Pete was super rude would never come back which is unfortunate because I've had a good experience here with someone else for an oil change. For some perspective I'm a 20 year old girl that knows nothing about cars, I went in because someone had told me my brake light was out and the image of one of the tires being low came on along with other warnings I hadn't known. Pete kept questioning what exactly needed to be done and refused to even look at the car without me telling him what was exactly wrong. I don't know!! I insisted I didn't know and eventually got irritated and said I know nothing about cars but things kept popping up on my dashboard that looked like something was wrong. His dismissive attitude was terrible, like I was an inconvenience, I then asked if he knew how long my car would be here if I had left it, he said "Nope", mind you he's the guy who told me to drop it off, I had called about 30 minutes before arriving. I don't think anyone would just drop off their car not knowing when they could pick it up, it's pretty common sense. Very disrespectful person which sucks for the rest of the crew because they're all respectable people. read more

I unfortunately moved and can't get their services anymore but I just wanted to say that they are the most helpful, sweetest, and sincere towards me. In the past, as a asian female I was often hesitant and nervous to get my car fixed because I have grown wary of certain places overcharging or taking advantage of customers that may not know car repairs that much, but their prices were VERY reasonable and accommodating. Tim, is one of the guys there that not only explained to me what was going on, but he was super sweet and kind. Came to this shop and was completely ignored by several employees. I wasn't sure where I should park or how they run the shop. Not sure if it was a race thing, as I'm a black woman, but it felt off. After waiting 15-20 mins a man named John came to ask me "do you need something"...I explained I needed a wheel alignment and he stated they were booked for the month. I said thank you, which was not followed by a "you're welcome" or "have a good day." I wasn't even asked if I wanted to make an appointment for next month. Amazing, fast, reliable, and trustworthy service every time. They always communicate well, and are friendly and timely. I have been bringing my vehicles here since I moved to AZ in 2016, I refuse to go anywhere else. Yesterday I had them replace the brakes and rotors on my Camaro, dropped my car off, waited for a call with a quote, told them to go ahead with the repair, and it was done by 5pm. This place is awesome!! Background: I had all four tires replaced at Discount Tire at 70k miles in July 2022 for over $1200. I scheduled DT to have the tires rotated after adding 15k miles, last November. I showed up at my appt, and DT said they wouldn't rotate them for "safety" reasons. Apparently after a year and a half and 15k miles, the treads were too worn, Discount Tire wanted me to buy four new tires. WTF?!!! I had the tires rotated elsewhere. This past Tuesday I stopped by Chandler Auto Tire. They're very friendly and they quoted me a considerably cheaper price for the same make/model tires. They said come back at 1pm the next day. I came back on Wednesday, sat in their waiting area for a little over an hour (they have free WiFi) and drove away in new tires for a cheaper price. CAT will be my "discount tires" for my family's cars from now on. read more

I don't normally write any reviews. But the last experience with Chandler Auto pushed me to write it immediately. I took my car for oil and filter change. When I got it back, the steering wheel was all greased up. There are oily shoe marks all over on the mat on the driver's side. Come on people, is this the way you handle your customer's property? Please show some respect and clean off you shoes and hands before getting into the customer's vehicles. Please don't take your car to them unless you have a really trashed up vehicle. read more

Car engine light comes on. Car doesn't have oil. Car starts acting normal after oil is put in from a different mechanic. Was told to let the car go. I am from buffalo New York and we just moved here 8 months ago. I had no idea who to go. Was recommended to see Tim at Chandler Auto and Tire. I called them and was told to tow it in Monday. Monday comes and my car is checked that morning. Get a call later on in the day and Tim (the owner) tells me he can fix it and the price! I was quoted 2200$ at a different place! Tim let me know the price and I almost cried. I was so happy he got it done for half the price! Had some other issues after and Tim made sure I was taken care of. I mean the man fixed my car in 2 days! When I know if I went somewhere else they would have had my car for 2 weeks! Thank you Tim and your amazing team for helping me! Autozone told me I had to get a couple of things done to my car. I had my car checked out at Chandler Auto & Tire. They checked everything out and added a couple of quarts of oil to my car. They said everything looked great. They didn't recommend anything being done. This place is honest and reliable. They could have said "ok, we will do this and this to your car," just to make money off of me. They checked my car over and didn't charge me anything!! I woke up to a flat tire that had a huge piece of glass in the tread. I made an appointment with a major tire retailer, but decided to keep looking for other alternatives in the interim. I saw the positive reviews on Yelp for this establishment, so I decided to give it a try. They were able to repair my tire in less than 30 minutes, for free. I also found out that they have affordable oil changes, which is great news for me since I prefer synthetic blend for my old, reliable car. They do things right the 1st time and will not try to up-sell you on all sorts of things you don't need. I have total confidence in everything that they do.
