I had a few bags, so instead of stumbling my way to the train station and through O'hare airport, I originally looked online for a basic yellow cab service that I could call and reserve a pickup to get me to the airport. Online estimates were close to $40 from my home. Browsing through a general list of companies, I ran across Chicago Chauffeurs Limousine, with an advertised special of $49 to the airport from a variety of Chicagoland areas. Clicked on the website, called the number listed, and a representative told me that a black Cadillac sedan would be @ my home when I requested. The sedan was actually 15 mins early in picking me up. The driver was very clean cut and professionally dressed. He took my bags and carefully placed them in the huge trunk. He opened and closed the back door for me once I got in. The cars ride very smooth and the driver (Sam) was super friendly. I called the company the night before I returned to Chicago, and they told me to call them once I arrive at the airport, and they'd be there within 10 mins to pick me up. Once again, they did not disappoint; I called them while retrieving my luggage, the rep told me what exit to meet my driver at, and gave me the license plates of the sedan that would be picking me up. I walked out the designated exit and within 5 mins, the car pulled up. It was great. It's been $49 each time I've used the company. I don't know if that's actually a promotional price or just the regular price. But I think it's worth it. The only thing is that if you use a credit card, the driver doesn't have a machine to swipe it through; he has to make a carbon copy of your CC number. It's just a little old school to me. Besides that, the company is ideal for home to airport service.

Sent a text that my flight was on time. They told me to text when I got our luggage. I did so and no response. I called several times no answer. Then after waiting 30 mins called a Uber. When I called back again a girl answered then hung up on me. Finally after hours later of being home a guy finally answered super rude and was yelling at me nothing was scheduled. After booking, I received a thorough email with instructions on how to let my driver know that I had arrived. But, just as I got my bag off the baggage claim carousel, I received a phone call from Michael before I had a chance to call, and he let me know he was my driver home. He told me exactly what car to look for, and where to meet him. Within 5 minutes we were on our way! I really appreciated the effort he took to track my flight for a prompt pickup. He opened the door for me (which I still do appreciate!) and loaded my bag in the trunk. The car was clean, didn't smell like cigarette smoke, the ride was nice, and Michael was very friendly. He knew exactly where we were going, and again opened the door for me and unloaded my bag when we reached our destination. He also stayed to make sure I could let myself into the house. The next time I travel, I will definitely book Chicago Airport Limo. It was the best town car experience in the Chicago area I've had to date.

When I walked up to the driver I told him my name and he acted like he didn't know who he was picking up. So to confirm we had the right limo I told him which hotel we were going to and all he relied was, "I don't know, going to Rush street." I had my cell and was able to look up to confirm the hotel was on Rush Street to reassure myself we were in the right limo. The car was hot and had to interrupt the driver who was on his cell phone to find out how to turn up the air. He was on his cell phone the entire trip so we didn't ask him any of the other questions that we had (how to use the stereo, if we could eat or drink etc). By the way, they don't provide any beverages which the the other limo companies include at least water. When he dropped us off he pulled the limo out of the hotel circle drive quickly and screeched the tires loudly. He didn't open door entering the limo or exciting the limo either. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. We got from point A to B but that was about it. I was trying to treat guests and it just actually was embarrassing and I wish I would have just got a taxi. To be fair, I emailed the company before writing this review to let them know about my experience and they didn't even respond to acknowledge my complaints.
