore. read more
