Kevin with Browns Towing was a huge help today. A friend of mine broke down on the side of the road and Browns towing was called out to assist with moving her car.. Who knew that tow truck. drivers could only take cash... the driver told me to call and see if I can speak with Kevin that he may be able to help me out and he actually worked it out with the garage that is gonna fix the car to have the towing included in the cost of her repairs. We never would have thought of this and if it hadn't have been for Kevin suggesting it the car may have gone to inpound for the night. I have been using Browns for more than ten years. They are patient, reasonable and very professional. I have never had a bad experience, weather it is coming to tow me in the rain at 2 AM or finding the lowest cost for an expensive repair. For a while I did use a dealer who provided free oil changes and State inspections, but when very unexpected and very expensive repairs began to crop up I returned to Browns, who found a number of errors and omissions made by the dealer.
