Update -you can read the dealer's response underneath my review and they said "I inquired about…read moreadditional models and chose the HRV" Another blatant lie. They're trying to rewrite the script. #NoRemorse #DailyEvents #WeNeedToGetSmarter. I had been texting and speaking on the phone with salesman Kahj about a white CRV. He even sent me a lease breakdown in writing -- and not once did we ever discuss an HRV. I was very clear that I wanted a CRV. When I arrived at the dealership, the first car they showed me was extremely basic -- it even had a hand pump to raise the seat! I said, "Forget it," so they brought out another car. I liked that one and agreed to purchase it, believing it was a CRV. At no point did Kahj ever say the word "HRV." I'm not a car expert, so I didn't know the difference. Based on our texts and phone calls, I fully believed I was buying a CRV. It wasn't until I was sitting down to sign the paperwork that I noticed it said HRV. I stopped and said, "Wait a minute -- this says HRV! I thought I was buying a CRV!" Kahj's response? "Oh, it's only two inches smaller -- almost the same car." I should have walked out right then and there. No excuse -- I was just shocked, the process was moving fast, and I went along with it. #PeoplePleaserMoment When I got home, I reviewed all the texts and called my brother, who immediately said, "That's bait and switch." I texted Kahj and called Anthony, the finance manager -- but conveniently, he was "not in," even though I had just seen him ten minutes earlier. I told them I would not accept the car they were trying to deliver. I plan to speak with the general manager on Monday -- and then I'm going to shout it from the mountain tops: Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Especially if you're a single female -- sadly, this kind of thing still happens in this day and age. That salesman knew he never showed me or told me it was an HRV. Anyone can look at our text exchange and see why I believed I buying a CRV. Now he claims he "mentioned the HRV trim" -- maybe he did, but I never heard it.

Arlington helped us with some pre-owned or used vehicle options. We had looked at their inventory online so had an idea of what we wanted to see. The Palisade has same body type as the Kia Telluride as Hyundai owns Kia. Palisade is more spacious. Oh man, loooooooove the new Santa Fe body which looks like the new Telluride body type. Boxier and more rugged. Don't even get me started on the MATTE FINISH!!! Any car in matte finish is a so BADASS!!! It was nice to see our options, sit in the cars, hear about the different features each level offers. Arlington was wonderful, patient and so helpful. Very down to earth and doesn't act like your typical car salesman. Haha. Sorry but it's true. Thanks Arlington for your help. We're still scoping out options before making a final decision. Great lot with tons of options. Very organized and staff is friendly here. Love the little golf play area to keep the kids busy. Great idea!

After that went to parts department with one short question about the paint code. Three men were staying 5 yards away from counter. When I told him what I need, he answered me the same loud manner the paint code. Not printed code. Not write it down on piece of paper, just articulated. Apparently he thought anybody ready to memorize codes which consist random letters and figures. I had to ask him to write it. He did it with such a sour face... And in the end I decided to find out lease terms and conditions for the new car. Was staying about 7 minutes in renovated and looks awesome room. Nobody look at me, no body asked me what I need. Total ignorance. Four different men were around me, all were very busy, one was reading a news paper, another one searched something in cell phone. All were with serious and focused faces. I regret I bought the car and now I have to communicate and use the dealership where customer ignorance is common practice. Where after the sales contract is signed, nobody worries about Customers' needs. And I really upset that Huynday HQ does nothing to fix the situation. I wish I could another dealership in Naples...

The owner David Rinker & General manager Tim Peck are SCAMMERS & FRAUDS. They refuse to stand by their vehicles. They refuse to abide by their promises prior to purchase. They advertise & promise: "Quality Luxury Cars-- High Quality Inventory--  Meticulously Maintained vehicles that are inspected thoroughly by their Master Technicians to ensure quality prior to placing them for sale." I purchased a vehicle from them 6 months ago. Within the first 2 weeks of ownership, 4 major issues were found on the car. I'm still trying to compell them to take financial responsibility for THEIR product. 3 leaks were discovered & hidden wrecked major damage to the front bumper cover was discovered. I had the hidden wrecked damages repaired for $2,600. The general mgr has refused to reimburse me for the repairs. I recently found out that the 3 leaks are much worse than I thought. On January 7, 2026, I hired a mechanic that specializes in German vehicles to begin work on one of the leaking areas, the oil filter housing & oil cooler gaskets, these repairs are a major undertaking. When he began removing parts, the amount of oil leakage that was found was extensive. Oil leaked everywhere. It's obvious that those gaskets have been leaking for a long time. He also removed the large plastic engine guard that bolts to the underneath of the engine bay. It was saturated wilth huge areas of oil and oil sludge. He then noticed that the engine oil pan drain hole looked as though the drain plug was screwed in with bubble gum. He removed all the gunk and drain plug to discover that the threads of the oil pan drain hole are stripped. The threads can't be repaired. I need a new oil pan. Everything is documented with photos of evidence. I'm in the process to begin suing Autohaus of Naples for $8,000 thru Florida courts. On January 24, 2026, I received a message from a woman that read my many online reviews of Autohaus of Naples. She shared with me that she recently purchased a Mercedes from Autohaus of Naples. While she was driving on the highway, the entire metal roof flew off. She sent me a photo. It's shocking. She mentioned that the general manager, Tim Peck, has refused to compensate her for the major damage & safety issue. Her vehicle is currently not drivable. She shared screen shots of her communications between she and her salesperson and Tim Peck. Tim was as completely unprofessional just as he was with me & refuses to take responsibility for his products just as with me. Some of the online review platforms allow posting photos but some do not. If you have anything to ask me or share with me about Autohaus of Naples, find my Facebook review on their page. You can then message me thru Facebook. STAY AWAY FROM AUTOHAUS OF NAPLES! They are NOT a quality preowned vehicle dealership. Of importance, I have only been able to drive the vehicle about 200 miles during the 6 months of ownership. The vehicle still has less than 60,000 miles & is a 2011. As a result of my complaint against Autohaus of Naples to the Florida BBB on 9/18/2025, Autohaus of Naples now has a lower rating. It has dropped to B- because they ignored the 3 attempts by the BBB to resolve my complaint. Autohaus of Naples is no longer accredited.

On 5-5-26, I brought my 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet as I have a TPMS light that…read morewill randomly activate and dash out the driver's front wheel on the PSI screen and display the "Tire Warning" light on the dashboard. I explained to the advisor, Mariah Vachunek that I had the vehicle serviced at Costco SEVEN (7) times to locate the bad TPMS sensor. My sensors were all replaced and the tires were re-flashed 3 times with the latest software updates. On my way home from Costco, the light activated again. I re-flashed the tires at my residence and the light went out but again came on. I am now completely out of ideas so I researched the problem and located a Service Bulletin from Chevrolet #16-NA-061 dated 12/2017 On 5-6-26, I was contacted by the dealership advising me my repair was complete and that they re-flashed the TPMS in the tires. I told Mariah that it was not fixed and that the flash was performed 3 times by Costco and once by myself. She advised that it was done by the computer this time and should be fine. I asked if the vehicle was test driven as I am sure that the light will again come on and she said it was and the system is working correctly. I picked the vehicle up paid $234.99 and within driving approximately 10 minutes, the light came on once again and I immediately called Mariah to advise her that the repair was a failure just as I had said and I asked why the antenna system was not checked as per the bulletin that I provided. She said that the technician, Mike, said the flashing of the tires were all it needed. Mariah advised me that they will make this repair right but I feel that I can speak to them until I am blue in the face and they will just do what they want with no regard for the correct fix. Taking my truck to a reputable Chevrolet Dealership numerous times and needing a ride back home then being without a vehicle is an inconvenience that should not happen numerous times as minor attempts at the problem are performed and costing me $234.99 for a fix that has not already solved my issue. I would much rather have the problem fixed properly the first time. On 5-8-26, I was contacted by Mariah to bring my truck back in so service could again attempt to locate the symptom of my TPMS light activating. Since the last service the TPMS light has activated and deactivated numerous times. Mariah was very attentive to my issue and wanted to make good on the previous service so we agreed on bringing the Tahoe back in on 5-11-26. I dropped the vehicle off on 5-11-26 although the TPMS light was NOT activated. Mariah greeted me and assured me they were doing everything they can to get the vehicle correct. I was contacted later that same day by Mariah and she said that they drove the vehicle and could not get the TPMS light to fault and as such were unable to determine the problem. I picked my vehicle up later that same day and as she said, the light was not activated. On 5-13-26, while driving the TPMS light activated again and the driver's front tire was dashed out in the tire PSI field. I contacted Rick Hendrick Chevrolet immediately at 8:51 am and left a voicemail for Mariah but have not heard back. On 6-2-26, while driving past the Rick Hendrick Chevrolet dealership, my TPMS light again activated and since the fault light was activated and I was advised on 5-8-26 that there was no ability to diagnose the problem because the light was not currently activated, there was nothing they could do for me, I decided to bring my vehicle in so they could see the fault light and possibly diagnose the problem properly. Once at the dealership, I was greeted by Mariah, who pleasantly began writing me up as she remembered all the facts from the previous visits. She then handed me a repair registration with a diagnostic fee for another $234.99. I explained to Mariah that I already paid this diagnostic fee and that the vehicle was MISDIAGNOSED as they completed a service that I advised her was done several times before and was found to not be the fix. I also gave Mariah a Chevrolet Bulletin 16-NA-061 indicating an issue where the symptoms mirrored my issues. I told Mariah that I shouldn't have to pay a diagnostic fee for a repair that was not correct. She advised that she would ask her manager. The Service Manager came out to me and immediately said that I have to pay the diagnostic fee and I said that I would not because my vehicle was improperly diagnosed and the repair was not done correctly. He then stated that the TPMS light was not activated when I came to pick the truck up so it was fixed. The light came on 5 minutes up the road because the repair was NOT fixed and the Bulletin issue was NEVER addressed. Anyone with a GM diagnostic computer can re-set the fault codes and if the repair is not done, it will reappear again within a short drive just like it did to me. The Service Manager would not take the vehicle in unless I paid the $234.99 diagnostic fee again so I departed without repairs

Less than two months after purchase, I took the car to Midas for a routine oil change and was told the vehicle had worn rear brakes, a potential oil leak, a cracked driveshaft, low fluids, and filthy cabin and engine filters. These issues clearly existed before I bought the car. When I returned to CarMax, they initially suggested it might be my fault, despite the short ownership period. Photos from Midas proved otherwise. CarMax did provide a loaner, which I appreciate, but their service department has had my car for over 24 hours without even running diagnostics. They have called to ask about the loaner and to say they are have not gotten to my car yet and cannot give a timeline for when my car will be checked or repaired because they are busy. This is especially frustrating during the holiday travel season, when I would much rather have my own vehicle. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the sales process and the service department. I would strongly recommend getting an independent inspection before purchasing from CarMax, regardless of their inspection claims.
