I order stuff that's ready for pick up but the employees can't find it in the store and don't even know what it is or where to look for it!!! 1 employee working the counter AND answering the phone's while the other's are wondering around the store or sitting on their asss in the back! I will be going to O'Reilly Auto right next door from now on!!

The cashier was very friendly and didn't make a stink about the time. She did try find the best value for windshield wipers with the sale paper but I ended up with cheaper ones because my size of sale was not in stock. They were child friendly, which I appreciated. Wipers were installed quickly. I had never changed a lightbulb for my car since owning it so I wasn't sure if I had the right bulb. The clerk told me I can return it as long as the package wasn't opened and when I remove the first bulb to look and see if they were the same. (They were) There is another auto part store next door to this one but Advance has always been super friendly and helpful to me for the 9 years I've been driving so my loyalty is with them for my car part needs.

They gave him a transmission from a 96. He called on Friday around 3PM and they sounded sincere in making it right even though they're closed on weekends. On Saturday morning we didn't hear back and decided to stop by to see if they had one on the shelf on the way to get a transmission somewhere else in case they didn't. Well, they didn't have one. The OWNER was extremely disrespectful after he asked for the money back since the car is out of commission due to their screw up. After he gave the money back we asked why he was mad and he told us to f*** off and didn't care if we were paying customers. He also threatened to "hit us in the mouth". Not once did we cuss at him even after he dropped multiple F-bombs. Combined we work on a lot of cars and will never come back here. I'd rather pay more than deal with him.

I was referred to Joe's by a place I used to do business with in King George. I called and spoke to Joe who went above and beyond to a complete stranger/ female over the phone. He called around to other places for me when he did not have one of the parts I needed. He did not have to do that for a stranger over the phone......I'm just saying..this says something about his character and desire to provide good customer service...there are always 2 sides to a story ! (And besides...I think Chris' ONE review total and lack of a profile is somewhat suspect!)

I had a hundred questions and they never got impatient or short with me. They also worked closely with my insurance adjuster so the whole process went very smoothly and with little to no stress. Took about a week and a half to two weeks to get my van back and it's as good as new. They didn't leave anything gross in or on my car, in fact I'm almost 100% sure they vacuumed it! I really appreciated that. I was very happy with our service and plan to use them in the future for any of our car care needs.

Our car is a 2018 Subaru Forester with a metallic cherry red paint and clear coat. We took the car to Rob at Knox Automotive and he told us that it would be 3-4 days to complete the repair and paint. The car was finished on time, and you can't tell where it was repaired or any sign of paint match. The car looked like it had just rolled out of the Subaru showroom!
