From the moment I walked in, the experience was completely different. I came in for brake pads and had questions about which floor jack and stands would be best for my vehicle. The female manager went above and beyond: not only did she walk me through the options and explain what would work, she also checked to see if any of the tools would be going on sale soon to help me save money. That level of care and attention really stood out. I was so impressed and grateful that I ended up purchasing both the heavier-duty jack and stands right then and there. My son got super sick, the milk i bought was spoiled, all of us that drank it got sick. Today at 10 am I went in to get a coffee from the fridge and it was hot. I told the employee, she got ahold of the employee, Happy and he came in. I asked him if he would be replacing the hot dairy products, he again told me "no" and said that if I didn't like it, I don't have to shop there, he yelled at me, as I was walking out the store, I got to my vehicle and he was still by my open windows yelling at me. I had to tell him numerous times to stop interacting with me. It was highly inappropriate, I had my son in the car. I highly encourage everyone to take there business to the brand new AMPM down by the Sly Park exit. They have refrigeration that works and my family has never gotten sick from there products. Oh and there employees wont follow you out to your vehicle and yell at you, AMPM treats there patrons with respect and kindness.

They told us they were super busy but to drive there and they would run a diagnostic on it. They took time out of their busy day to help our family who otherwise would have been stranded on the side of the road with 4 kids. They were able to order the necessary part and even had one of their guys drive down the hill to Folsom to pick it up for us. We were back on the road within 2.5 hours!
