I've done a fair share of business with them, and I always return because they never seem to screw me over and always have a positive outlook on everything. Although their pricing could seem steep to some, I usually go here for things that I need instantly or specialized stuff that I know they carry. Any other "regular" things like wipers, washer fluid, or engine oil I usually just snag from Walmart because it seems to be just a little bit cheaper. Otherwise, AutoZone has just about everything you could need. Lastly, their ordering is pretty top notch. Many of times I'll need something that they may not have on hand in the store and they'll order it to the store and will either have it there that same day or the next one, at zero cost to you which is incredibly convenient.

We talkesd with Ford Customer Service and rhey said that is not completely true. They always try to use Ford rentals but if not available the dealership can use other brands. They quoted a replacement wheel but couldn't find one. So I found one on-line (I am not even in the car parts business in less than 10 minutes) and paid for. When she picked up the car the left head light was not aimed right. (Too high blinding traffic) They told my wife it would take more than an hour and she would have to leave the car with them again.
