It featured everything I liked at Fruitful Yield. Though I was a bit of sad they didn't have any cold Zevia drinks. The store had a lot of great deals going on and I was looking at some last minute Halloween candy and snacks. Great selection of grab and go items too. Staff here was very friendly and social! Located in a busy strip mall too so parking might be a bit of a challenge. Overall, like all Fruitful Yield locations I would highly recommend visiting.

I asked five different employees why there was no microwave, and every one said they don't know. One of the store managers was called to the front to speak to me. When I asked them, same answer, "I don't know". After further investigation, they apparently had one, then took it out during Covid, then decided to NOT put it back in because the manager of the store apparently thinks Covid is still a ongoing issue. Sorry to burst your bubble, but Covid has been over for three years now. The Naperville store is one of the largest grossing store in the midwest region, but they can't even afford to provide a $50 microwave for their customers. Guess they'd rather their customers get sick from food poisoning instead by not letting them heat up their food. I'd rather eat at McDonalds than this place. Avoid at all cost. The manager at this store should be fired.

I came in on my work break to pick up just two items: a plant-based Italian beef and an avocado that was clearly placed in the section marked "4 for $5." However, it rang up as $2.99. What followed was nearly 20 minutes of frustration and poor treatment. A young cashier delayed helping me, questioned me about the price in a condescending tone, and then called a manager who treated me even worse. Not only did the manager refuse to honor the price I saw posted, but he also accused me of switching the avocado sticker--a claim that was extremely offensive and baseless. I offered for them to review the security footage, and they refused. I felt racially profiled and disrespected over a simple produce item. As a Black woman, I can't ignore how I was treated in comparison to how I've seen other customers treated here. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this store. I hope management will address how they treat customers with more respect and dignity going forward.

We picked it up at 4:15 pm, I don't know what time it was cooked, but it was literally like eating chicken jerkey, dry, tough, almost uneatable. We ended up eating a little, my wife took the rest back for a refund. They refunded our money, while defending their product, I just wish they would've tried a piece. Pete's food bar is still the best out of all of their competitors, but it's not the shining star it used to be.
