Long story short, I found this practice on Yelp. They had fabulous reviews. I called and got an appointment within two days (it was not an emergency). Dr. Christopher Stanosheck thoroughly evaluated my tooth and crown. Luckily, he was able to re-cemented it back in place! It was good I went in, because I had bacteria and debris that had worked its way under the crown and it was irritating my gum, etc. He was able to clean that out and probably saved me from getting an infection and having a much bigger problem. Dr. Stanosheck was very kind as well as knowledgeable, and his office staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I would recommend this practice to anyone without reservation.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the facilities are immaculate! The best part was watching a beautiful flat screen TV during my cleaning :) Mark was kind, welcoming and straight to the point which I love! Previous to the appt., I sent them my x-rays from August, but of course, they needed to take more. He suggested I get it done before the end of the year, but he had no availability to extract the tooth. The x-rays and consult was $190. He recommended Dr. Moe, an oral surgeon to extract the tooth. They scheduled an appt. for me today and Dr. Moe's office called me yesterday. They said they will need to take x-rays, as the ones they received from Dr. Makram's office weren't good enough (seeing a theme here) and they might need to do a "360?" x-ray? Dr. Moe's office said they will need to charge me another $210 for a consultation and x-rays and I will have to come back for the extraction. I really question the integrity and ethics going on here of both offices. Every x-ray isn't good enough.

Yes, it is very disheartening that a client/customer of over seven years that Julia would simply state that she did the best that she could with the canvass that she had and that my situation was NOT correctable. That alone meant that there was no more "glady to work with you and address your concerns". Meanwhile, check out the updated pic of my new teeth that were "not correctable". I didn't even have to be subjected to potential "facial paralysis" as my new dentist did a phenomenal job. Still out $7900 that your office owes me. Today was my first visit to this practice and they insisted on taking pictures of my teeth - not X-rays- photos at a cost of $79 before they even checked my teeth. I did not need cosmetic procedures and refused to pay this up charge. The dentist would not authorize the cleaning unless I paid for the pictures. No dentist has ever asked for an unnecessary procedure at an added expense. I reported this to the insurance company and have an appointment at a different dentist.

Went in on March 4, 2024 for a routine replacement of a temporary crown that they had put in about two weeks prior. After 2.5 hours, I came out with 2 sections of my tongue cut out! (see photo 1 of 2). Plus excessive bleeding (see photo 2 of 2), swelling and soreness. The pain for me continues 8 days later and is only getting worse - tongue ulcers, pain in my mouth, teeth, gums and jaw, hurts to eat, hurts to talk, damage to another tooth, unable to sleep through the night. Absolute misery. I could write on and on. The 2 photos attached were taken from their dental office immediately after the dentist butchered my mouth. I never thought this could happen or someone with this skill level would be allowed to have a license and work on a human patient (or a live animal). Never again!
