From the moment I walked in, the experience was completely different. I came in for brake pads and had questions about which floor jack and stands would be best for my vehicle. The female manager went above and beyond: not only did she walk me through the options and explain what would work, she also checked to see if any of the tools would be going on sale soon to help me save money. That level of care and attention really stood out. I was so impressed and grateful that I ended up purchasing both the heavier-duty jack and stands right then and there. It's rare to find that kind of customer service these days. Goodbye NAPA Placerville--and hello to my new go-to: O'Reilly in Pollock Pines.

I dropped the car off on Sunday night and called in the morning. They were able to get it diagnosed and fixed same day. It actually came back in better condition as we had a vibration issue and whatever they did fixed it which wasn't even what we took it in for. I'm a happy customer. For some extra info, Mike is the main one who worked on it. Owner is Bob. They had a new receptionist who was very friendly. Apparently it's been there a few years. My family told me Bob is a master mechanic and knows his stuff. Credit/Debit has a 3% fee, but no fee if paying cash or check. The office is very very small but there is restroom if needed. Last thing, the lot is very narrow so not much room to park, and is on a fairly busy street. You may need to back into a spot or up/down the street or across.

He was courteous, very accommodating and took the time to take all my vehicle information to ensure he had the right elements to complete the job. He also gave me a quote and that was the price I paid when all was said and done. I arrived at the appointed time, within a minute, Ted was there to meet me in the parking lot with clipboard in hand, took control and an hour and a half later, the project was done. Everything was according to schedule. I couldn't have had a more pleasant and smooth transaction, from the initial phone call to when I drove off the parking lot. I appreciate that a lot.
