My visit to NAPA was nothing out of the ordinary- I needed new brakes and they were conveniently located. I decided to leave a review, though, because I was so impressed with their customer service! The gentleman that checked us out was great at giving all the options they had in stock, didn't pressure us to buy the pricier parts, and even gave us a discount that saved a good bit of money off the total.
