Brian helped me with my purchase and was training another employee at the time and he was super professional and super friendly. While I knew what hitch I wanted I had no idea about anything else. Brian helped me with making sure I had the hitch and the lighting adapter (cause you kind of need brake lights on your trailer). After everything was picked out I set up my installer appointment. On install day, I had something come up at work and had to drop it off. No problem. They not only accommodated my schedule change but went ahead and installed everything working 1.5 hours! Amazing! And today I finally had a chance use the hitch. Everything worked great, the lights worked and it all felt so secure. I won't hesitate to come back it I need any more trailering/hitch equipment.

She addressed the remainder of my concerns with the appropriate department. I had food stains on the fabric on my front passenger seat from my Grandbabies. I asked what to use to clean the seat. I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome job Carlos in the Detail Department had done to clean the seat to look like new, for no charge. I also had a problem where my tag on the front bumper was getting bent. Matthew No. 2 of the Parts Department placed a frame around my tag that will keep it from getting bent. I was told by Carvana the sound would go away after a few days. It never did. Christian Brothers were a complete joy to work with from great communication, technical knowledge and outstanding customer service. They have a courtesy car that dropped me off and picked me up as I only have one car at home. They brought me into the shop to show me the brake situation and how they would repair. The shop was clean, organized and staff was very friendly. They made the repair quickly and all good now. I can't comment on the price as I have no reference point on brakes, but auto repairs all feel high... :( I highly recommend Christian Brothers in Towne Lake.

I've been taking my cars for several years to Midtown Tire. I've always felt they did a good job…read morefor me. However, I just took my Jeep Renegade in to repair a power window regulator and they quoted me $2700 to repair it. When I called, first they said about $500 of that was "worst case scenario" in case they needed extra parts. Then they said the motor was bad too was not true. When I challenged them on that, then they backtracked and said it was recommended to replace it since everything was already taken apart. When I asked how much it was they said the motor was also $500. An OEM motor from Mopar costs $188. Then when it came to the regulator assembly, they said that was $1200. Same thing. The Mopar OEM replacement for that part is about $670. And that is OEM replacement parts, with no discount. I declined the work and just paid them the $188 for the labor they did. As someone who has been a loyal customer and given them literally thousands of $$$ of business, this was offensive and sleazy to try to fleece me in this manner. I flat out caught them lying to me, and then they were trying to mark-up the parts by a ridiculous amount. I won't give anymore of my business to them, nor recommend them unless they can explain why they felt this was a fair estimate and can explain it. I need an explanation other than "we only buy certified OEM so we can guarantee the work/warranty" nonsense. Had they come to me and quoted me ~$700 for the part and then add on the labor, I would've still not liked it, but the math would've made sense and I would've done the work. $2700??? Come on folks. I have all my documentation and proof. Do they? Update 8/6/26: I ordered a used regulator from a 2023 Jeep. Put it in myself in a couple of hours and works great. Cost me $100. Yeah, I'll NEVER do business with Midtown again.
