Honest, quick, and professional are just basic descriptors. I plan on using this garage permanently.

Due to good reviews in Facebook and Google, I have my SUV repaired there last May due to a coolant…read moreleak and they said the radiator was done and needs to be changed. I paid about $800 for the repair. After just under 2 months, the coolant was leaking again so I took the car back thinking that they'll fix it with minimal charge under warranty. NOT!! They wanted more money and said that the damage this time was unrelated and it will cost me another $300+ to fix it. I declined because I lost my trust to these guys. They still charged me almost $60 for just that. Good luck in your decision if you want to use this shop. They want repeat customers...in a negative way for me at least. No repeat here for sure..and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know.

I contacted Tools in Motion and they told me the brakes were under warranty but wanted to do an inspection. Upon inspection, they noticed a slide pin had not been properly lubricated and the brake pads got stuck in one position damaging several parts including the alloy wheel. Here is where it gets good. The mechanic said they refused to warranty it because and I quote "There is no way my service tech forgot to lubricate this" they charged me for the inspection But wait it gets better. I asked them to price out the parts to fix it, an hour later I hear back and they want 850 dollars using aftermarket parts. I priced the parts on the NAPA website and they came to 325 dollars. Will never use this garage again, after spending thousands of dollars on several cars they have the audacity to treat a good customer like this. Never again

Well Scenic View Motors got me in right away for to take a look. After hours drop off was simple and secure. As promised they called me to explain & quote the repair. I was extremely impressed by the service and honesty all the way through the process. The repair was under $200 for the custom exhaust repair that too care of the noises. They also recommended a tune up & had it completed as promised. The entire repair was under $400. I highly recommendation this amazing family run local business!!

I took a car in because of starting problems. I assumed it was the remote starter causing the issues but was told the neutral safety switch went. And, the price is $448 plus an hour to install. Gasp! How much??!! I can buy the part online for about $150. The car has now been in the shop for 6 days but since they DO NOT WORK WEEKENDS, it has only been looked at a few times. I found out that they have not dedicated a tech to it, but have rather used the tech sparingly between other jobs. Not cool guys. Not cool at all. That's a poor business model. I won't be going back there once (or maybe i should use the word IF) they ever get my car done.

Well the appointment started out ok but ended up a complete and utter disappointment. Will never…read moreever return. Got a coupon on back of my Safeway receipt for an oil change $39.99 so I called to make sure I didn't need an appointment. Went over one Tuesday afternoon. They said they could fit me in within the hour and it would take another hour to do the oil change. I parked my butt on the chair in the waiting room hoping they would get my vehicle in sooner rather than later but no such luck. It was 5 minutes before the hour before they brought my van into the shop to start. In the meantime, I had a coffee and read on my iPad. They asked if I wanted the air filter changed too and I said Yes. That was the beginning of the end. They said it was coming over from Napa and that was what they were waiting for. And waiting. And waiting. I was getting rather annoyed that the oil change was done but we were still waiting for the stupid air filter. I got on the phone and called Napa myself and they said they didn't have an order for it. Turns out they ordered it from Princess Auto. At this point, I'd had enough and said just put the old one back in and I want to get out of here. Waiting for almost half an hour for nothing was not working for me. I went up to pay and it was over $50. What a crock of shit. They charge $3 just to top off the fluids. Seriously? They should give me the whole damn jug of washer fluid if that's what it costs. It wasn't even low but that's how they make their money. It wasn't worth the time or effort to go here. Took wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long and cost just as much as the quick oil change places. Yes they were very friendly (actually friendly to the point of being sickly sweet and that get annoying after listening to them for 2 1/2 hours) but it's not worth it in the end. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Transparency, Inspection, and Safety Oversights…read moreMy first review was based off excitement and a smooth buying process until ... ... I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. The truck was supposedly subjected to a "full 180-point inspection," covering critical components like the engine, transmission, suspension, and exhaust system. However, shortly after purchase, I noticed significant transmission issues, including harsh shifting, which should have been caught during this inspection. I was later advised that the issue stems from engine oil leaks caused by the VCT solenoid seals, a problem that's well-known with this model. These issues should have been identified before selling me the truck. To make matters worse, I was never informed about the low tire tread (4/32), and now I've been advised I need new tires soon. The dealership should have flagged this during their supposed "full inspection." Additionally, my husband was double-charged $6,000 for an extended warranty on his truck, and it took us weeks to get a hold of anyone at the dealership to resolve the issue. It was an incredibly stressful process that shouldn't have happened. But the most concerning part? His truck also had a loose steering wheel, a safety hazard that almost caused a serious accident on the highway. This issue was never flagged during the supposed inspection either. After hearing about the truck's "thorough inspection," it's hard to believe no one noticed these major safety issues. To add to my frustration, I took my truck to another dealership for maintenance and was informed that I need to consent to a transmission overhaul just to have techs take pictures of the transmission when it's taken apart and send them to the warranty provider for approval of the repair cost. If the repair cost is not approved, I'll still be left with a $1,900 bill just to put the transmission back together. If the overhaul is not approved, I'll face a $10,000 cost for the transmission repair, despite the issue stemming from the VCT solenoid seals, a problem that should have been caught in the inspection. I feel deceived, especially considering the dealership assured us that the trucks had undergone thorough inspections. These problems, especially the safety hazard in my husband's truck and the transmission issue in mine, should have been identified and addressed before selling us these vehicles. We trusted this dealership to be upfront and transparent, but instead, we've been left dealing with costly repairs and severe safety concerns. For a dealership that claims to provide quality inspections, the oversight of such major issues is inexcusable.
