They gave me all the tools to change out my battery. I brought it in. they researched it and gave me a new battery under warranty. I received the same treatment last year when I purchased the battery amazing customer service they go above and beyond to help their customers thank you very much. The assistant manager was amazing. I think she needs a promotion and I think she needs a raise. Have a great day.

Also told me they didn't have the battery I needed to replace but manically 10 minutes later the battery popped up.

Came to Caribe Tires stating car was dropping speed at exactly 50mph, as well as a defective brake…read moresensor. 2 mechanics, as well as Danny (the specialist) ignored the brake sensor (which was causing car to limit speed) and claimed that the turbo was giving out, quoting me at above 1500$ for repairs and charging me 95$ for a diagnostic. Went to Ford dealership to purchase broken piece of brake switch and solved all my problems for 5$. I will never recommend anybody else to this place. Your better off DIY!!
