Definitely stop in this O'Reillys if you're having car issues, after working 12 hours at the hospital, my car was turning over real slow and I knew the battery was going out so I stopped in on my way home. i am still in disbelief!! richard was extremly unhelpful, disrepectful and rude to my brother last night for no reason whatsoever. he kept interrupting and wouldn't help with anything that he asked about. it was like he was getting pure joy out of interrupting and saying "nope!" and then, chuckled at our disappointment and reaction. it clealy was exhausting to watch since every question was met with "nope!" and then, after an exhausting exchange of being interruped with several "nope!", my brother told him, "thank you, wow, you've been very helpful" this richard jerk said "f**k y*u!" as we were walking out, what a deranged nut! he is extremly lucky that my brother just ignored him and walked out of there since he would have pulverized the richard rude jerk in 2 seconds. my brother said he was calling the gm but i want to call the corporate office, this is not cool! what entitlement and arrogance!! steer clear of the deranged nut richard, his name is fitting! read more

I dare not share my secret, or do I??? Heck... we're all family here so I'm going for it! So, I get my Lexus serviced at Toyota because it's all the same to me, cheaper, and better still-- super close to my house! But the gag is... when I take my car to get serviced, I get what I know I need and then use the diagnostic report to take over to Stephen (the manager that I love) at O'Reilly's to cross-check, reference, and tell me if I'm being had or not! Stephen is always my second opinion whenever I'm in doubt (and I'm always in doubt)! He checks the report, tells me if I need it or not, compares their price to O'Reilly's in the system (yes, it's always double or more), and if he can do it cheaper he does. And if he can't, he sends me back. (That's only happened once.) I feel loved and all is well with the world! Today I dropped in with my report and Stephen was busy (I almost had an entire fit) but before I could even begin to formulate my tantrum and/or plan of attack, Josh swooped in and served in the same capacity! For what was about to cost me $110 dollars + plus (Lord knows what for) labor fees, I (happily) paid $40 (and I'm a tipper) fully installed. Like... I just can't! You can't beat that with a BAT, and I'm signed up for rewards so I get coupons and discounts on the products also! #WINNING Today was... cabin air filter, engine air filter, change my tag out because I don't have tools, tack down some trimming on my car because #IRMAgeddon lifted it somehow, check and tell me if I really need new wipers (and I did not) --THE END! Went to O'Reillys to get some injector cleaner. As I entered the store a clerk as if I needed help. I ask for injector cleaner and he pointed to a display. A few minutes later another clerk came fro behind the counter and showed me a "sale" item. While I was making my selection an elderly lady came into the store with a list of items that were obviously for an oil change. The clerk that helped her was so rude and condescending to her that I left my $36.00 order on the counter and left. Went to a competitor and found the exact same product $7.00 cheaper plus I got a free funnel. I have had a few minor issues with the employees at O'Reillys before but never enough to make me quit doing business with them, until now! I can stand a little rude behavior but I will not patronize a business who is hateful and condescending to an eighty year old who was just running an errand for someone. read more

I have been coming to this location for years. When I have the time to do auto maintenance projects or just need to pick up Windshield wipers or Washer fueled, they know their stuff. The staff is very friendly and they take time to help you out. FYI if you buy Windshield wipers there they will install them. read more

Well its never a good thing when you have to head to the Auto Parts store unless your doing an oil change... So I have 336K on my car and I have to Thank O'relly's Auto Parts for that. Last year July 2016 I changed the rear drums. They came with bearings installed. In December 2017 my bearings started to go bad and in January I had to have them replaced - so I replaced the bearings, b/c they were supposed to be replaced together the bearing needed to be replaced again at the end of January 2017. O'reilly's honored my warranty on the parts, replaced them and had be back on the road again. Oh but the story does not end there... B/c the drum was supposed to be replaced with the bearing it just went bad again 4/2017 and back to O'reilly's I went, this time the Manager Mark was SUPER FANTASTIC and offered me Excellent Customer Service in explaining where my mechanic went wrong. He also replaced my drum at NO CHARGE (warranty) and got me back on the road yet again!!! This is why my car has 336K miles today. I truly will not be swayed by another. If you have never tried O'reilly's you absolutely should. Thanks to the whole O'reilly's Team on Sunbeam!! read more
