Instead of a simple response, I was met with a dismissive grunt and an attitude that made it clear I wasn't welcome. Trying to move past it, I asked about a part I needed and some additional supplies. The clerk didn't respond--just stared at me until the phone rang, at which point he turned his back and took the call without a word. It was clear I wasn't going to get any help from him. Thankfully, a female manager stepped in and assisted me with my purchase. While I appreciated her help, the overall experience left a bad impression. I've been a loyal customer for years, but after this visit, I won't be returning to the Placerville location.

I asked if they would be able to remove certain items and screws instead of spraying over them. I was told not an issue at all. I brought my jeep in and showed them exactly what I wanted done. I left feeling they had a good understanding.. That was not the case! When I came to pick up my jeep I was told that they had broke one of my bolts "due to rust" and they were too scared to take the rest out. The bolt they broke was the door bolt nut. I have taken these off and on several times throughout the year and never had any issues at all with them. Then I was directed to some side mirror mounts where the worker said he could not get them undone at all. So instead of calling me and asking... he just line X'd the whole thing. He did not even try and remove any screws or tape over any screw or bolt heads.. pretty much did a lazy get it done LineX job. Only reason this is not a 1 star is due to the actual lineX itself. It looks decent but I am sure I am going to have issues down the road. I would avoid this location at all cost! After my issues my neighbor and some of my 4 wheel buddies said they had the same issues there. (thanks for telling me after).

I reply I needed it turned down and pushed the channel button once accidentally. She literally growls, shakes her head and swings the TV so hard it slams into the wall. Shocked by her aggressive, unprofessional and rude nature...I watch her put her western show back on amd turn it up to max volume. WHAT A PIECE OF WORK! WOW! About 40 minutes later... Pulled my car out and said it was done. Noticed that the tires had NOT been rotated. The exceptionally grotesque old woman at the counter snapped at her fellow co-workers and asked why. Then snapped at me and stated that the tires were too bald to rotate. Using an assumulative tone like I should have known. I explained I bought the tires 2 months ago. She blamed my driving technique. Told me to check my alignment. I asked if I can get an estimate. She huffed and said she didn't have time for that sh!t. Not wanting to deal with any more of this disgusting personality, I left.
