Called about a slide on my Winnebago that was not working waited three days for his wife to call…read moreback then waited another week for him to show up and without ever getting under the rig told me I needed two new motors, I ordered the motors and waited another nine days for him and his crew to show up. It was very clear to me that neither one of his helpers knew what they were doing. One even asked Tom what is a-cotter Pin? even after the motors were installed the slide work worse than before. He told me he would call the company and get back to me. I waited 11 days for the call then I called the manufacturer myself and within 45 minutes I was able to program level and repair the slide myself, also was told by the manufacturer the motors were probably not bad. I found time to be very rude and uncaring about such a huge mistake. Avoid this one at all cost!

It needed a lot of wires repaired and replaced. I honestly thought it would be costly! I was referred to Tom. BEST REFERENCE EVER! Tom only took two days to get parts and rewired the entire RV. Labor and parts were Very reasonably priced. I was able to make it Southern FL. in time to see my day and drive him to the beach in my new RV. It was truly a dream come true for him. Tires, fluids & emergencies. The first two are normal but the emergencies...right before they closed for the night my car wouldn't turn on but the key was stuck in the ignition. I called and they talked me through getting the car to start or getting the key out. Whichever would happen first. Sadly my car started but would not turn off. I had to drive my car to the shop after hours and Ken Latimer came back to the shop several hours after they closed and brought my running car into the shop (obviously so my car couldn't get stolen) and he put gas in so my car would make it till morning. This is only ONE of the many emergencies I had. I trust every single person in this shop and I believe they treat me fair. If you need something done call them up & I bet they can help.

During testing it was determined that the alternator had seized up, most likely causing the problem and we replaced that too. After his work, the truck is working great again, and my wife is happy to not be driving my work truck. We have an after-market warranty on the car, and Jerry spent extra time explaining to them what the issues were, and Billing them directly for me! I couldn't be more happy with the repair and service received. Don't take chances, take it to Baron!
