We had a limo scheduled to the airport on the Sunday before Christmas. We even planned to leave a little early just in case it was a busy morning before the holiday. Driver was on time, we were all packed up and the door would not close properly. Driver worked on it for over ten minutes. He even drove out of our driveway and the door flew open. My husband had to tell the driver we were not going to use their service. We drove two cars to their airport as there were six of us. We never received any type of call from the limo company. Now, this was not within the driver's control, understood. However, no phone call to check up on us? Or what we were doing about the return ride? No. Reservation still in place. This is not our first time with an issue but thought we would try again. Hopefully they don't try charging us for "no service". We do not recommend this company based on lack of customer service. Do Not Use!! Me and my fiancé used them for our wedding and worst company EVER!! Driver was last and drove recklessly. We paid for shuttle keep looping to pick up and drop off guests. They looped once and our guest had to Uber. We paid for the shuttle service until 11pm, the driver came into our reception at 1030 demanding people ne to get on because he was leaving. Service - quick to respond to text (within a few seconds) in most cases - don't want to talk on car rides and they respect that. - true driver experience: some I like more than others just based on driving style Vehicles - this one is hit or miss - you can get a super nice Lincoln one day and a well loved stretch limo the next - either way, I'm riding in the car, not buying it. :-) Cost - their prices are fair for what you get. Do not use this company. I used them January 18, 2023 for a ride home from Midway Airport. Either the driver was impaired or the car had serious mechanical issues. The car was weaving back and forth on the expressway and the driver was only going 45mph. I told him something was wrong and I felt unsafe. He spoke very poor English so I don't know what he was replying back. I asked him 3 times to exit the expressway before he finally did. I repeatedly called Naperville Limousine company to report this very serious safety issue. Whoever answered the phone said only a manager could deal with the issue. I called back 5 times over 3 days and the manager would not take my call. Immediately after my last call, I received an email that the driver was a professional that had been with the company a long time. Basically said it was my problem that I didn't feel safe. No offer to refund the charge which I now have to dispute through my credit card company. Never again. read more

We used this company for our wedding in October and had several issues. the most frustrating part is that its been over a month and a manager will not contact us after we call each week. They keep giving us the run around that a manager will call us the next day and they never do. Our driver made us 20 min late to our own wedding ceremony. I have been a customer of Naperville Limousine for over 20 years - using them for many, many, likely a hundred trips over the years - back to when they were MyChauffeur Limousine and prior, I have steadily seen their customer service decline steadily over the past 5 years. The final straw came last week. I had made reservations both outbound and returning for my honeymoon in Antigua. Outbound was fine and uneventful. On the return trip, when I called for pickup at 12:15AM I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled, as the had the wrong flight number. A voicemail, had been left on my cell phone (while I was in-flight from Miami) as the only attempt at contact, no text message, no email was sent seeking to clarify the flight number. I called for pickup at the exact time I had specified for the return trip - it was not delayed. I was curtly informed multiple times on calling that it was my fault. Naperville Limousine absolutely no assistance with resolving - they did not offer to get a sedan to me at all - just screw you - the flight number (that was provided a week earlier) was wrong - go away. I was STRANDED at O'hare after midnight with my new bride and no way home. I told the person on the phone (who said she was the owner) that my long term relationship as a customer would be over, and that in making their choices - I would make mine and told her I would write this negative review. She did not seem concerned at all, had no understanding or compassion for my situation whatsoever. The words "I'm sorry..." were never uttered. I had stopped recommending Naperville Limousine to friends and business associates do their decline in service. Now I wall actively discourage anyone from using their service and being stranded at O'hare after midnight like I was. Do not use Naperville Limousine - you have been warned. read more

Driver showed up on time and wasn't late both ways. He did however barley speak when talked to. Wife had to actually walk up to his car and in the grass with heels to get him when he clearly seen our party of 8 standing in front of the car. Looked like a mess and had food in his mouth and crumbs on his face. Tie was half undone. There was no ice at all or water and the glasses were dirty. The ride was ok but hardly anything worked in the limo we had just static for radio and the window tint was pealing. read more

We ran into a problem with our Paris flight getting delayed 3 1/2 hours. I was able to contact Naperville Limousine the morning of the day we depart Paris to arrange a pick-up from Ohare. After contacting Naperville Limousine, we were able to complete the entire process through text messages - Paris is a 7 hour time difference. The car was easy to locate - very efficient process especially with their flat rate. My husband was nervous about the cost if our flight was delayed any further. We actually arrived early and did not have to wait for the car. After flying overseas several times, we have used always used private cars. Considering all the different variables that could delay a flight as well as going through customs, baggage claim, including an additional police checkout process, Naperville Limousine did a great job providing quality service that was needed after a 9 hour flight. read more

Booked Naperville Limousine as our "day-of" wedding transportation. We booked 2 limousines. One transported the guys from Plainfield to downtown Naperville and then to Darien. The other transported the girls from Aurora to the same destinations. Total cost was less than $700, and that also included a Town Car that later transported the two of us from Darien to Oak Brook. You got all that? OK, so here's the breakdown: Punctuality: They were on time, if not a little early. Friendliness: One guy was polite but not overly chatty. But I'm not taking off points. Skill: In downtown Naperville, we were met with some difficulty where we wanted to be dropped off, and the drivers got agitated that they couldn't just park on the street. They didn't realize themselves that we'd be busy taking pictures for awhile, so they could park in a lot. I had to tell them that. Cost: Other companies in the area were $500+ for one limousine. Trolleys and party buses were well over $1,000. We got 2 limos and a Town Car and they took us wherever we wanted, all for less than $700. We were happy with their service, and we hired them again to transport us from Plainfield to O'Hare airport. We departed for the airport just before 5am, and we received a phone call from the driver stating he'd be a few minutes late. He was maybe 5 minutes late, but it was early morning and I totally understood. And I appreciated the phone call. The company I work for has also used Naperville Limousine hundreds of times and I never heard a complaint. They're a reliable and affordable company. read more

I've been using the services of Naperville Limousine for over 2.5 years on a weekly basis (to/from o'hare), and my experiences have been excellent. The drivers are reliable and friendly, but can also read queues when the passenger is exhausted and just needs some quiet time. The team at NL has helped me get to/from the airport in a crunch due to cancelled flights, last minute trips for work, etc., and it shows how much care they have for their clients. We have used this company for the past 3 years. We took a trip to and from the airport with 2 different drivers and had horrible experiences both ways. On the way to the airport, the driver drove so close to cars he had to constantly slam his brakes on. My daughter, who isn't prone to car sickness, ended up throwing up and with a horrific migraine. On the other trip, the driver went at least 20-30 mph over the speed limit and again slammed his breaks on at every possible moment. We will never use this company again. Our driver was 15 minutes late for a 45 minute ride to downtown Chicago. It didn't seem like enough time but we assumed they knew what they were doing. We left our house and the driver turned South. We needed to go North. The driver said his dispatcher told him to go this way. We had to call from the car to change our reservation at our destination. If we were going to the airport or to a play we would have been SOL. We finally arrived an hour after leaving. Our driver was 5 stars. The problem was with the dispatcher. Booked Naperville Limousine and again, use car services all over the country. Maybe Chicago-area ones just don't really know how to run them compared to NYC or DC? In any case, pros and cons: Pros: -- great e-mail communication about how to get to car from airport. I presume there's some glitch with Midway that disallows drivers from coming inside to find passengers, but that's ok. It wasn't an international leg of a flight; I can find a car with a number clearly posted in the windshield. -- driver was nice, until [see below]. Cons: -- requested a sedan, got a huge limo. felt really tacky, plus it's a waste of gas, energy, etc. if a client wants A and paid for A, get them A. -- apparently because I was traveling internationally, my credit card declined the charge for my online booking, however despite booking many days in advance, none of this was revealed to me so that I could put in a new card number prior to getting picked up. What happens? I get to my address, want nothing but to go inside and take a shower after 14 hours of flying, pay tip to the driver who lets me know that even if something is a problem with payment (driver was I guess contracted out by the company), that Naperville Limousine will call me. I am literally just about to get in the shower when BANG BANG BANG on my front door. Run downstairs to find the driver irritated that my card didn't go through, and basically announces this in a loud voice so that my entire neighborhood can hear. What ever happened to customer service? Obviously I pull out a second card and pay immediately, but for the love of all humanity -- if there's a problem with payment, I should be dealing with Naperville Limousine, not a contracted driver. I apologized, driver is happy, but thanks no thanks for the coronary after all that traveling. Pro tip: (1) pre-authorize on the credit card so that if it doesn't go through, you can contact the customer in advance so s/he isn't dealing with non-affiliated drivers on her property who are rightfully upset and confused about the situation; (2) don't send a limo when the customer asks for a sedan. I've bumped them up to two stars because after I told management what happened they gave us a partial refund and fired that particular limo driver. Apparently they've had similar complaints about him. Hired them for a bachelorette party. I got no confirmation email about the reservations so essentially I didn't know any of their policies. He yelled at me when I asked him for 10 dollar bills so that I could give the girls change. He kept repeating "Are you going to pay me or not" The person I originally talked to told us we could leave our things in the limo and he said we could not. One of the girls got sick in the limo on the way back and he just sat there quiet and I had to ask him if there was a cleanup fee. And then he started yelling at me that it was 200 dollars. The driver was running late and did not notify me of their tardiness until it was too late until was too late to make other arrangements.
