After inspecting my car, I was told the issue was the motor mounts and was quoted around $1,500 for the repair. Since I knew motor mounts were not worth anywhere near that amount I chose to replace them myself for $50. However, this did not resolve the issue because the diagnosis was incorrect. I later identified the actual problem as a parking brake wire contacting the driveshaft, which was a simple and inexpensive fix. This represents a significant misdiagnosis and a large difference in cost. The second experience involved calling ahead twice to confirm availability for a resonator delete as the shop is about an hour away from me. I adjusted my work schedule and drove out based on that confirmation only to be told upon arrival that they likely would not be able to complete the job. I was advised to wait which I did for about two hours but ultimately the work was not done. This resulted in lost time, money, and other inconveniences. I want to clarify that I did not miss any appointments both visits were made after confirming availability in advance. Clear communication is especially important when customers are traveling long distances and planning around work schedules. While I understand that scheduling problems can happen the combination of being told services were available when they were not along with the earlier misdiagnosis led to a huge lack of confidence in this business. I am sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions.

To me, this interaction felt untrustworthy. He also used jargon unnecessarily to make it sound more complicated than it is, something any reputable mechanic shop should avoid. The labor to replace the sensor is typically 5-10 minutes, and the part can be purchased OEM (Nissan factory) for ~$230-$250. My advice: get a second opinion or buy the part yourself to save hundreds of dollars.

I wish I could give "0" stars. I took my truck in to get warranty work completed. My truck ended up…read moreneeding a whole new engine. The shop prolonged the warranty work out for 3 months and by the time we got our truck back, we had severe body damage which we ended up having to go through insurance and have insurance subrogate against the shop due to the attitude and unwillingness to work with us. We also found screws from the engine laying under our windshield wipers and found that to be odd, so we took the truck over the a local Ford dealer for an inspection to make sure the engine was installed correctly. All wiring and hoses were installed incorrectly. We also found the radiator was broken and a temp repair was attempted, so it wouldn't leak (never there before). We also found a fresh pack of cigarettes and a greasy rag tucked deep in the engine bay.. We ended up having to take this shop to court and fight to cover the repairs needed after E&K worked on our vehicle. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.. Stay as far away as possible...
