He had me start the car and noticed sparking. He said let me chk the connections. He stated that one of the Neg cables(not the main terminal cable) was loose. He tightened it down and that was the problem. Mea culpa I didn't tighten it down enough when I replaced the battery and subsequent driving loosened it further. The heavy set woman came out, was not pleasant, got her license and insurance information and told her to go to the waiting room. Then with greasy hands drove the Jeep into the bay. My wife paid and went out to her Jeep. She had to buy another container of wipes to start cleaning the grease from everything the woman touched. I know inspections are going away in January 2025 but this does it for us taking any of our 5 vehicles there again for anything.

Do not take your vehicles here they are a rip off and I do not appreciate them. We had to fight to get them to honor the warranty on this vehicle Since they did the work. Do not take your vehicle vehicles here. That is also not including the other parts. We had to replace less than three Weeks after they looked at it.
