The entire team at SVH is super friendly, helpful, patient, professional and knowledgeable. We took our 1 year old Blue Heeler, Raider Jr, to get his annual physical and vaccinations last week. He is not a fan of the vet and was very timid. Dr Campbell and her assistant worked with him to settle him down and give him the exam. They were extremely patient and gentle with him. He relaxed and all was good! Many thanks to both! Throughout the years, we have always received fantastic service from SVH and we would highly recommend them. So thankful I sought a second opinion here and have since moved all vet care over to them for my very much still-alive dogs. Dr. Carroll is a wonderful and thorough vet who truly cares and goes out of his way to communicate well with you through any health challenges you may navigate.

They will contact you once you are approved. Our dog is already chipped and neutered and they sent us away with a little food and a free veterinarian exam. So we have an appointment to establish a local veterinarian. The place is well run, the staff is nice, and the animals are well cared for. I would recommend checking them out. They have stat sheets on all the animals.

After the exams were completed, I was informed that the actual cost would be several hundred dollars more than what I had been told. When I tried to explain that I had relied on the information given by their staff, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. We took our dog in for an eye issue and they addressed it quickly and properly with a prescription that took care of the issue. The charges were reasonable. I did have to wait for quite some time before being able to check out. I think the tech had gotten busy with another client and forgot I was waiting for the Rx and to pay. Overall an expected experience.
