From test drive, through vehicle selection, purchase, and pick up this was the best car buying experience I've had. There is no high pressure sales pitch, no high pressure upsell of the packages post sale, just the team at BMW orange park working for your business. I highly recommend Agatha Kemmerling in sales and the finance manager Jorge is excellent to work with. I can't speak to the service department here, as I have not used them yet. That said, the sales team was very helpful and easy to work with. They got me the exact specced vehicle I wanted within 5 days. Not an easy feat. Will 100% be back for my next vehicle here. Started with a 8:30am service appointment for a leak in my wife's 2020 X3. We were quoted a diagnostic fee of $250. The day goes by no calls from advisor Clem so we call around 3:30 as they close at 6:00. We are told the fountain they use to put the vehichle under to find leak was not working and that the diagnostic fee was going to be more and I'm thinking you are making the customer absorb the cost of your fountain not working. This is absolutely unacceptable and very poor customer service especially for BMW, I would expect this type of customer service from a buy here pay here type of place. We did not receive a call back until after 6pm and was told the diagnostic fee was $378. I'm curious as to if you were in my shoes what would you do? read more

I haven't used my second car in over a year. The car needed a new battery and oil change as well as overall inspection. The car was towed to TomBush BMW Orange Park. Jennifer was my advisor. She was professional and accommodated my requests. I was kept informed through text messages or a call from Jennifer each step of the way. I was also very impressed that the tech advisor recorded the inspection and what he found and any recommendations for future upkeep. As a consumer, we're not allowed back in the shop, and the video recording is something unexpected and very impressive. That's an example of a business using technology to support their customers. If you buy a BMW here I strongly recommend finding another place for service. I've had 2 irritating experiences lately. The first was regarding my free oil change on my 2021. It took a while to arrange an appointment, so I reset the annoying reminder. Because I reset it, I was told I had to pay for the service. $162. Ok. You got me. The next was an oil leak on my 2014. The service advisor told me the valve cover and oil pan were leaking. $8,000. He recommended I just replace the engine. $12,000. I took it to Eurospec in Jacksonville. Turns out the leak was just the turbo oil lines. I suspect the service advisors are on commission. Maybe the mechanics too. read more

We leased a BMW X1 from Tom Bush BMW Orange Park. We returned the 2015 vehicle last month in January, with 15000+ miles still remaining on the lease. We were charged $400 for road rash on the bumper. So instead of saying, "Hey, the $3000 in value you provided will cover the $400, we will call it a wash", we are being charged the $400. We contacted the dealership, called, sent a letter to the GM, asking them to make it right, they declined. So we will pay the $400 in normal wear and tear and move on. You should too, find other dealerships that are willing to work with you and provide you with more value than this one. Your business as a value customer, is not warranted here. read more

I took my car in for a diagnostic check. TB BMW was to do overall inspection both visual and computer (to document any fault codes). I was charged $330 for so called comprehensive diagnostic check. The inspection was not comprehensive and did not identify other critical areas required repairs. However, TB BMW identified two non-critical areas for a repair such as "recommended to replace hood struts" and "replacement of spare tire" . I was very disappointed. I took my car for a second diagnostic to validate TB BMW's findings. The Other BMW Mechanic shop conducted comprehensive diagnostic check for $160.00. It was not only cheaper, but also provided comprehensive inspection identifying the areas to be repaired. Repair cost estimate from other mechanic shop was 1/2 of the cost repair estimates from TB BMW. read more

Buyer beware. Mechanics are on commission and will recommend everything possible, so unless in warranty, go elsewhere. You can't really believe they recommend is necessary and other shops will verify this, as will a quick google search and code reader. And if buying a new car, be extremely cautious and check the numbers as they rarely look like anything you get elsewhere. Their numbers rarely come close to the numbers advertised by bmw financial. Personally, I've bought cars elsewhere, like fields Orlando, in Miami and others and gotten much better deals, as t bush has a monopoly in Jax. They just don't care.n read more

It was smooth , fast and enjoyable . Just like my first visit 3 years ago when I purchased my first BMW from that location. It only takes 1 bad apple to spoil the bunch and if I had let that 1 BAD apple (finance manager) spoil my thoughts on BMW I wouldn't be driving my beautiful new car. Ryan is the best. He advised me they would deliver my car but when the GM entered the equation things went sour. The GM tank my car delivery and was very brut that he is the head and his word was final. It was almost a deal breaker for me. I hate this for Ryan because the GM made him appear incompetent and wrong to have offered me delivery. It was so unprofessional and shaming and the GM offered no path to resolve this whatsoever just bluntly stated they would not deliver my vehicle and that's it even after l offered to wait such time that it would be feasible. Just absolutely horrible and down right ugly customer service by top management. Now l wish l'd waited for allocation in Tallahassee but once Ryan said he could get me the X6 l was all in. Clem was the absolute worst with customer service, communication, and just telling the truth. I informed him that I was avoiding bring it here because of the reviews. And he lived up to every bad one. Told me on 2 separate occasions my car would be ready the next day. Had car for 2 weeks and he called me once, and I had to call every other time after he said he'll call me in the morning. It got so bad I asked to talk to his manager James, I explained hey the communication is bad he told me my car would be ready and then it wasn't. James told me he would take over all communication. He told me I'll give you a call on Friday or Monday with an update. Needless to say I called him Tuesday afternoon and asked them to release my vehicle. I then spoke to the GM, told him what was going on. He could've cared less. Caught him in 2 lies, told him I was coming after work, I get there just for them to tell me he instructed them to take the new parts off. I guess you have to be grimey to work there. Car there for 3 weeks I made to surprise visits and not once was my car even in the shop being worked on. Go to Mercedes down the street. Received a video from the tech showing me the problem. Tommy got the part quickly and kept me updated on the shipping progress which is not an easy feat with today's supply chain woes. Well it's been six weeks and my car is still in the shop waiting for the part from Germany. Six weeks and counting. They still don't know when the part will be in. No express mail from Germany I guess. Asked that they take the part from one of their cars to repair mine but was told the shop mgr. said that was not an option. I guess satisfying your customers is not an option either. They gave me a loaner but I can't trade in a loaner to another dealer so my wife can have a dependable car when she needs it. The point of making an appointment is to get issues with your car taken care of and maximizing your time around that appointment, right? Well I did that. The service advisor, Arsen, called and said my car was ready for pickup and when I got it the next day I'm briefed on several issues that could have been addressed during the appointment had I been notified. Now I sit here on a Saturday, spending at least 2+ hours waiting to get an issue fixed that could have easily been taken care of yesterday. No loaner cars available, incomplete appointment due to lack of communication...Oh and if you have a coupon but didn't bring with you...too bad, they will not honor it. I wonder if Mercedes provides quality customer service EVERY time. On a better note, Jen was very apologetic for the lack of communication and did what she could to get me taken care of...but still I wait. read more

I haven't bought a car from the dealership, but I have been here a couple times for repairs to my husband's sad old BMW that we are going to drive until it literally falls apart on the road, probably. I came in last year to deal with a really weird noise I kept hearing while driving the car, and when the service rep, Jonathon, came back with a list of repairs as long as my arm and worth more than the car itself, I had a bit of a shock. After he explained to me that many of the repairs were simply due to age and the rust of living in the north for so long, I told him that I was not going to do any repairs unless it was something he literally would not let me drive home without doing. He identified one repair that could cause a seized engine, which was not inexpensive but was also not the most expensive, and I left feeling a pinch but glad I wasn't going to have a wreck of my own doing. Fast forward one year later. I and the car come back for an oil change with the same service rep and not only did he notice that I had chopped all my hair off (I could not have told you what his hair looked like a year ago), but he took my car back and got its oil changed and sent me home without even a peep about the myriad of repairs he certainly could have suggested. I really appreciated that personal connection and the recognition of my cheapness, and I also appreciated my stay in the waiting area, which was full of comfy chairs and reasonably tasty coffee and had a nice view of the sales floor, being as it was right next to it. I took my car in for an increase battery discharge and having to jumpstart my car to get it to the dealership. And yes, my battery was fine. 1st diagnosis, they said it was just a fuse. But, that did not work! 2nd visit, they said the battery is fine, but I need a NEW alternator, which cost $1300. Which I was fine with, however, that did not take care of the problem. 3rd time, they said they did not know what was wrong and they would have to further test the vehicle. I purchased a CPO 5 series from Tom Bush OP this past Monday. My sales rep was David Stevens. It was probably the best experience I've ever had buying a car. When they gave me the figure for what they would give me for my car, I explained that I had done the research and the car was worth more. Danny Assi the General Manager came into the office to explain that he was making calls to get me as much money as he could for my trade-in. It was a different feeling than I was used to because the vibe I got from him was that he was on my side, wanted to make me happy, and wanted to make the deal happen. We got the price up on the trade-in and made it happen. I never felt that there was any funny business and the transaction was handled by David and Danny with complete professionalism. Terrible customer service. I was happy to finally turn in both of my leases and not have to deal with their slow service department. I have had countless mishaps with the dealer, including replacement of wrong tires and not replacing the flat tire. Aggressive and condescending conversations to my wife. Just when you think you're done after the lease I was billed additional charges that were supposed to be covered under the "wear and tear" policy I purchased. My wife's X5d had been in for an expensive service when the check engine light illuminated. Within days after the car was serviced, the light came on again. Upon hearing this, the service manager personally came to our home with a new X3 loaner, picked up our X5, made things right and didn't charge us a cent. Came here with a friend who is a new driver. I was asking questions regarding the vehicle's features because I was doing the driving. Early on in our conversation with the service representative, it was established that I am not the registered owner of the car. As I asked more questions, I found him to be curt and dismissive and only spoke with my friend despite questions I had on her behalf. Worst BMW service I had at a dealership in 25 years of BMW ownership. They charged me $900 to replace a water pump that failed. Asked them to check for other coolant leaks because I had a slow leak before this. They said it was done. Within 1 day, I was adding coolant. I called them back and the service manager told me they had pressure tested it. When I pressure tested, there was an obvious leak on the top of the radiator. When I replaced it, I found many loose or missing fasteners the service department had not reassembled correctly. Could not believe the low quality from a dealer. read more
