The truck passed inspection, I was charged (including an extra fee for using a debit card), and I was told they couldn't find the noise. After moving out of state and getting the truck inspected again, the problem was identified almost immediately: a bad sway bar bushing causing the rear suspension to rattle around. Obvious enough that another shop spotted it right away. So I'm left wondering: how does a shop performing a state inspection miss a suspension issue I specifically pointed out, involving a loud metal-on-metal clank, and then charge extra on top of it? If you bring your vehicle here with an actual problem, you may want a second opinion.

Left out the door with tire pressure warning lights, light bulbs not working and brakes squealing. Brought it back the next day, they claimed the car was too advanced for their knowledge. Almost 60 bucks to replace a light bulb and charged triple the price of brake pads to replace them. Lastly they charge a 3% fee on all card transactions and they don't accept American Express cards. Will definitely not return there again.

Decided to stop by Speedy since it was in the most convenient location for me, and if I had to wait or leave my car then so be it. Front desk service was friendly, was told it would take up to an hour so I decided to wait. Waiting area is small but clean with comfortable chairs and water. I brought my game console to keep myself occupied but they finished inspecting my car within 40 minutes and I was off on my merry way. Definitely will come back for future car inspections.

Most expensive ones I've found run about 55$ now I've changed brake pads many a time before and its literally a 15min job max so I'm curious as to what there mechanic rate is I can't imagine they charge 100$ a hr to work on a vehicle. Auto zone got me going about my way for 38.00$ and installed them myself. This isn't the first time they've tried to charge a ridiculous amount last truck I had had a bad top rear light bulb. Got it off eBay for 28.00$ vs they 120$ they wanted to take two screw's off and replace it.

I went here to have AC compressors replaced on two vehicles, multiple state inspections, an alternator and most recently suspension and brake work. The prices were competitive and work that easily could have taken multiple days was done in one. They called me to keep me updated on the progress, and on two occasions let me know that the work I requested was not required and I could save money by not doing it. When the alternator was replaced, they identified the reason why it failed (and oil valve leaking on it) and fixed that which was missed by the place I had gone to just weeks before when the previous alternator failed. They are polite, professional, and do quality work. I doubt that you will find a better auto repair operation in this area.

The 4 tires, mounting, balancing, install, and front end alignment happened in 3 hours on the day I first called for an appointment. The people are very friendly and kind. I could not have asked for a better first time experience. The waiting room was full of repeat customers. They also do inspections. I will absolutely go back again. I trust them.

You would think they were skilled enough to use vice grips or at least ensure that the pipe did not break the radiator hose. Needless to say the so called mechanic negligently rigged the hose by placing a smaller hose inside of the broken hose and caused the car that had perfect running a/c and no radiator nor hose leaks at ALL when the Audi was brought to their shop, to run hot and crack the engine head! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS.
