Poke is a bit pricier than foodland but we tried it side by side and think this one is better! The market is small but local and food. We also got a spam musubi for $3 and it was delicious, although there was a lot of rice. We'll be back for more poke!

Stopped by Napili Market and grabbed a couple things for a quick bite throughout our stay in Maui. The Ahi California Roll Poke was super fresh, the ahi literally melted in your mouth. It really did taste like the inside of a California roll, which was such a fun twist. I appreciated the furikake and masago for the extra flavor and texture, but both were mostly concentrated in certain spots (especially the masago at the bottom), so I wish they had been mixed more evenly throughout the container. Also picked up a package of ube butter mochi, which was fresh, soft, and packed with that delightful ube flavor. Not overly sweet, just chewy and satisfying. Overall, a solid stop for fresh poke and local treats.

This is a very local place. It was clean and fresh. Good prices, probably comparable to Safeway, no exuberant pricing, but not ultra cheap either. They had fresh flower leis and that was exactly what I was searching for.

This is called Breakfast By The Pound. It was $8 and delicious. This is a terrific market to get food and drinks. I also enjoyed their Banana Bread.

This market has everything you need for your time at Maui. What I needed was some Poke, and this is the spot! I've traveled to other places around town and I've got to say, nothing can beat this quality for this price! They make fresh poke at 10 am every day! It goes quick, so you gotta be there early! If you get there around 3pm-4pm, forget about it! It will all be gone. My favorite is the hawaiian and the shoyu poke. We probably ate like 10 lbs of poke while we were here. Lol. We love it! They also have some unique treats right in front of the poke area, like freshly baked salted caramel cookies, banana bread, guava bread, and coconut bread. Super good stuff! I highly recommend it all!

Came to grab a few snacks and beers for a beach day. I didn't find a lot of variety in the beer flavors and settled on something generic. The local snacks option were much better, and I was able to get a few things that looked fun, including nuts and cookies and crackers and some tropical fruit. The staff was very hard to locate and even harder to talk to because they were probably understaffed or just swarmed with work that day .

I could kick myself for not coming here until the day before I'm scheduled to fly home. Today was our winding down day. We were waiting for our lunch order a few doors away. We decided to go into Napili Market to kill time. Immediately we saw the deli and the prepared foods. Yum yum. Local grindz. We picked up dinner. Poke bowls. Choice of one ahi $8.69. Spicy ahi and ahi avocado. The spicy ahi had a lot of fire. Also picked up ube butter mochi which I'll pack to fly home with. It'll keep for a day. The Maui gold pineapple was $1.50 each. Too bad I didn't have enough time left on my vacation to eat one. Next time I'm in Maui I'll make a point of grocery shopping here. Ample parking.

Plenty of parking though as it's on a private lot. Let me tell you, the poke here is fire!!!! So fresh!!! Found this place here through Yelp, and the other Yelpers definitely did not disappoint. The store is super clean, and each staff member I encountered here were all very polite, and helpful. When you walk in, the Poke section is directly to your left. When we arrived, there was a line and for good reason. They had about 5 or 6 different kind of Poke's the days we went 7/29 and 7/31. I had the Spicy Ahi and the Tamura's one day. Then the Shoyu and Chili pepper the next. All which were extremely fresh and flavorful. Great to eat by itself, or you can elect for a Poke bowl, which gets you two scoops of rice with furikake and sesame seed (if you want) and two choices of poke. You won't regret it if you're a poke fan! We came here twice to satisfy our poke craving. Crazy how it's a large liquor and wine store, which I'm sure they get a lot of customers for. But the days we went, it mainly were both locals and tourists stopping in for just the poke. Just a heads up, I overheard a lady ask "will you have more tomorrow"? To which the employee said, "yes we have enough fish for the next 3 days" which tells me that they do run out or have days where their poke bar is closed. The poke bowl was $14.99 each and completely worth it. Best Poke I've tried so far in Maui! Give them a try!

Then something caught our eye about tastings upstairs. So up we went. Fabulous breezy little open air bar with plenty of seating and a view! A full menu of drinks and nibbles, and a gazillion ways to pair chocolate and alcohol. Our server Carrie was fun and friendly and knowledgable, and took great care of us. Mr. M and I each had a glass of red with our chocolate pairings, and our companions tried the port and liquor pairings. So much fun and so delicious. What a lovely way to spend some time.

Well, it would've been fine had our entire table received their order. The brownie was not good. The build your own brownie "experience" was lacking. Only brownie and ice cream was included. At least give a topping included, then up-charge for more. On top of that, the $1.50 for sprinkles was a disgrace when the kid didn't get even $.10 worth. There was a tad confusion around the alcohol as well. Understand there's permit restrictions but it would've been nice to know when placing the order instead of when the drink was delivered. Signage isn't clear either. The "only 21 and over past this point" should have a blurb about no alcohol in the main seating. Oh well, we worked with it. Oh, and the sweat that dripped into the ladies plate who was doing the tasting experience was gross - even she said something and got attitude back from the upstairs hosts. Again, three stars awarded as we didn't really partake in anything outside of the cafe top level. Giving the benefit of the doubt the rest of the experience would've probably been good.

It was absolutely delicious and so much fresher than what we get back home. Our guide explained it's because store-bought fruits are picked early for shipping, and you could really taste the difference. As wonderful as that was, the best part came at the end... sampling! We were given a generous plate of fresh fruit, four different teas, and even a couple of cookies. Everything was bursting with flavor and so refreshing.
