They put the poké in the case at 9am, and we got a pick 2 bowl with rice (Hawaiian & shoyu tuna). Great portion for the price (around $12), and taste was on point! We got a variety of other items to stock our condo like local coffee and mango peelable candy. Definitely worth a stop for staples and unexpected goodies alike! read more

A nice little market in Napili. Yes, probably more expensive than a Foodland or Safeway, but convenient if you're staying in Napili. The poke is good and at $15/lb not terribly expensive. It tasted fresh and was super flavorful. They sell some local chips and ice cream and other snacks and chocolates. The parking lot is large and the little strip mall has a few other great businesses. Overall, definitely a great and convenient market. read more

Great service - staff smiles at you even when you come in a half hour before closing. There's something for every one in the family including the picky ones. I was there too late to get much of their local fish but snagged one the last two raw salmons - Maui style- and pairs it with a local smoked clam dip and flat crackers.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!That was gone in a flash! Stopped by Napili Market and grabbed a couple things for a quick bite throughout our stay in Maui. The Ahi California Roll Poke was super fresh, the ahi literally melted in your mouth. It really did taste like the inside of a California roll, which was such a fun twist. I appreciated the furikake and masago for the extra flavor and texture, but both were mostly concentrated in certain spots (especially the masago at the bottom), so I wish they had been mixed more evenly throughout the container. Also picked up a package of ube butter mochi, which was fresh, soft, and packed with that delightful ube flavor. Not overly sweet, just chewy and satisfying. Overall, a solid stop for fresh poke and local treats. read more

Wow, they have installed a DMV machine inside (beside the desk - opposite the tills) which means you don't have to go into Lahaina to reregister your car....yay! Easy to use. Makes it so much easier than having to go to the DMV in person. read more

Yes, groceries are slightly higher than your ordinary super market, but they carry some good eatings. Large variety of cheese, gourmet crackers, meats. Their alcohol selections are crazy making (so many!) . They also have some cute gifts and bath products. But the #1 reason we come here when we visit the island is the poke. Hands down the best. I normally let my husband choose which poke to buy, because they have at least 6 different varieties and I can't ever decide. We got the Hawaiian style and Sirachi style. Yum! Also, the woman that makes and serves the poke is amazing. I don't know how long she has been there but she takes a lot of pride in her work. She is always so helpful and patient. read more

This market has everything you need for your time at Maui. What I needed was some Poke, and this is the spot! I've traveled to other places around town and I've got to say, nothing can beat this quality for this price! They make fresh poke at 10 am every day! It goes quick, so you gotta be there early! If you get there around 3pm-4pm, forget about it! It will all be gone. My favorite is the hawaiian and the shoyu poke. We probably ate like 10 lbs of poke while we were here. Lol. We love it! They also have some unique treats right in front of the poke area, like freshly baked salted caramel cookies, banana bread, guava bread, and coconut bread. Super good stuff! Came to grab a few snacks and beers for a beach day. I didn't find a lot of variety in the beer flavors and settled on something generic. The local snacks option were much better, and I was able to get a few things that looked fun, including nuts and cookies and crackers and some tropical fruit. I could kick myself for not coming here until the day before I'm scheduled to fly home. Today was our winding down day. We were waiting for our lunch order a few doors away. We decided to go into Napili Market to kill time. Immediately we saw the deli and the prepared foods. Yum yum. Local grindz. We picked up dinner. Poke bowls. Choice of one ahi $8.69. Spicy ahi and ahi avocado. The spicy ahi had a lot of fire. Also picked up ube butter mochi which I'll pack to fly home with. It'll keep for a day. The Maui gold pineapple was $1.50 each. Meh..drive the extra few miles to Safeway if you can. The Napili Market is ok in a tough pinch but the prices are astronomical even by HI standards and selection is limited. We went in for deli meat and sand which fixings to make lunch and spent over $100. Not what I had planned. Also need to be careful and make sure you aren't buying expired food. The first loaf of bread we selected was moldy and well last expiration and I noticed a worker also removing a large number of deli meat packages from the shelves. I can only assume they had also expired. read more

We love this local grocery market in Napili. It has the spam musubi and Mochi that my wife craves and many local vegetables and fruits (especially the papayas and mangoes) that I like to eat and cook with. It's a small store but they have most things that you would find at big box grocery stores at a little cheaper price. It's our go-to place every time we are in Maui. read more

Went for Poke'. Long line waiting for it. But the line moved. Deception labels were pretty small and hard to read. Basic grocery store. Poke' counter was in line with entrance make access difficult. Price was cheaper than Foodland but selection was less and Foodland looked a lot better. read more

Napili Market was a pleasant surprise during our stay near Napili Bay as it was convenient, well-stocked, and full of local flavor. We grabbed lunch and were seriously impressed: the Hawaiian BBQ Wonton Chips with Ahi Avocado Poke and Spicy Ahi Poke were incredibly fresh and well-seasoned; It was restaurant-quality, honestly. We also picked up a Spicy California Roll and a warm Chicken Musubi, both perfect for a quick bite before the beach. To take back, we got a sweet Maui pineapple, a 6-pack of Strawberry Guava Aloha drinks, and a loaf of coconut bread that was soft and full of tropical flavor. Christine at the counter was especially friendly and helpful--exactly the kind of aloha spirit that made the visit even better. We were told to make it a point to come to this market as it's the "big" market and it's only open 1 or two days a week. So my group made the hour drive. When we pulled up, I can't lie. I was a little disappointed as it's really not very big. As we starting looking through the vendors though, there was a good variety of local goods and we came out with quite a lot of stuff. All of the vendors were suuuuuuuper friendly and two of them even ended up giving us free product because we kept coming back and buying more. read more

I'm lived here my whole life and I'm so disappointed in the service. ITS COMICAL. Twice now I've come to make a custom sandwich, and with two ladies behind the counter they refer me to the premade ones. And when I said I preferred a custom one THAT IS ADVERTISED on deli they roll their eyes and say things back and forth because they don't want to make one clearly. After going back & forth with them multiple times asking nicely, I just said forget it you guys clearly don't wanna make one?!? So much attitude when I'm not asking for anything special just to do something offered that's part of their job?? not sure if it's because I'm local or not, I don't see them say no to tourists. Super cute market near our AirBnb. Prices were comparable to every other market in Lahaina. The 5 star rating is for the poke. If you are a poke lover like us, this is your spot. Several types of poke are put out fresh at 10:30 every morning. We arrived at 11 and got a half pound of ahi poke lumi. Fresh and tender ahi with seaweed, onions and sesame seeds. So rich! This market saved us so much money on our trip instead of eating out, they have everything you need for grilling, side dishes, etc. My favorite thing to get here is the kimchi octopus poke (tako kimchee poke) which is delicious & amazing especially for the price. They also do custom poke bowls if you come early enough & it tastes fresh and better compared to places that charge $20+ for one bowl- we got one bowl with two types of fish for $12. Our last day here we bought charcoal but as it rained heavy, they allowed us to return it no questions asked. Customer service here is amazing and always friendly- feels weird to review a grocery store but they deserve recognition and support from the community! read more
